The flowers here are always fresh, lovely and last a long time. I ordered an arrangement for my 90 year old mother for Christmas. I chose it online because it was small and had plaid ribbon and and a basket. It reminded me of my Scottish heritage. It was delivered on time with lovely, fresh flowers but did not have the plaid ribbon so I was a little disappointed. Generally a great local florist.

Go somewhere else please!!!!! Ordered flowers as a surprise for my gf for her birthday. Flowers were nothing close to the image, full of greenery not many flowers compared to what i paid for. Flowers were terribly trimmed and some were old and had mold at the bottom of the stem. 1/4 of the flowers were dead within 24h of receiving them, ordered as a surprise and the delivery person called her and said come down i have your flowers (which took the surprise away completely) after calling her to the door she ended up waiting 10 min for the delivery to show up. Was not wearing a mask or gloves according to current covid code. I emailed them to complain saying I wasn't happy, they tried to argue with me and lie about how my gf reacted to the delivery, told me I was wrong to tell them I wasn't happy and everything was an upgrade although it looked nothing close to the image as well how it wasnt full or trimmed as shown. After responding to their email (which wasn't a valid address) I looked up their email to further talk to them which they ignored my response By far worst experience I have ever had ordering from a floral shop, worst quality, customer service and experience. Please look somewhere else, or save your money and dont buy from here!.

Absolutely awful experience.. If you were to go by one review PLEASE let it be this one. It is currently 11pm on Valentines Day and my girlfriend has yet to receive her delivery. I had to call around 5 times to keep making sure they would deliver it as it was getting later and later and I was getting more and more anxious. They promised they would. Eventually they just stopped answering my calls. I mean come on, ITS DELIVERING FLOWERS AND A BALLOON! how hard could that be?!?! I paid over 40$ for nothing but a broken promise.I really wish these people did not take my money and lie to me. I really wish my girlfriend got what I ordered for her and actually made a special day feel even more special. This was not the case, not at all I plead you to try a different business than this one. These people do not care about their customers or their product.

Very unimpressed. Ordered flowers for my partner for our anniversary. I was hoping they would be delivered while I was at work...they were not delivered until after 5:00pm. At this point we were waiting around for them before we could go out. The flowers were nothing like the picture on the website. The bouquet I selected was beautiful red and yellow with a clear vase and wrap-around leaf in the vase. The bouquet delivered was mostly purple in colour and had an ugly purple vase, something I never would have picked out for her. I understand that some substitutions need to be made based on availability etc, but I would have thought that the general feel of the piece would be similar. Only good thing I have to say is that what was delivered was very fresh and is lasting longer than expected..

Nice flowers but everytime I've walked in (3 times now) I am essentially standing there with employees all around me and none of them asking what I need help with. Last year I walked in and picked up tulips and didn't walk out with them until 30 mins later. After me waiting around IN FRONT of the register. Weird priorities. Makes it hard to support local when Zehrs is down the street and I can get flowers there and walk out the door in 5mins.

The arrangement had to be lightly scented as my friend cannot tolerate heavy scents. He offered to send a photo prior to delivery which I appreciated. Delivery was free! Thats Rare! For over $100 we received an arrangement that didn't even come close to what we ordered based on the picture. There were not even 10 roses in there. I bought 2 dozen roses that were $25 from Costco that were more beautiful. Not worth the price. There was more greenery in the arrangement than flowers...truly disappointed.

Ordered flowers online for my wife as a surprise. Requested delivery at her workplace. The driver could not find her workplace and I received a call stating that they would refuse delivery. I provided directions again...from Google....and when the driver did arrive they made a rude comment about how much time they wasted trying to find her workplace to the recipient of the flowers. The flowers looked nothing like they did in the photo online and when I complained my emails went unanswered.

He offered, & sent pictures to me of all the most beautiful arrangements of saddles for a tombstone. When my Mother went to pick it up, they also gave her a beautiful, most fragrant long stem red rose. She was so touched, & still talks about how her house still smells so lovely. Received Mothers day arrangement , close to 100.00 that my husband graciously sent from overseas because of covid-19 he can’t be here. The delivery isn’t close to what he ordered. When he asked about it, , the response was cause of covid-19 we have limited supply and it needs to be spread out to all customers ????. Then tell people that instead of taking their limited supply of money ( during the pandemic ) and sending out 1/2 the value. Terrible

They delivered the flowers to the wrong address late in the day. I called to ask them to make it right by delivering it to the correct address. I was surprised that the male owner outright refused... His excuse was that his system prints the delivery instructions on the second page of the order and he didn't print it to save paper. That it truly and honestly, your problem, not mine. If you have space where customers are expected to write detailed delivery instructions ,then you better print it, and take it with you on delivery. As a result of their garbage service and general lack of care, my "surprise" didn't happen. What an aweful experience. I did call my creditcard company, and you will not be getting paid.

I have only dealt with Floral Images once. We received sympathy flowers, but after attempting to reach us once only to discuss delivery, the arrangement was left outdoors, in November and overnight when a cold weather warning was in effect. Needless to say, they were ruined. I have dealt with several other florists in town and I have never had a flower arrangement be left in these conditions. It is wholy inappropriate and unprofessional. Although the arrangement was replaced the next day when I called to complain, the person who answered the phone passed me off to another employee without warning and the second employee indicated that "the weather was a lot nicer yesterday" and reiterated that they had tried to call to make delivery arrangements. Given that the arrangement was a sympathy order, I would strongly recommend that Floral Images review their delivery process, especially in winter, but overall, considering their unprofessionalism, I would recommend using any other florist in Guelph.
