I was looking for something unique to send for a 50th birthday present. The arrangement from Blooms and Balloons was exactly what I was looking for! It was stunning and so much more exciting to gift than just a bouquet of flowers. The birthday girl LOVED the surprise! Stacy herself is incredible!! She went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute schedule change for the delivery. 10/10 for communication! Her responses were quick. She was very accommodating and you cannot beat her level of customer service. I was a first time customer but I will now be a long time customer. Thank you Stacy!!!

I discovered Blooms & Balloons last summer through Instagram and was astounded by her work and products! The concept was quite unique and her balloon bouquets are beautifully presented. I got my best friend a balloon bouquet but wasn’t sure what colours to pick for the flowers. I put my trust in Stacy and she picked the nicest summery colours that made the bouquet so nice to look at. I also recently purchased the “Heavenly Box” for Mother’s Day 2021 and my mom was wowed by the flowers and presentation. Love that the flowers are put into a water absorbing block so they stay fresh similar to how they would in a vase! Stacy herself is so sweet and provides great customer service. She’s prompt with responses and gives you all the information you need to know when asked. Whenever I need something cute & unique for occasions, this is the first place I check!
