Called to ask a question, a man was very rude. I asked if it was in Guelph Ontario, just making sure I wasnt going to send flowers somewhere wherever and he responded so sarcastically with sass. Not very proffessional.

They truly care about their clients and meeting their needs. I ordered through Teleflora (my mistake) and when they knew they couldn't fulfill my order they called me to be upfront and honest about it, knowing it may cost them that sale. While it did as I was stuck in the Teleflora process, I can tell you, I will CERTAINLY stop in and buy some flowers there any time I'm in the area to support a business that extendeds generosity and exceptional customer service!

Dropped off flowers. Flowers were half dead on the doorstep by the time my parents got back from a funeral. They insisted they called ahead. I won't use their services again.

My family and friends were embarrassed after seeing the flowers we received at the funeral home and at home which were all purchased through Gilbert MacIntyre and Son funeral home send flower site (Hart-Chapel Tribute Centre Store) who then pass the order to Robinsons Flowers. The flower arrangements were set in a Christmas basket with red and lilac ribbon. Considering the site is for funerals and the flower shop are the ones responsible in arranging the flowers it is disappointing to see the product they provided...

Half the time it's on such short notice, but I know I can count on them to pull it off without any issues. They are always so friendly and happy to help. The staff here were all wonderful. They prepared a last minute Christmas gift that I needed the day of although they typically do made to orders. The quality surpassed the price by far, and I’m so thankful to have met the staff, dressed in Christmas cheer. The one lady helped me with my service dog in training while paying which was very much appreciated and needed! Their kindness made my day and I will definitely be back for future orders.

What can I say? It's a really decent flower shop. They do deliveries. You can order from their website. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Don't ask me about the prices because I don't compare them. When I want flowers, I go here.

I was ordering online birthday Bash Bouquet from Toronto.The order was delivered at the last minute before they closed the store. I had to call them twice what’s going on with my order. The Bouquet what I ordered wasn’t same with the picture on the website. I was very disappointed!

Robinson’s really came through for my mother. We had originally ordered from another floral company for a Mother’s Day bouquet and the entire experience ended up being a disaster. I ordered from Robinson’s to replace the Mother’s Day bouquet and they were fantastic from start to delivery. Flowers are full and fresh, a call was made to my Mother to confirm a good delivery time, the flowers were well packaged — very satisfied with this experience. Will definitely be ordering again!

I've been going here for years. they have 2 locations, i always go to the one on york road the lady who's there is such a nice person! She's always so happy to see me and always gives me exactly what i want! (and we share the same name!!). I don't believe the people who are giving 1 star, I think they have been smoking some of that devils weed!

NB- In response to comments suggesting negative reviews are from people who have never dealt with Robinsons, this review is indeed valid, I dealt directly with Ken who identified himself as the owner. We would not use this florist again or recommend Robinsons. The beautiful Emerald planter basket we chose online was one of 12 available, 10 within the same price range. Despite the online order acknowledgement we received with the 'right' basket, the florist instead delivered two flowering plants in a ceramic dish, not at all what we ordered. We were very disappointed to see what was sent. When I called, I was told Robinsons get their arrangements from an outside source and don't have much control over what they get- its misleading to suggest on the website that they make their own arrangements. A new and beautiful planter was finally delivered today (two days later) but only after the owner called our friend to ask if she was okay keeping what she was sent- she said no, she would like to get what we ordered- she had to return the first planter but she loves the new basket. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

I have received several deliveries from this wonderful florist and every time it is more exciting and delightful. Just recently I received a gorgeous bouquet for John and my 41st wedding anniversary from my sister and nephew! What a treat! This is it today and still going strong and the scent is marvelous! Received a Christmas table arrangement from my sister and brother-in-law on Christmas eve. Water all over the place, dripping out of the box before we even opened it. Carnations fell out upon opening, as well as water all over our floor and counter. Remaining carnations were dead or dying within 3 days. Greenery was uninteresting. Several red baubles were broken. The only thing salvageable was the candle. Don't know how much my sister paid, but I wouldn't have taken it if it was free! Very disappointing!

Robinson's Flowers did an amazing job on the flowers for my wedding! Absolutely above and beyond perfect!! I worked with Donna who helped me recognize my vision, and with her experience made it come to life. Our bouquets, centre pieces, boutonnieres, corsages, and main flower piece for the ceremony were beautiful!! The price was really reasonable for the quality and care that went into making these flower arrangements. They also delivered the flowers to the venue which was an hour away, so one less thing for me to worry about on the day. Thank you Robinson's for helping to make my special day perfect!

Bought the "beautiful in blue" flowers for a funeral and was very disappointed. I paid extra to have premium which is suppose to include more flowers but it didn't. The bouquet was mainly green filler with few flowers. The bouquets at the grocery store look less cheap and have more flowers then what they delivered.

I have used Robinson's flowers for major events including my wedding and a funeral. Both times I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and personalization put into my arrangements. The arrangements for both the funeral and wedding reflected everything we wanted and I felt Robinson's flowers added a personalized touch that made the look unique to my family and our requests. Robinson's flowers is also my go to for smaller events, most recently Mother's Day. I had flowers delivered to my mother-in-law and left it up to Ken (owner) to choose the arrangement. The delivery my mother-in-law received blew my expectations and was spectacular.

What an amazing experience dealing with Robinson's Flowers! During COVID I've tried to order directly from local flower shops when I've sent flowers to support local businesses and this was the best experience by far. Seriously? I was sent an arrangement that the picture on the website showed at least 20 flower heads - when it arrived it had 2 blossoming roses, and 2 gerber daisies, with some cheap foliage. That's it! The person trustingly spent over $40 for this? I will not use your services again, and will advise others not to. No wonder people are moving away from florists, and simply picking up flowers at the local grocer!
