Thanks to the kind, knowledgeable CannaBarista, I enjoyed my visit to Fire & Flower’s beautiful facility. I asked if they had any BLK MKT as I was keen to try the stuff out after seeing it on OCS’s subreddit. Luckily they had some (apparently it’s been selling really quickly). Welcoming staff, clean, well-lit, thoughtfully organized, great location.

This is the best place to get your cannabis, its location is awesome on stone rd and the employees are friendly and eager to help. Going in as an expert or a novice, you will 100% get the best experience when you are making your purchase. The team seems like they all get along and are good friends which just makes you feel great in the environment. The sparks membership has definitely been useful to me too for my birthday discount and the option for free delivery is great! 10/10 do recommend

The staff are super knowledgeable about cannabinoids and terpenes. Always makes excellent recommendations when you aren’t too sure of what to get. With park perks you can get a birthday discount, 20% off after your first purchase AND they’re still offering free delivery while everything is slowly opening up. This is forever my dispensary, staff acknowledges regulars and welcomes new beginners with such a positive energy. 10/10 would recommended to anyone who is a beginner, novice smoker or straight out stoner

Employees look really unprofessional in the attire they wear and could use some tips on what appropriate business attire would be if they don’t have uniforms for their employees. Just an unprofessional vibe and to me it feels like you have high schoolers servicing you.

pink hair girl made me uncomfortable. tried to upsell me 4 different times. was speaking so fast i could not understand her at all, it was busy and i get ur stressed, but this didnt help. tried to convince me buying double the amount of flower was somehow a deal? because it would eventually sell out… rolled her eyes when i didnt wanna buy $1 hemp wick when trying to upsell. i dont know if you guys get commission but it was so aggressive, i was tired and this was just upsetting.

I love this store and I mostly love they usually have sales but what good is a sale when literally all your edibles but ten of them are sold out before you even have the sale, I would say 75% of every month the edibles are nonexistent and it's really sad because I can't inhale anything due to my asthma. PLEASE FIGURE OUT HOW TO ORDER MORE PRODUCT

I had somebody named Karlee helping me to pic my strain, she was very helpful and answered all of my questions expertly, the strain she recommended was awesome, the effects were exactly as she described and I had probably the best burger in my entire existence after using the strain I go recommended. Understandably being new a lot of the displays were empty, but it was a nice clean look and lots of space. Only two staff working who were giving in-depth product education customers so we were left standing around with no one else available at the cash to purchase. Aside from the initial greeting staff ignored us so after waiting a bit we just left, and another customer in the store did the same.
