Had a great overall experience with the owners, flowers and selection. Purchased a bouquet for my wife for her birthday and the service was quick and professional. Price was very competitive and they accept all forms of payment. I went to the “other” flower shop on Mud St beside Avondale and it felt like a sauna when I went in there. Their flowers looked old and no real selection. No really greeted and asked why I was looking for. Price was a little steep for the overall selection and freshness of their flowers. I would definitely recommend this place for flowers for any occasion. I’ll definitely go back!

One of the most beautiful flower creations I have seen . We ordered flowers for my best friends moms funeral in Hamilton this past Thursday and I was blown away the way it was put together. Once I put my order in on line I called to make sure that same day delivery was possibly and the gentleman on the phone was extremely accommodating and compassionate. I called Floral Creations to ask about prices on wedding flowers, and as soon as I said I was getting married in April, the women let out a huge Sigh like she didn't want my business. I was ready to hang up the phone right than because she made me feel unimportant and like it was a hassel to answer my questions. I will NEVER suggest this location to friends, familiy or Strangers!

Worst service ever, I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's day and they called her two weeks before Mother's day and told her she was getting flowers. They ruined her Mother's day surprise. I live out of the country and was really excited to surprise my mom with flowers while I am gone but they told her anyways. When I called the man on the phone cut me off overtime I tried to speak, he yelled at me and said it was my fault. Worst and rudest service ever, most unprofessional service I have received in my life. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE especially not for a surprise. If I could give them a 0 I would, they don't deserve one star based on how he spoke to me over the phone.
