Do not use this service. Flowers were ordered for my sister's birthday. Paid extra to have the delivery brought in Wednesday morning, as she was moving out of that area later in the day. They failed to send this information through, so the delivery did not make it on time, and then they refused to refund us for something caused by THEM. If you want to lose your money due to poor management and awful customer service, feel free to order from Bloomex. EDIT: Customer Service is absolutely horrible! They left a cookie cutter reply, and attempted to blame the pandemic which WASN'T A THING WHEN THE ORDER WAS PUT IN.

I am so very pleased with the bouquets I ordered from Bloomex. They arrived on time and were packed so well - each and every flower was protected and carefully packaged for shipment. And the best thing is that my family member just called to say the flowers are still going strong and I haven't seen flowers last this long before (they received them eight days ago). I ordered a small bouquet of roses for my mom for mother's day. The bouquet that was delivered was not good....I immediately emailed customer service and within hours they had credited my account so that I could order a replacement. They were so kind and responsive that I ended up ordering an even larger bouquet and spending an additional $50. The replacement bouquet was STUNNING. Absolutely the most beautiful roses I've ever seen, and they were delivered within two days. I will continue to place orders with Bloomex every time I need flowers. I could not be happier with them!

I never write reviews but I'm so disappointed about my order from Bloomex. I ordered two deluxe rose arrangements to be delivered the day before Mother's Day (to ensure that they would arrive in time). Not only did they deliver the order over 48 hours late, the flowers were also wilted, and I'm missing one of the bouquets completely! they only sent 1/2 flowers and the one I sent isn't event the right one?? My order was $104.50 and everything was completely wrong!!! I hope I get my refund. Save yourself the trouble and order your flowers from elsewhere. Bloomex is a scam.

I have been using Bloomex for my corporate and personal condolences and celebrations for the past 4 years and have been impressed with the responses every time. I generally use the gift box option that allows me to send a more personal touch to a delivery, but the flowers are always good value for the product as well. If you plan on using the service more than once a month, I would recommend paying for the platinum membership that allows you to have unlimited shipping for a year.

100% poor customer service beyond the sweet reps who are just there for a paycheck and know it's a garbage service. I ordered a fruit basket for the day of a wake, to be delivered in another province. I paid EXTRA for next day delivery (ordered Thursday evening). Friday, they email and say they can not deliver that day, but will deliver Tuesday instead with an "upgrade". I went on live chat, gave my information and "Jon" said sorry, your order can't be refunded at this stage." ..and never came back! After 20 minutes, I called the 1-888 number. I said I wanted my order cancelled because Friday was the delivery day for a reason(wake). Tuesday would just appear delayed and not tactful. They tried to upgrade me to keep the order. I said no way. So the rep told me it had to go to management to be approved for a refund and they would contact me Saturday morning about 9am. By Sunday afternoon, I called again and this rep told me that no management was even in on weekends and they will respond to me tomorrow. If nothing is done, I will challenge with my CC company and file a report with BBB. Just a very big runaround. Absolutely horrible service.

Bloomex offers some very good deals on flower delivery. Unfortunately the quality of the flowers sent is hit and miss. Some times they are fantastic, other times they are average and then when you least expect it they are terrible. But it's the only affordable option for flower delivery, so you roll the dice and take your chances.

In all my life of dealing with business and being a business owner my self i have never came across a company who has treated me so badly before. I ordered flowers for a important occasion every thing was fine i even was charged extra for delivery on the day i requested. Every thing was fine until the day they were supposed to arrive not a call not a email that they couldn't make the delivery until after lunch about 3 hours after they were supposed to arrive telling me they over booked customers . Then to make matters worse they tried to set a date for a week later like how will they help at a funeral a week late lol. So then i try to call and cancel only to find they have their phone shut off and only taking messages their online site wouldn't let me cancel it saying the last name i was entering wasnt correct even though i was copying it from their own receit lol. Finally they get call back on the phone and tell me its not their problem if i wanted my flowers i should have called some one else still wasn't even given a apology or anything. If u want to ruin a special occasion you can count on these guys to do that for you they care about their customer service so much every reponse to a review on here says the same thing they cant even be bothered to properly answer any one please dont support these low lifes

The picture is what I ordered and the sad poorly wrapped bouquet of pitiful flowers are what was delivered. The worst part of it was this was a token to comfort a friends loss of a loved one and they chose to send a sparse amount of dead flowers. My note was also not included. Save yourself the disappoint and embarrassment...use another company. I surely will be moving in the future.

Bloomex promised to send out another arrangement to anyone I want for free; it should be delivered by Nov.14 (which is not here yet) plus they took $10 off my original order. I think that was more then enough compensation.

I’ve ordered twice now from this company & both times was highly satisfied with the product. Time frame is met, product is fresh. The last time I placed an online order, I was trying to synchronize it with the delivery of cookies from another company. The other company couldn’t get it there as soon as Bloomex was going to deliver, so I had to call and speak with someone on the phone about changing the date a few hours after the order was already placed. Awful. I discourage anyone from using this company. I understand that flowers are perishable and substitutions must sometimes be made, but the bouquet I sent my mother for Mother's Day had visibly expired flowers. I immediately sent photos to the company and was given a run-around about details and then told I had waited too long to contact them. 12 hours when I'm 4000 km away is too long?! Horrific customer service. I will never use this company again and suggest you don't either. I wish there was a zero star option.

Absolutely gorgeous bouquet- the perfect holiday/winter mix for any location. I especially loved the succulents mixed through with pine as this pulled together the southwest & tradition Christmas decor. Flowers had not bloomed until 2/3 days of being in water. At first I was nervous they had died during transit; however, they just needed to hydrate and lasted nearly a month!

I ordered the Deluxe Super Snapdragons, plus a heart-shaped balloon, to be delivered to my mother on Mother's Day. I paid extra to have the flowers and balloon delivered on Mothers Day Sunday. However, the balloon was delivered on the Thursday before, all by itself. Instead of the heart-shaped balloon I ordered, a purple happy face balloon was delivered. The next day (Friday), the flowers were delivered. Not only were they the wrong flowers (an assortment of irises, daisies, stalk of fern, and some wilted purple snapdragons), but there was no card greeting included either. I contacted Bloomex and they were not helpful at all. First, they gave me "care instructions" after I mentioned the flowers arrived wilted. They said no refund is possible, but that they could re-send the proper flowers and balloon. I have e-mailed twice since then, and of course, no response, no flowers, nothing. Bloomex, I gave you the benefit of the doubt, and ample opportunity to make this right, because I realize mistakes can happen. We are after all, all human. However, your customer service is quite terrible and I'm so very disappointed that this was a complete fail. I almost never see mother as we do not live in the same province. I wanted to surprise her with a beautiful package, which completely backfired with no offer of rectification. So very unfortunate.

Horrendous experience. I was told if I checked out through an email link I was sent there would be a coupon applied. Coupon not applied. I paid extra for a vase with the flowers. The flowers never came with a vase. I reached out to customer service, not once, not twice, but three times without a single reply. The flowers also came in poor condition and it's clear that they slapped a bouquet together without any real care. If I could do less than one star I would. The flowers are not always exactly as they appear in person, but they are still very beautiful. I send flowers to relatives in Ontario and if i have a problem with my order it is fixed right away (which by the way has only been minor and caught before my delivery was sent). Horrible experience trying to get flowers. I ordered online and they shipped them from Quebec instead of shipping them from the local store here in Halifax. It has been 3 days since they were suppose to be delivered and they still aren't out for delivery. I have been trying to cancel the order and get my money back, I have sent multiple emails with no response, I have made several calls and no one answers the phone. I love to give flowers from Bloomex! They offer beautiful flowers at a reasonable price, with no shipping charge. Other places charge a crazy fee for shipping and handling. I usually plan ahead, and the Bloomex is great at reminding me about special events. If taken proper care, these flowers last several weeks, (Bloomex sends easy to follow care instructions with every bouquet. They also have great customer care reps that can handle any situation. Please do not spend your money here. What a poor experience. They missed the delivery window with no heads up or explanation as to why. The bouquet was less than a third of the advertised size and the flowers were falling apart and almost dead. I just counted 9 flowers total in our bouquet. The bouquet on their site shows 30+ in the vase facing the camera and assuming some on the other side of the vase in the photo it would make it more like 40 or 50 flowers. The person who sent this to me was very disappointed. Please do not spend your money here.

I would not recommend this company. I should have read reviews more before I ordred. They make you pay for delivery and spesfiy the date of delivery. My order was delivered one day late and missed my friend's birthday. I paid extra fees to add a vase and a card. The vase was never included for the delivery. I ordered multi colour roses but it wasn't really multi colours at all. Customer service chat online is computer and useless. Over the telephone, it would ask you to leave a message. No way to communicate properly. Don't go with this company!

So far the people I send flowers to are pleased. As it is unusually important to me that these particular recipients receive attractive, fresh flowers, I’m pleased. Also I thought subscription would be hard to manage as flowers need to arrive in time for ceremonies scheduled on a lunar calendar. The stage of the moon is always the same, but the date on Western calendars shifts from month to month. Bloomex’ system makes it easy to accommodate the situation.

I have been blown away with the quality and the easy at which I have been able to pick, buy, and send flowers. I have been sending flowers to my wife every month for the past 12 years of our relationship and I have never found the combination of quality and savings that I have found with Bloomex.ca. I am currently deployed as a member of the US Military and the subscription service allows me to continually send flowers even when I can not get on the internet. Also if there are any issues the customer service is amazing. They have fixed some of the issues that I created just to be helpful! The price is just right too! Normally on other flower websites you have to pay double just for shpping. With Bloomex.com the price is amazing you get some of the largest, longest lasting, and freshest flowers ever!

I ordered flowers for a funeral through Bloomex.ca and not in a million years would I recommend this flower company for anything, ever. We ordered the family flower arrangement for our loved one's funeral from Bloomex. We had a lot on our plates with the funeral arrangements and figured it would be easiest to order an upgraded, deluxe arrangement online and have it delivered directly to the funeral home the day of the visitation to take one thing off of our plates. When it was 4pm and I still hadn't received confirmation of their guaranteed delivery by 5pm, I reached out via their live chat. Via chat, their customer service representative named Garry was rude and incredibly unhelpful, responding with "got your point" when I mentioned that the flower order was for a funeral. Eventually he said he was checking on the order and then never came back or responded. I called in to get more information on where the flowers were, and their staff on the phone were equally unpleasant. They had said they'd check with the courier and email me an update -- when I asked for a phone call instead of an email due to the fact that the funeral was in an hour, I was told that they send emails instead of calls and "maybe they will call" (without even actually taking my phone number). I received an email later saying that my order wouldn't be delivered and they'd like to send a bouquet to the family's address since they didn't arrive in time for the funeral. The problem is that we ARE the family, we don't want flowers AFTER the funeral, and now our loved one didn't have a family bouquet because of this company. I called after the funeral and was given the same run around. I asked for a refund, was told that the person I was speaking to was not qualified to offer a refund, that it would be taken up with higher management, and that MAYBE they could offer me a refund based on their investigation. MAYBE I could get a refund for flowers that never arrived. I asked to have the higher management CALL ME instead of email, and was told once again that they usually email about couldn't guarantee that someone would call. And also couldn't guarantee a refund. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, the WORST way to handle the situation, and completely unacceptable to only be able to hear from anyone via email. A terrible, stressful experience on top of the stress of losing our loved one. Pick ANY other company than Bloomex.

Infuriating to say the least. My boyfriend is currently out of state & I was feeling a little lonely therefore he made an order from Bloomex on Thursday so it could get here for either Friday/Saturday. He payed the quick delivery as it was advertised that it would take a day. Anyways Saturday comes & still no flowers, I try calling customer service and nobody answers so I head to the live chat. I was assured it would be there before 8PM and not to worry. It never came. I waited a full week and it finally came, I was beyond upset. I actually got in touch with someone on Tuesday and they were saying the same but nothing came. Delivery wasn't even the worst issue. He had gotten a huge bouquet of red, white and pink roses with a card & a teddy bear, it was 70$ before everything. I can't even make this up but there was about 7 flowers in the bouquet, 3 red roses and 4 pink carnations. They were so small and barely even bloomed. Absolutely nothing like the picture they advertised online. And the card, they glued an uneven piece of white paper inside with a printed messaged, looks like a 4 year old made it. The teddy is about the size of my toe. I had never seen such horrible advertising, it was all false. I called about 4 times with no answer, so I emailed. I sent in pictures I took to compare whats shown online. I was responded to a day later saying it was sent to the manager, he only contacted me 2 days later. A long paragraph was sent saying how my bouquet was beautifully done, nothing was wrong with it, the delivery was correct & theres nothing they can do about it. I was in shock considering its not rocket science to know how obviously false their advertising is. I give them another call, finally someone picks up, I had to leave work to do this. After my loud complaining and frustration taking over, I was told it still looked beautiful but then I realized he was re reading the email trying to get rid of me. Long story short with my yelling & hard head he offered to send me cookies? I told him no, I expect a brand new bouquet of flowers shown exactly how its advertised online. It took me 30 minutes to do so, refused to let me speak to a manager, but he agreed on sending me a new one and would be here in 4 days. I will follow up on this when I receive the order. All this to say, coming from a marketing director, the advertising is beyond false and needs to be reported immidietly and customer service needs to be taken care of. I had never dealt with such a horrible company. i really hope they make up for it.

I've had two experiences with Bloomex Company and both were WOW! First, I was a recipient of a gorgeous bouquet sent for my birthday earlier this year. The flowers were so incredible - and lasted a very long time - so I decided to use Bloomex for Mother's Day. I chose the Designer's Choice option and my Mom hasn't stopped beaming over her flowers. She received roses and the blooms were so large that she had to divide the bouquet into 3 vases. They were beautiful and definitely helped me to score points with Mom (LOL). Thanks, Bloomex!

I would give this company 0 stars if it were possible. Placed order well in advance to be delivered on a certain date. Order didn't arrive until days later, despite paying extra for delivery to ensure it was there on time. When order did arrive flowers were all wilted and mostly past their best. Again, I paid extra to make the arrangment of flowers larger, however what arrived looked something akin to what you would pick up at a gas station and none of the flowers pictured where in the final delivered arrangement. Most of the fruit in the fruit basket were inedible. I contacted the company several times and they refused to refund, however said they would resend another fresh order, this never happened. Lessoned learned...always order from a local company instead of this company.

Spent over $100 on flowers and gifts for my mother on mothers day. 4 days before the selected delivery date my mom received a smiley face balloon from Bloomex. No, I did not order this. Confused, I attempted to contact Bloomex by their online chat they push for customers to use and did not receive any helpful information from the robot they use for this chat. I tried phoning. A lot. My calls went to voicemail indicating I was next in the que for a call back. I have yet to receive a call from Bloomex after 5 calls to them. Today... my mother received her flowers. Moldy and dead and without the correct balloon and sweet msg I requested for her. Best of luck to anyone else using this company. I feel like I was scammed. Amazon gift card for mom next year!! If i knew how to attach the pictures of the moldy flowers on here I would.

This afternoon I received a bouquet of flowers from this company which my husband ordered online yesterday. First they promised delivery the same day, then called later in the day to advise that wasn't possible. My husband agreed to delivery today. Today they arrived, and instead of the huge bouquet of lillies he ordered and paid $70 plus for, I received a small bouquet of carnations, that I guarantee you can buy at the grocery store for $10. He emailed pics and their response was that sometimes comparable substitutions are made, and that according to the pic he sent it was comparable. Horrific service, please do not waste your time or money. I am grateful for him thinking of me on our anniversary, but am horrified at the lack of customer service he received.

They looked nothing like what I ordered- one was to be a plant in a basket, was sent in some cheap tray with hardly any plants, second was to be a mason jar with sunflowers, arrived with neither, cannot believe how much money I wasted!! I've emailed them requesting my money back so we will see what happens. Update: got the line that on their site they have the right to substitute, which I can understand but when I order something and you send something drastically different, it’s not fair. They should have communicated with me that they didn’t have a mason jar or even sunflowers!!!! Was not impressed with the Europian Sampler fruit basket that I sent to a friend. I was visiting the person when it arrived. It looked nothing like the advertisement, it looked like the gift was the basket because you couldn’t see any fruit in it until you searched under the plastic wrap. It was embarrassing. But when I called to ask why it had not arrived yet at the end of that day, the representative told me it won’t be delivered today since my address is not local. First, the date was available after I put in my delivery address on the website. Second, I did not receive any call or email regarding the late delivery of my order. I would not know anything about where my order was if I did not call them. The flowers did arrive today, in bad condition. I would not recommend it to people who need it for special events.

I have never written a google review before. My poor service from Bloomex has left me no other option. I ordered flower for my anniversary the next day. They offered the following day as an option for delivery so I took that as the late notice would not be an issue. They called me the day of delivery to say it wouldn't be able to make it that day and offered some kind of complimentary upgrade. I was frustrated but understood and accepted the upgrade. The following day, I never received a phone call, only a status update that the flower were out for delivery. Nothing came. the next day was remembrance day, still no delivery. SO now its 4 days since I ordered, 3 since the original delivery date and the flowers still haven't arrived. Very disappointed with the service. When I called their service centre, I was repeatedly talked over, couldn't get an firm answer as to if the flowers would still be in good condition when they arrived, and was eventually hung up on when I said I couldn't understand the woman on the phone. Very disappointed in the overall service. At this point I am still really hoping they arrive in reasonable condition, but based on my experience I do not have very high expectations.

First delivery driver was not wearing a mask when we met at my door. Placed an order nine days before the desired dlivery date but, with flowers, I forgot that may be too much time. Had ordered a bouquet of mixed spray roses but received longstem red. Flowers are in nice shape but may age quickly as they are well open. Received a cheaper vase in replacement of a requested hand-blown but was offered a credit toward my online account, so that is more than okay. Birthday cake arrived a day late and had clearly tumbled around during shipping as the frosting on top had been flattened to the protective lid. Their chocolate fudge tastes good, however. Bakery did a nice job. Shipping was the issue. All in all, I will try Bloomex again a few times for an overall average. Not bad but there is a little room for improvement.

DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM BLOOMEX - TERRIBLE FLOWERS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering, because it seems like most people have similar things to say. I ordered flowers for my mother's 50th birthday which is a pretty big deal, and unfortunately I'm halfway across the world currently. I paid to supersize the flowers (the most you can buy) because I wanted them to be truly perfect. When I saw the messages from my mom after she had received them, I thought there for sure had to be a mistake...The flowers look NOTHING like the picture, they didn't even include the same flowers from the photo. What is the sense in ordering based on a photo if the photo is disregarded and you're given whatever the florist wants to give? It's highway robbery, and I hope everyone reading this review chooses another company. Upon sending a complaint about my dissatisfaction, I received a generic-looking response that stated Bloomex had reviewed my complaint and determined the flowers were exactly what they should have been and were beautiful. Wow, are you kidding me? If a customer is unhappy you need to ensure you do something to fix that, but instead they have actually made it worse. As you can see in the attached photos, they have used a cheap flower for the entire bouquet and were only nice enough to include one rose. The whole reason I ordered this bouquet was for the lilies, but there are none to be found. I could have picked a better bouquet from my garden, what a disappointment. Also - Bloomex mentioned issues occurring in stock fluctuation. Why is that my problem now? If you're unable to fulfill someone's order then maybe let them know and see if there's something else they're interested in? Instead of giving garbage flowers and claiming it's 'part of your policy'. Thanks for nothing Bloomex, your flowers and customer service are the worst!

Placed 5 seperate orders for Christmas centrepieces on October 26 to be delivered December 21-23. 2 were completed on time and were a centrepiece of extremely poor quality , 2 orders were late and horribly substituted with nothing similar and flowers were 1/2 dead and damaged. Hi I have been ordering from Bloomex for a couple years and have never had a problem with my order. This year the order for Mother’s Day was a different story. The wrong flowers were send to my mother twice. With about ten emails, two orders of flowers sent. The company finally decided to give me a refund. This company is usually good with their orders. This was one isolated case where my order of flowers were not correct. My advice to the Bloomex company is to check their website to make sure it lines up with what your customers are seeing because there was obviously a mixup with the photos of the flowers and they did not catch the mistake until I resent photos of what was sent to my mother, so they need to check into that for sure, so they won’t have that problem for the next customer. I’m happy to say that they did follow through with correcting the error at the end with a live person named Daryl B.....thank you Daryl for taking the time to resolve the matter at hand.

They charge higher delivery rates for special occasions then ship the product 3 or 4 days earlier and pocket the extra money. If I wanted the flowers 4 days early the delivery date was available and with lower charges, I would have chose that obviously. If you have to ship 4 days early to get the items out on time then maybe think about posting higher shipping costs the whole week instead of the one day so it's realistic to customers and doesn't make your company look like it's ripping people off.

On Saturday, I received an email from Fedex informing me that the flowers were coming from Quebec (I live in Halifax), and that they would not arrive on Mother's Day as expected. Quebec????????? When they arrived, the quality and freshness of the flowers were highly suspect. I contacted Bloomex customer service, not to get anything from them, but to simply let them know their service is a day late and a dollar short. In sum gentlemen, when purchasing flowers for that special woman in your life, I recommend you don't use this service. If you've left it to the last minute, go to Superstore.......their arrangements are on par (if not a touch better) than Bloomex, and they'll cost you MARKEDLY less. Unless you don't like money and enjoy disappointment....then by all means, use Bloomex

For my daughter's birthday in early May, I ordered flowers from Dartmouth and was both embarrassed and disappointed when I saw them. They were brown and droopy....I sent pictures taken just after delivery and the customer service was non existent - I got nothing but an auto reply saying that they got my email. This was during COVID, so perhaps there were supply problems. I would not have ordered if I thought I would get poor quality. It is hard to believe that after two weeks, the From farm to table my flowers are still looking fresh with scarcely any loss and were sent directly from So. Canada. as shown on the mailing label. The smallest of the bouguets are even more generous than the pictures show. The next size up filled three large vases. I wrote a positive review originally so that I could receive the $5 refund the company offers for reviews.. but I have to change my review as the product I received definitely did not deserve 5 stars. When I wrote my first email I had noticed a couple of other bad reviews and I wish I had taken that as a sign to cancel my order. Our Daughter purchased flowers for her Mums 50th birthday. They were supposed to be delivered on February 12th 2021. They order was processed on February 9th. The flowers arrived wilted and dead on the 15th of February at 2:12pm. My Wife called the 1-888 number three times, twice to check why she had not received the flowers and once again today to let them know they were dead on arrival. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company whatsoever!!!! My nieces ordered a Christmas arrangement for me that costed them 120 dollars and what was delivered was nothing more than a few carnations and daisies amounting to a Sobeys $6.99 arrangement. They were supposed to be delivered on 23 December, I receive them 30 December. They were delivered by Purolator in a box placed on the front doorstep without even ringing the doorbell. All of the flowers were limp with black mold appearing on the carnations. This quality of service is absolutely ridiculous. I too would give zero stars if I could. Please do not waste your money and find a suitable local business that deserves your business and will give you the service you paid for.

I really liked the white roses but the bouquet did not look like the one in the photo, that I ordered (see photos). I ordered the supersize bouquet and would have expected a bigger bouquet for the additional money. The flowers are less expensive than elsewhere but the consistency and quality are not reliable. In reality, the flowers do not look like they come from a florist but rather are supermarket standard. I also ordered a balloon that was supposed to say "thanks" but instead was a blue heart balloon with a smiley face. Another positive was that I was able to send a bottle of wine with the flowers. I am not sure about the quality, as the recipient did not tell me. The worst part is that it seems that my credit card details were used to purchase something else without my permission. Luckily my bank picked up on this and stopped/cancelled my credit card. However, it was annoying and inconvenient to be without a credit card for a week due to possible fraudulent activity. I would like to given them another opportunity to show me that they are "Canada's official florist".

If you don't want to just throw your money out the window, don't use this company. I suggest using Canada flower instead. I placed an order on a Thursday to be delivered on Friday. I put in the dates, the address to be delivered, there was no problem. They took my money very fast. 2 hours later I got an email saying that the address wasn't in their usual area of delivery so the flowers wouldn't be delivered until the Tuesday after. Btw their cancellation policy allows you to cancel within an hour of placing the order. So very conveniently they sent the email after that. Also It's very upsetting they took my money in the first place even though they knew they couldn't do the delivery. They should really set up their website to not allow people (and not take their money anyway) to set up deliveries on days the company knows they can't do it. When I got the email I was upset but didn't want to make a fuss. I waited until Tuesday when I was told by my friend that she never received the flowers. It's now Wednesday, I called them twice already, they said their customer service team is 'investigating' the problem. And that they would call me in half an hour which was hours ago. Worst florist company in Canada.

I ordered two bouquets for my mother and grandmother for Mother's Day and only received one on my front doorstep. I caught the delivery driver as she was leaving and let her know that I expected two bouquets in the order. She said she would check with the distribution centre and come back, which she never did. I proceeded to contact customer service by phone, to no response. Then, I tried email and received a response asking for my order number. I provided it within minutes and received no further emails, even after following up a while later. I tried their online chatroom and finally got through to somebody who said they would request that the distribution centre rectify the situation. Sure enough, nobody came with the second bouquet. I finally reached Bloomex by phone today after being put in a queue and then redirected to leave a message several times. I requested a refund as the flowers are now a day late and Mother's Day is passed. Because of them, my grandmother did not receive a bouquet for Mother's Day. Their lack of responsiveness was very disappointing and needless to say I won't be ordering from them again for fear of ruining another holiday surprise for my family. Buyer beware.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday on Saturday to be delivered on the following Monday to be delivered anytime between 9am-6pm. Since I can’t see her due to quarantining I thought this would be a nice way to make her day a little better. Monday came and 4:30pm rolled around and still no delivery. I decided to call the customer service line where a lady told me they “just got the notice” that no one was going to be delivering the flowers that day. At this point, it was too late to order from any other places so I wasn’t able to get them for her for her birthday. I understand that things happen, but why wait to inform a customer until the end of the day when they call you. Why offered deliveries for birthdays, anniversaries etc. and not deliver on those dates. It was an incredibly frustrating experience.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Bloomex and would highly suggest you research the company prior to making a purchase. The delivery was not made and when I called to ask why, none of the phones worked. I finally was able to speak with CR and they noted that due to COVID-19 the order was facing disturbances but will be sent right away. The CR stopper responding after noting this. I then spoke with another CR as the one prior had hung up and she noted that the delivery was attempted but not made. If I did want them to make an additional attempt it would cost me an additional $9 or $25 to “cancel the order”. The girl never received the flowers and when I ask for a refund they respond by telling me that is not possible. Be very wary of this company, they were recently written about in CBC news and found several issues with orders. I expect a lot more from Canadian companies. Buyer beware Update: Bloomex ended up delivering the flowers. About 2 weeks late and with no notice but they were delivered and with no fees.

I placed an order online to be delivered Monday to a friend, even did the real-time chat with their staff to confirm if my delivery would be made Monday for sure before placing the order, after having her wait home all day, it was not delivered Monday and when I called to speak with someone there was little to no help. I was offered an upgrade to chocolates with my order. When I reached Purolator (the delivery company) they had already picked up the order. So I again called bloomex back reached a man who was quite rude on the phone when I asked to speak with a customer service Rep/manager he refused to transfer me and said that anyone in the company would not be able to help me. Today my order was delivered and I paid for a super-sized bouquet of large flowers.. What we received was about 9 carnations without a vase. I was skeptical at first because I've always used our local florist...but when the nursing home our mother is in shut down local flower deliveries my sisters and I were in a tizzy. I googled top flower shipping companies and Bloomex was in the top 5 as one of the most reasonable. I decided to test them and sent four different bouquets to myself and my three sisters. They were all fabulous and all stayed fresh for well over a week. Mine even had succulents that could be planted and the are thriving in my window still. If giving a negative star review were possible, you better believe I would. I ordered a (supersized) bouquet of red roses. Apparently, red roses were hard to come by that day, and an assortment of red (but only 2 of them), pink and yellow roses were used (and it certainly didn't appear to be supersized by any means). When I contacted their lackluster customer service department, I was told that on their website (yes - if you search under policies it does indicate, nut nowhere during the checkout process) as well as in my email confirmation (which it does not) they reserve the right to substitute orders. One would imagine, as a courtesy, the company would make contact to inform of these changes. But no. Offering 15% of a future order as compensation is hardly satisfactory resolution. I would HIGHLY recommend finding an alternative supplier for your floral needs, unless dissatisfaction and miserable customer service is what you're after...then by all means, use Bloomex.

I ordered orchids for my wife to be delivered between 9 am and noon on a Friday. They didn't deliver them until 5 pm Saturday evening, and with their "contact less delivery" they don't even confirm someone received them, as my wife was not home and wouldn't be home all weekend (as this was with the delivery instructions). I spoke to customer service at 3 pm on the Friday and I was assured they would arrive by 8pm on the Friday. Then customer service would not return my calls and when I finally got through, I was informed that I could not be refunded by customer service, and had to email someone else (whom also didn't reply) I wanted a refund as the flowers where never received by wife and bloomex blamed me for not being home for them to deliver the flowers almost 2 days late. It's winter and the flowers were left on my door step as per the contact less delivery (this is what I was told). They may have been taken or blown away, I don't know, but by them not confirming someone was home, I treated this as product not received. Eventually I was able to get ahold of someone through email and all they would do is resend the order, and not tell me when they were going to do it. And what came was nothing like what I thought I was ordering. Summary If you want "ok" flowers (not ugly, but nothing that makes one say "wow") at a high price, that could be delivered Monday to Friday between 9 am and 8 pm regardless of when you ordered them for, then Bloomex is for you, but if you want to get what you pay for, hire a taxi to pick up some flowers at sobeys and deliver them for you, because it will cost a lot less and get a way better and on time product

I know that Bloomex will deliver my order on time. Their website is easy to use and if you have any problems, their staff is very helpful and friendly. If there is any problem they make it right. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE COMPLETE RIP OFF! (Second email sent on Sunday evening) These were delivered ‪Friday afternoon‬... and they didn’t even last a full 3 days until Mother’s Day was over?! not only did “stock issues” mess up my arrangement style I had purchased, but they didn’t even stay presentable for 2 days. I am furious after having my first complaint dismissed by your company due to problems of none of my own that should of been posted On your home page stating covid 19 is causing stock issues! And now I’ve had to throw out wilted flowers after only having them for 2 days?! I am officially requesting a refund. This is disgraceful for your bussiness! I hope to hear back with a response soon! (First email sent Friday afternoon) I Order the enchanted cottage in supersize it looks nothing like the picture and considering I upgraded to supersize I’d assume it would be as extravagant or provide the wow factor as described. I am throughly disappointed considering without shipping or taxes the bouquet was $50 and looks as if I purchased it from the local grocery store. There is a picture for refrence. I’ve read the policy and understand that if flowers are not available they will be substituted with a flower of similar value but this is ridiculous. I will be sharing my experience or review as per requested where relevant because this is just unacceptable. Consumers need to be ware when sending flowers to friends and loved ones. I decided not to shop local this year because I’m extremely busy and it was the biggest mistake. These are the two emails I had sent to both Wecare@bloomex.ca And Customerservice@bloomex.ca And they have yet to reply to me with anything other than an automated email offering 15% off my next order! I will never be ordering from your establishment ever again after haveing you guys mess up on one of your biggest money making holidays of the year everyone and everything should be on their A-game. All in all shipping and horrible dead arrangement cost me $86.22 for flowers that didn’t last 2 days and ruined my wife’s Mother’s Day!

Do not order from Bloomex! ANY local company would do a much better job -- even the arrangements at Sobeys are nicer than what we received. The order did not arrive before 5 p.m. and the note that was written to the recipient was printed on the back of a coupon for our next order! I am so disappointed with this experience.

Update: I have attempted to contact the company once again via email as per their recommendation. Still with no attempt at resolution. Not a happy customer. I have had two terrible experiences with this company and they have never been resolved. One delivery was made in Halifax and one was made in Newfoundland. In both situations the flowers sent to the recipients were not the bouquets that I ordered. They weren't even close to what I ordered. I made several attempts to contact Bloomex via email phone and their live chat to resolve these situations and was unable to get any action. I could hardly get a response at all. It is very disappointing for friends and family to send a photo of the bouquet you sent only to find that it is not what you paid for and the company will not stand behind its product. I will not be ordering from here again which is a shame because it is a convenient service.

Terrible, terrible experience and service. I requested a delivery for the following day, and not only did the order never arrive, I was unable to get any concrete answers as to the status of my order or when it would be delivered. On one occasion, I was hung up on by the customer service agent. On two occasions, the person "helping" me on the online chat left the conversation and I did not get any answers after 30+ minutes of waiting. I attempted to get a refund on the 4th day as the flowers have still not arrived, and was told this was not possible. I would not recommend this service and will never use it again.

Bloomex is a very efficient way to send flowers and gifts and offers top-notch service. Their flowers arrive very fresh. I especially like their Ecuadorian roses. Absolutely stunning! My Mom lives in a seniors' residence 500K away from me and is very hard of hearing a knock on her door. The delivery person is very patient and kind to her and ensures she receives her flowers.
