I received friendly, helpful service when I recently ordered flowers for my daughter. She was very happy with the arrangement. It included flowers I had requested in beautiful colors as well as closed lilies that will bloom in the coming days. A box of maple flavored shortbread cookies completed the gift and really made my daughter's day.

I Called from Ontario to have a bouquet of fresh spring like flowers and some mixed sweets delivered to my grandmother in Halifax. The lady was extremely kind on the phone. I told her my budget was $100.00 and she assured me she would put something very beautiful together. A few hours later my grandmother called me, stunning, beautiful, absolutely breathtaking were her words. She said the bouquet had lillies, roses, irises and a bunch of other flowers that I can't recall. The sweets basket had chocolates, wild blueberry jam and more! My husband and I ordered flowers from the Barrington Florist for our wedding recently, and had a great experience with them. They were very helpful when we were choosing which flowers we wanted, and were very flexible with our needs in the months leading up to the wedding (due to Covid-19, we weren't sure if the wedding would be able to go ahead, but they continued to help us throughout). The flowers we all delivered to us, and all the bouquets and arrangements were beautiful. Thanks for everything!

Friendly, quick, and professional service! I was VERY late to the game in ordering Mother's Day flowers (as in, I ordered them the morning of -- oops!). The store was closed that day but I still got a call from a very kind man who was in the store picking up some deliveries for that day. He told me he saw my order come in and he had a couple of extra Mother's Day arrangements available that were made 'just in case' the night before. He offered to not only upgrade my order to a nicer arrangement at no charge, but dropped the flowers off within the hour to my mom. Basically, he made me look really, really good to my mom. A big, big thank you!

While over seas ordered a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend as a surprise. Talked to her the day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered and she didn't get anything. Called the florist and they said they couldn't find the place. But they didn't inform me via email or any way of this issue. So basically I had to get my girlfriend to call them and ask for the flowers again and explain how to find the an apartment complex... Should have taken the refund.

Highly disappointed for what I paid for. I ordered premium blushing love bouquet for someone special. The flower was sent with different vase than the picture. Pink roses were small size and white flowers were not in a good condition. I ordered premium $165 (with tax, I paid 188 dollars, not a cheap flower bouque) and it was missing a type of flower (on the website, pictures showed that the premium one had 3 types of flowers and delux or standard ones had only 2 types of flowers. I was sent with only two types of flowers only). If I ordered standard or deluxe ones, I would have received the exact same one as the one I bought.

I order flowers from Barrington at least twice/yr, and they always produce beautiful arrangements! Whether I choose a specific arrangement, or Florist's choice, I am never dissapointed! They delivery to waverley/fall river, plus an extra fee, which is always worth the cost. And any time I needed to contact them via phone or email, the customer service was perfect. They stay pretty true to the pictures online, and when they need to deviate it's with equally if not better flowers choices.

I live in Edmonton and am always buying flowers for my family back home. After my past few disappointing experience with Bloomex, I decided to find a new florist. I did some googling and found Barrington Florist. I ordered online last night and the flowers were delivered today (not to mention FREE delivery!!!). When they went to see my mom she was in a meeting at work so they left and came back and dropped off the flowers AMAZING!. This is a family owned florist and when my mom saw the flowers were from Barrington she said "This is the best flowers shop in town, they deliver here all the time and I've never seen a ugly bouquet." My mother works at the University. Barrington Florist you now have a new repeat customer. I've already posted the bouquet picture on my FB page and have given you high praises.
