Dropped in unplanned, to buy a bouquet for my mom's 50th birthday from her tech-challenged faraway friend. Terri was incredibly friendly, and immediately did up a beautiful custom arrangement on the spot. Out the door in 15 minutes, with a bright and cheerful floral arrangement that made my mom tear up. I don't know about the delivery service, but for a no-notice on-the-spot arrangement, this is an excellent floral design shop to go to.

I ordered flowers for the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend and they never arrived. I called 3 times for an update on my order and no one was able to help as phone lines were closed on the Sunday. I got in touch with someone on the following Tuesday. They did apologize and offered to deliver flowers for free. The free flowers were never delivered leading to more disappointment.

I would never return. Order was very late for Prom. Flowers came in smaller/not what we wanted. I was not called and warned, and asked to come back when I arrived at schedule pick up time. Twice I was asked to come back. She was very understaffed - 2 other parents were also waiting for late orders. Terri Lynn started trying to throw together an entirely new arrangement because they were so small. I did not have time to wait and just needed her to get the order ready, as I had already been asked to come back twice. I told her I wasn't happy but I needed her to work quickly. I was literally cutting flowers myself and handing them to her to glue. The kids entirely missed their pre-party and JUST made their rented transportation as I left without their flowers to drop them off and go back AGAIN. The flowers wilted and went limp very early in the night. After MUCH back and forth I've been waiting for a refund for well over a week. Worst customer service EVER.

Seems like maybe a fake company. Ordered on a Tues for a Saturday delivery for Mother’s Day. Received an email confirmation when I ordered. No delivery, called and left a message 4PM on the delivery day since we hadn’t received the flowers but never received a call back. After trying to call a few times after that message, it just always went to their voicemail. Don’t even try to order here.

The flower is not fresh and shipped 1 week early than the date I chose??? And no one is answering the phone. A surprise for someone become a surprise for me now. Obviously the owner think all the 1 star reviews are created by "people have nothing better to do then put down a business abd have no idea what they are really doing". I guess this time I am the nothing else to do guy now. Now I do not know what they are going to sent to my wife for replacement because it will be totally based on their stock.
