First off I want to say that it's a shame that I can only leave 5 stars for I fiori. If I could give 10 stars I would. I fiori did the flowers for my wedding recently and everything throughout the entire process was just amazing. Bev is like the floral fairy godmother you never knew you needed. She had so many examples of her own amazing work for me to look through to help me decide how I wanted my flowers done. She spent so much of her time with me to help make sure I had every detail figured out just the way I wanted. As someone who doesn't know a whole lot about flowers and floral arrangements, it was like she was able to read my mind about what I wanted even when I couldn't put it into words exactly. The day of she delivered the flowers to the many locations they needed to be on time and was very well organized. And let me say - the arrangements that she assembled were just breathtaking. They were better than I had even imagined and were one of the highlights of a very special day for me. Since I found i fiori for my wedding flowers I have also ordered a few separate bouquets for different occasions to send as thank you gifts. Whenever I send an order from i fiori I can rest assured that Bev will work her magic and put together something exquisite that looks like it would have cost three times as much. So if you are on the lookout for a florist for your upcoming event or just because, I cannot recommend i fiori enough!

Georgie and her team did the florals for our May 2019 wedding and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out! Georgie is a true artist and the flowers were absolutely stunning. She is so kind and easy to work with, and an absolute master at her craft. She was also very accommodating and able to work within our budget without compromising quality. I placed 2 orders one for pick up and one for delivery. The order for pick up, I wasnt called to be informed that the order was even ready. As this was to be an element a part of a larger arrangement, it was time sensitive. I did specify times too in my original order. My reciept said that my other flowers would be delivered for 12:45. They were delivered by 2:20. I told my mother in-law to be around for the drop off. She has a few errands to run. They were literally just locking their door to head out when the delivery arrived. I understand considering it's a mothers day order, that they are busy however, it doesn't excuse the lack of communication. I had asked questions via email that never got confirmed. Perhaps they shouldn't specify a time on their reciepts but instead should put a window of time. Both orders are beautiful though. The delivery guy I am told was "a nice young man". 60.00 pink arrangement 25.00 yellow arrangement

For my wife's bday this summer I needed to get her an amazing bouquet. I asked them to copy the bouquet that Zainab (see review below) had and it was turned out unique from the example I gave them but still similar. Wife said it was best flowers she'd ever received. Nailed it! All thanks to i fiori!! #1 flower shop in Hamilton for sure. Been many times now.

Even during a recent-ish ownership change, i fiori has maintained it's amazing service and beautiful stock. It's my favourite store in Hamilton. I often call in needing a bouquet for someone, and can just give them a budget and theme and when it's delivered, it's always beautiful. Their cut bouquets last a long time. Their workshops are also fun!!

Love love love Georgie and her beautiful creations. She designed stunning florals for our wedding day and has been delighting us with gorgeous bouquets every two weeks as members of Flower Club. Definitely the place to go if you want something beautiful, unique, and outside the overly familiar offerings that are usually available.

They put so much care into selecting plants for you when ordering online! And their potting mix is unique to each plant, perfectly formulated for growth. Owner was very helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I bought all the supplies I needed to make succulent terrariums. The boutique has a good variety of planter options. I recommend going here if you're in search of a nice house plant and have no idea what you're doing.

Had a very unpleasant run in with one of the floral unloaders. Instead of her to politely say that our car was in the way she instead multiple times attempted to back into our car ... she later came to knock at the window very agressively... total turn off .. will not be purchasing from here .

Georgie did our bridal bouquets for our wedding in November 2020. She was very accommodating and worked within our budget without compromising quality at all. We are an LGBT couple and she took the time to understand me and my fiance's different styles, and come up with the two most perfect bouquets to capture our different styles. Her communication with us was very impressive as given the times, we were not able to visit in person, but we were in constant communication through the phone and via email. She then personally delivered the flowers herself to our hotel and happened to notice us in the parking lot and left us with well wishes and kind words! I would highly recommend ifiori flowers to my friends and family easily.

I went there to purchase a flower arrangement and the owner did a really amazing job. I told her I wasn't sure what I wanted to include so she simply asked me what my price point was and then whipped up an absolutely beautiful arrangement for me on the spot. I got it in a vase and she packaged it very well, which made the flowers easy to transport. On top of that, they have a great assortment of plants, terrariums, and pots/ceramics/glassware. Would recommend to anyone in the Hamilton area.

Best florist in the area by a long shot. I’ve been buying houseplants and cut flowers there for years… it’s a dangerous place because there’s always a dozen, or more, plants that I’ve never seen before and, therefore, will need to buy. The staff is knowledgeable about their work, they support local growers, and they go out of their way to take care of the customers who need caring for.

Main florist isn't very friendly, but she is very wise when it comes to plant care. This place has a wonderful selection of succulents, cacti, and airplants, along with minimalistic pots and decorative rocks/soil/mosses to help you personalize your mini garden. The air is also so fresh in the store!

It's great, if you catch it when it's open. My friend and I made plans to visit there and make terrariums after, but was spoiled because they weren't open during their business hours. We visited around 1230 on a Wednesday, and they were closed. No message left on the door, phone call went to voice mail. Such a waste of time.

She got a sense of our personalities, showed us lots of samples and pictures to help us figure out what we wanted, and combined our vision with her expertise seamlessly. The attention to detail was outstanding.
