On April 28th I ordered flowers for a friend's 65th birthday and asked for an arrangement with a beach theme and it was suggested I use a vase with blue gravel, some shells and flowers. The next day I received an absolutely gushing thank you from my friend who said "it was the most stunning arrangement she had ever received -"stunning, absolutely stunning. We live about 4000 km away from the store. The staff have repeatedly, maybe six orders so far [?] have gone out of their way to leave beautiful selections every time. Accurate and generous to my various requests and on the latest delivery even when it was very cold outside, the flowers were left in a protected area, very obvious that the person who delivered took the extra time. We will never order from anywhere else. Sincere thanks. The email delivery notice and the gentle reminders of different holidays coming up are gratefully received and not pushy.

I came with a gift of cash for my wedding for flowers and told them the minimum of what I wanted. They made my desires fit perfectly into the cash limit. But on the day of - oh my GOSH - everything! was incredibly MORE than I had imagined or would ever have expected! We picked up a bouquet that was grand and incredible - made of the flowers I requested and green and accents perfectly paired to fill it out. Stunning bouquet. And the cake flowers.. gosh I ordered three little pieces and I got more like ten pretty clusters of flowers that really blew me, my family and my cake decorator away! EDIT: I'm please to say that the store reached out to me to correct this order. They were very apologetic and wanted to make the situation right. They delivered a lovely plant this morning and my parents we're thrilled. I really appreciate the effort they made to satisfy us. I ordered cut flowers today to be delivered. I chose Fascination Flowers because they were about 4 blocks from where I wanted to send them. I can't believe how terrible the bouquet was. Just awful. I wanted to spend $30.00 on flowers, but also had to pay $11.95 for delivery (of 4 blocks). So $47.40 with taxes. I've bought much better AND larger bouquets of flowers for that price at the grocery store! So disappointing.

Honestly I can't tell if it was good or bad. I asked the person that received my call if she can email me a picture of my funeral angel bouquet purchase before it's sent out. She said "because of covid we are too busy" well, because of covid I won't get to see what I spent $200 on because I wasn't going to the limited seating funeral. After reviewing a number of Florist's websites in the Hamilton area I contacted Fascination Flowers to help me with a custom arrangement. The arrangement needed to be large and high quality to represent the condolences of our company and a memorial service for a member of our CEO's family and I was having trouble finding a good fit. When I called Fascination Flowers and explained what I was looking for, they were incredibly helpful and supportive working through my needs and what I would want, as well as offering suggestions to elevate the piece. It can not understate how beautiful it turned out (the picture doesn't really do it justice). It was perfect and the receiver had so many compliments about the arrangements beauty and size. The cost was also extremely reasonable for what we got. Teresa assured me that they would take good care of the assignment and they truly delivered.

I was working out of town when I got the word a dear friends mother had passed away so I called Fascination Flowers to have some flowers sent to Bay Gardens Funeral Home on Rymal Road. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and was able to suggest the perfect arrangement to be sent to the funeral home. I was assured that my flowers would be there before the very first visitation at Bay Gardens even though I was not able to be there until the evening viewing. When I got to Bay Gardens and located the flowers that were sent I was more than pleased with the gorgeous arrangement that was sent. Finding a creative, caring florist can be difficult at the best of times. Finding a florist 400 kms away who can supply birds of paradise on short notice is miraculous! Katie of Fascination Flowers went above and beyond the call of duty last Friday when she offered to call her supplier to check stock and then called me back ASAP confirming they'd be in her shop Monday with the arrangement ready for delivery as early as Tuesday morning. They arrived as promised to the surprise and delight of their recipient, a dear friend who was in the midst of planning her mother's funeral. 4 stars, I called around noon on the day I wanted flowers delivered, they were able to put something together before 1pm to get it out for delivery. I really appreciated that they could do that quickly, however I do wish the arrangement was a bit nicer. It was mostly a few big hydrangea, and 2 roses. Perhaps they should do more deliveries than just the 1pm cut off, so they have more time to make the arrangement, but I am still thankful.

My first experience with Fascination Flowers was amazing. The florists were helpful and accommodating both on phone and in-store. As a nervous first time shopper I'm so happy I came here. Brought my own planter to be filled as gift and they knocked it outta the park with it. Added river rocks for lack of planter drainage and arranged my succulent selection beautifully. They made me feel so good about my planter selection too when they complimented it at pick up (modulicious[.]com if anyone is interested - Ontario based creater on Etsy). Ist time using Fascination Flowers . Ordered online from out of own for delivery in Hamilton.The flowers were lovely. I was surprised however, they were delivered when the recipient was out and they were left on the porch. I am familiar with getting notification window of a flower delivery; ensuring someone be home .

Super impressed! I ordered flowers for my dad as a surprise all the way from the UK and was hoping the delivery would be on time before Christmas and that they would look pretty like the pictures. Let me tell you - delivery was super prompt and the flowers were honestly so amazing... they sent me pictures right when they got them and were posting them all over Facebook! Even the written part was nicely done. Will definitely be my go to flowers place for whenever I have to order flowers for my family in Hamilton! If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would!
