I was looking for a great bouquet of flowers for a couple celebrating their 60th anniversary. I was on a tight timeline and found Edna Miller's in a Google search. Reviews were fantastic so I thought I would check it out. Reviewers were bang on with the high rating. Service is very friendly and they listened to my request for something special and kept it within my budget. They have a wide assortment of flowers from which to choose. I was able to work with them to pick out flowers which complemented each other and a beautiful presentation bouquet was created in a jiffy. The gift was received by the happy couple and was promptly placed in a vase on the dining room table to enjoy. Thank you so much for making a special day even lovelier with a beautiful bouquet of flowers which will be enjoyed for days to come. I will certainly be visiting again!

I am from out of town and ordered a bouquet over the phone for a family visitation. The service was really wonderful while we worked out the details. I attended the visitation so I was able to see the bouquet and it was beautifully made and my sentiments as to colour and feeling were perfectly reflected. Price was very resonable and overall I was very pleased and would use this shop again if the need arises. Definately would recommend. I placed an order for delivery over a week in advance, only to have the order mistakenly cancelled for another. Had I not called to inquire as the status of my order on the day of required delivery, it would not have ordered. Luckily, I caught them in time and it was delievered, but I was not offered anything for the mistake. I feel it would have been good practice to offer a free upgrade or discount to the original order, but that's just me. Good reviews brought me here, but I doubt I will risk it again. On a different note, the delivered bouquet was well put together, so at least that was a positive. EDIT: I received an apology in addition to a full refund for my order. Considering the circumstances, this was fair compensation for the inconvenience. I would recommend Edna Miller and will reconsider my decison to avoid giving them my patronage.

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, and always able to make the perfect arrangement based on the occasion or the customer's request. I have gone here many times right before closing and she has always accommodated my request, even though it was last minute. I had my friend take a picture and I was very happy with the beautiful arrangement. My friend loved them, too. Working with Susan was one of the highlights of planning my daughter's wedding in May 2015. She had lots of ideas, stayed within budget, and was so sweet and patient with us. Her little shop is gorgeous and so is Cosmo, her whippet! The flowers she provided for the wedding were incredibly beautiful and exactly what we wanted. It wasn't just the type of flowers, but how she mixed and arranged them, and that's everything from the large arrangements for the service to the table centrepieces to the boutonnieres and corsages. This is the store that did such a beautiful job on my wedding 30 years ago, and, although it has changed owners since then, it still offers the same exceptional quality, service and price. We could not be happier.

My special out of season order of peonies is memorable at Christmastime. Edna Miller Flowers & Gifts is able to work within any budget and any request is merely a challenge and never a problem that can't be overcome. Without question, I'm glad to count myself among their many satisfied customers. Metered parking available on the side street. They're open with reduced hours and offer convenient curbside service or delivery.

Bespoke flowers and above and beyond service. I wanted to impress someone. I told the person working the amount I wanted to spend and boy did she deliver. I ordered AFTER HOURS on friday night and someone not only picked up but took my order. To further go above I was let's say hesitant in what I wanted to send for a card. I sent my message in and got a response the same weekend on Sunday. Everything this place did for me was above and beyond. To finish it all off the person I sent the flowers to was absolutely stunned at the bespoke arrangement and the bill came in below my cost. Hats off to such a professional and kind place. After two failed attempts at getting service and an arrangement from another reputable florist, my friend and I stopped in at Edna Miller. We were looking for arrangements for my fathers funeral and wanted something a bit more contemporary, masculine and hearty, loose and foresty and beautiful. Diane spent time with me looking at photos on the internet and sketching out ideas and showing us different flowers to use, etc. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed with her. She took detailed notes and, for the cost of the one arrangement at the other florist, I was able to get four arrangements and delivery. I would give Susan at Edna Miller Flowers 6 stars if I could! She was so helpful and patient. I live out of town and wanted to send a unique and special arrangement for friends who had lost their father/grandfather. Susan took the time to text me pictures of plants and orchids which she had in her shop. In the end, she custom designed an arrangement, based on my wishes from the pictures she sent.
