If I could give them 10/10 I would, I recently ordered flowers for my MIL and upon calling to confirm the order was on track to be delivered we discovered I had ordered from the wrong location. I was panicked as I am ordering from U.S., the associate assured me she would have the order transferred to their location in Halifax in lieu of my accidental order in Dartmouth. I can’t say enough how much it meant to know that it was being taken care of and also reassured I didn’t need to do anything on my end. This truly speaks volumes of their professionalism and also care for clients. Thank you so much for helping me brighten my beloved Mother In Laws day!!!

I ordered fresh flowers (Daisy Delight bouquet) online all the way from the UAE and was hoping that these would reach my dear friends in Halifax on the same day for their anniversary. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, and reached my dear friends on time. The price was also reasonable for free same day delivery. The shop also had the courtesy to call beforehand to make sure they were home and delivered soon after. Two weeks after the flowers were delivered, I have received a message that the flowers are still alive and fresh. I would happily recommend this shop for fresh flower delivery in Halifax.

Ordered 2 seperate deal of the day's, one for my mother and one for my girlfriend's mother, ordered both on the same day and same package. One arrangement was very colourful (whites, purple, red, yellow, green) and looking great. Mine only had white and yellow flowers and was very basic for a nearly $70 arrangement. A Arrangement that could have been purchased from a superstore for $19.99 Im sure the store has been swamped by calls and orders on this crazy day before mother's day, but just not as impressed as I hoped I'd be.

Quick same day delivery! Ordered the moon mist cotton candy to go with the birthday bouquet but was sent a different flavor instead. Hopefully it's just a one time mistake. Update: I was phoned back with an apology, that moon mist won't be arriving until Monday, and that it slipped their mind to confirm the change before delivery. Will use their service again :)

I absolutely love this flower shop, they're always willing to accommodate last minute orders if they have the correct flowers that are requested or accommodate for others that they do have. They're so pleasantly amazing to work with. I LOVE the selection of house plants that they have as well! I spoke to Jena on the phone and placed an order for my nannie as her birthday is coming up on Saturday, most of the time I have to show pictures of what I want or the idea. I usually feel like I have to ask a ton of questions to other floral shops to make sure they get it right. Right from the start of my conversation I had totally faith I was in the right hands. Hands down the best service I've ever been given/greeted with. Jena was super friendly/cheerful and very knowledgeable about the flowers as I was going to be traveling 2 hours to deliver them to my nan.

Good morning! I have known Vernon at Flower Trends for a number of years now. He and his staff have always done their very best to keep my loved ones feeling even more appreciated with their lovely arrangements. On the occasion I order online (which is a piece of cake!) if there are any issues they always call me with options. Recently, I had a large order to a number of locations throughout New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia, and I asked Vernon if he would be able to manage all these different spots in a coordinated fashion. He completely OUTDID himself. I had some many emails from my friends and staff commenting on their beautiful flowers! And of course I took all the credit! : ) Flower Trends Florists will make YOU LOOK GREAT! I could not possibly give them a higher recommendation. I wish this review had SIX stars, but then I would be asking for seven. Enjoy!

Amazing service!!! We placed an order at 10:00 am for a coworker who is in the QEII Hospital. My coworker sent me a picture of the beautiful flowers she just received from us at 10:45 am. I'm shocked!!! 45 minutes from time of order to delivery. The nice lady at the shop told me she would try to get this order out in the morning delivery which I thought....maybe noon time at best IF she was able to get it done in time for the delivery person. WOW!!! 45 minutes later our order was delivered. I called the shop to say "thank you" and they said it was lucky timing but beyond the timing.....they were EXCELLENT to deal with and I will always buy flowers from the Flower Trends Florists in the future....as will my coworkers. Super impressed. Thank you thank you thank you.

What we liked especially was the staff's willingness to go above and beyond just taking the order; they helped accommodate a complicated request and did so cheerfully. We also like that their website has a nice drop down menu so you can select flowers for a wide variety of occasions. Very nice, totally professional.

Not very good I’m afraid! I needed these to be delivered at 4pm and I had to phone up to get them to deliver because they forgot “said the driver had been put on that delivery for a while! “ Well 90mins for 2.1 km come on! Don’t give me stuck traffic routine BS , I drive those routes all day ! Yes I’m a delivery driver! and what’s more he themn sits out in front of the house looking at a paper map ! Come on ! Buy him a GPS at least. Flowers were ok , but the timing completely ruined our Anniversary! Thanks for nothing! Will never use your services again and will not recommend you to my customers!

I ordered this bouquet for my daughter on her birthday recently, she was very happy when she received it.. she sent me a picture as soon as she opened it. It was very pretty, The service was awesome, it was delivered to her work approximately 2 hours after I ordered it. If I were to order the same bouquet again I would order the deluxe as there were only 2 roses in this one.. I had thought looking at the photo there would be 3 but that is the middle choice. the deluxe gives 5, I think, overall my daughter was very happy and said it was very pretty so thats all good with me :)

I used this shop to have a coursage and boutonnière made for my prom. The florist seemed completely disinterested although he did agree to adhere to my specific requests for what I wanted done. However, when I picked them up the florist had completely disregarded what I had requested. Additionally, the boutonnière was very poorly constructed and fell apart nearly immediately. I would not recommend this shop to anyone especially if you have specific requests.

I used this business for a flower delivery. It took me a lot of calls to figure out when they Would have the flowers that I wanted. They said they would call me back but they never did. After about five phone calls I finally got them to get my information and set up a delivery. they said they would deliver it, but I realize they still had it so I called back and they said that they couldn't get a hold of the person to see if they were home. I knew the person was home so I told him to just go. They just called the person again and then said that the person didn't want the delivery. I said that that wasn't possible. Then I realized that they had written down the wrong phone number. Long story short, the people working here weren't very good at problem solving, and if I wasn't completely on top of them about everything then my flowers would have never been delivered. They should have known they hit the wrong phone number after some foreign guy yelled at them that they didn't want the flowers. They should have called me after this happened. they also should have called me when they realized there delivery was going to be late for the new flowers. And they also should have called me when they got a delivery of the flowers I wanted. I won't be using these guys again.

Would like to thank Flower Trends Florists Halifax NS for helping me complete my journey doing my family history. I have being doing my family history, because I asked one question over 40 years ago. I asked my grandmother about her father, but she wasn’t able to gave me a answer. Them days their was no phones ,internet ,and probably the family couldn’t afford to find out what really happened to him. We are talking about 1919. I asked the same question last year at a family wedding in Ireland, 40 odd years after asking for the first time. I asked my mother, uncle and auntie about their grandfather but again hit a blank wall. So after some hired help, a lot of hours researching on the internet I found out my great grandfather died in Halifax NS and buried their. So I asked Flower Trends Florists Halifax NS to complete my journey by paying my respects to my great grandfather and celebrate his birthday by organising some flowers to his grave. This was made very easy by Roxanna and the team at the shop , who helped me pick some flowers, and got them delivered to the grave, as I am in the uk, they also arrange a photo, of the flowers on the grave which was sent to me by email. Flower Trends left me with a smile on my face as well as the recipient. I sent the “Deal of the day” and was unaware of what would be sent to my daughter to congratulate on her new job. She received a large arrangement, professionally arranged, speedy delivery, (I ordered mid afternoon, maybe 2 pm, and she received before 430 at her office) The price was very fair for the service we received. I would highly recommend.

Do not count on these people, they will get mad at you when THEY screw up. Worst service ever! I placed a 159.00 order a couple of days before and didn't receive a call that they were not being delivered until 430 the day of delivery. I got a call from a very rude lady who insisted that the problem was that I didn't state it was a business so it didn't go out. I did state it was a business when I ordered the flowers. When the rude lady called she told me it was because it was a business that they didn't get delivered. I wonder how they figured out it is a business other than from my order. I did not tell her. If they were not able to fill my order letting me know before the day is over would have been good.

This is my first time ordering flowers online and I must say I made the right choice. The site is legit and the arrangement was lovely! Let me just explain my 4-star rating. Actually it's a 4.5 but I don't know how to that here so I ended up giving a 4 instead. It's the delivery method. I think calling the recipient first before delivering the flowers kind of ruin the surprise. Unless the sender gave specific instructions to do so. But other than that it was a pleasant experience. Bottomline, my sister liked it and that's what matters the most. So yes, I'll still place another order in the future. Thanks!
