Owner is a great guy. I walked in to pick up a gift for someone, and he went well above and beyond making it look nice (this wasn't a floral arrangement; I was planning to throw it in a gift bag and be done with it). As I emptied out my bag to make room for the gift he wrapped, he saw another gift I had picked up from elsewhere and offered to wrap that too. The machine had no prompt to tip; I feel bad for not insisting it. Top notch customer service.

Owners are pretty wonderful people, great at working with flowers, and have excellent taste. The new location is bigger and brighter, they are in a great neighborhood that they add so much to by being on the corner. They are always willing to accommodate last min requests. Prices are good. Selection is great. They did my wedding and everyone marveled at the flowers the whole time. You really can't go wrong with this place!

Was a regular customer until I went to buy flowers today and they decided to close up shop early. Ruined the plans I had. Facebook and Google Maps both says they close at 5:30pm on Saturday and at 5pm they had the place closed. Lost my business for sure!

I ordered a $80 arrangement, which after several phone calls it was determined had been dropped off with some random person in the hospital rather than the requested location. After I was eventually able to find the arrangement, it was horrible, a rectangular box with 5 flowers and some greenery. When I called it was described as the florists choice and a contemporary arrangement - I will not order from here again.

I’ve purchased several arrangements over the past few months from Neville @ My Mother’s Bloomers. Each time I didn’t think they could be more beautiful than the last. I was certainly wrong! As you can see from the photo, this recent arrangement was stunning. My family and I really felt the love put into these flowers. Even when the card for the arrangement was lost (no fault of the floral shop), Neville had his courier drop off another at the funeral home within minutes of my call. last week I received a thoghtful gift of one magnificent floral arrangement from my daughters from My Mother's Bloomers. After feeling much sadness from the loss of my beloved pet it brightened my spirits to receive these gorgeous flowers such an artistic lovely creation and each day another flower blooms and changes the look of this tiered lil garden it's been about a week and everything is still fresh; I haven't had to discard any flowers yet thank you so much for the work it took to arrange much appreciated Regina

If I could give less than 1 star I would. First, they call to let you know you have a delivery - so you don’t even get to be surprised. Second, it took 4 calls back and forth to arrange a delivery time. But I still didn’t really understand what their plan for delivery is and I got so fed up with the last phone call I just hung up. I’m recovering from surgery at home, the flowers were sent by a loved one, I don’t have time or energy for this. Figure out your ridiculous delivery system.

My local flower shop of choice! Not only for the free downtown delivery, but because their arrangements are absolutely stunning every time. They consistently blow us away with their arrangements. They've proven their ability to go above and beyond as well, I ordered a bouquet for my mother to be delivered to her at work. She chose to take the day off last minute and My Mother's Bloomers were still able to make the delivery that day for her. 10/10.
