Despite all the Covid chaos and having to replan everything 4 times in 2 years (not kidding), Robyn and the team were so supportive and understanding. She made my flower dreams come true and created even more beautiful arrangements than I could’ve ever imagined. My bouquet was stunning, and my bridesmaids loved their arrangements. I rented a beautiful birch arbour and Robyn created a magnificent installation. She helped me with some arrangements for my Persian wedding table. She also included lovely vases for the centrepieces that the guests were thrilled to take home. Serious talent, an eye for beauty, and totally works with your vision. Ania is so incredibly patient, kind, warm, and has the most brilliant ideas! At the beginning of this, I wasn't totally certain of exactly what I wanted, with Ania's guidance and wonderful suggestions, a marvelous scoop of romance was created! And the flower never really came. the woman on the phone told me it's sent before 530pm. updating that this issue below was taken care of! [I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine's day and the bouquet was as advertised, looked good. Two days later almost every flower in it were dried up and almost dead. I worked in floral shops before so I understand flowers are often ordered much earlier for the big Valentine's Day rush, but I was disappointed they didn't last for that kind of money paid. I also fed them properly and cut the stems fresh with a proper knife and not scissors. I expected more.]

Where do I even begin when talking about Robyn and her team? I was lucky enough to hire Blooms and Flora for my wedding this past weekend and was absolutely blown away by what she had created for my husband and I. From the very beginning, I had so much faith in their ability to pull off magic that I essentially just gave them a colour palette and some very loose ideas on what I loved but let them have free reign, and holy moly was that ever the best way to go about things. Robyn ended up creating the most beautiful designs to compliment our colour scheme and venue, including a window instalment that was the focal point of our entire wedding day. She worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was as good as it could be, to the point that my now husband even drove by her after she had dropped off my bouquets in the morning and noticed her foraging the for the most perfect long grass off a back road ditch just because she felt like it would round out her design (totally accurate, it was perfect) Hiring Robyn was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made in our wedding process and I can’t recommend her enough to ANY bride! Especially if you just let her do her thing like we did - allowing her creative freedom is truly when she shines brightest!

Went here once and probably won’t return again. The staff are incredibly rude. My wife was having a bad day so I went to pick up a small bundle of flowers. The staff looked me up and down when talking to me about budget, and that a bouquet wasn’t possible with the budget but a few flowers would be. Just made me feel so disrespected, it’s not that I was trying to be cheap, I genuinely just wanted a small bundle of flowers. I reached out to Robyn and she was more then apologetic. She offered a complimentary bouquet but I couldn’t bring myself to return. I’m anxious to walk in, how I’ll be perceived by the staff again. The flowers are beautiful, but the customer service is rough.

I've ordered a couple times from Blooms + Flora since I've moved here and have generally been satisfied; however, last valentines day I ordered a bouquet that looked great on the site, but was tragically small when it was delivered to my partner. I can only say my partner's disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined. For the price I paid, I could have purchased a dozen roses and slept soundly that night. I think it would be beneficial to list the number of stems included per bouquet in the future. I'm not against dropping some cash on a nice bundle of flowers (Blooms + Flora does good work), but at times those photos don't exactly give you the most accurate representation of what you're going to receive.

I love that there was instructions with each plant on how much light they need, and when to water. Overall a wonderful experience and I am loving my plants and the flowers are beautiful!

Blooms + Flora never disappoints! My sister sent me flowers from Blooms + Flora last spring for my birthday and I fell in love with the design and fragrance. I knew right away that I wanted my wedding bouquet to be from here. I love that they have an option for ordering wedding flowers a la carte as we were having a small wedding. They were easy to communicate with & quick to respond. I ordered a bridal bouquet and two bridal attendant bouquets for our September wedding and they came out even better than I imagined!

I bought a baby yucca plant from Blooms & Flora about two and a half weeks ago and over the weekend, I noticed that it was producing white fluff on its leaves especially around where the leaves connected to the cane of the plant. I looked closer to find that they were mealy bugs and there were also scale bugs along the part of the cane that was closer to the soil. I called the store to let them know that I was having this problem and to warn them as these pests are very common in plants grown and imported from warmer places. I was not offered a refund or any type of customer support such as what to do or how to care for my plant. There also didn't seem to be a concern for the quality of the plant they sold me, their supplier, or if I had other plants in my home (mealy and scale bugs can transfer onto other plants). Luckily, I've done some research on my own and was able to get rid of the bugs but with some damage to the plant. In the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service was non-existent.

I visited the shop for the first time about a month ago. I had heard amazing things about this stunning flower shop in Guelph and just had to see for myself. Rachel was an absolute angel and helped me to put together a gift for my mom, searching high and low for the perfect ceramic pot. She pieced together some dried flowers for a center piece and even helped me to pick out a new hearty plant baby to take home and care for (I kill everything, so she had a lot of work cut out for her ) The whole experience brightened my day and spread to my mom who loved her new plant. Went by the reviews and purchased a 3 month subscription but we didn’t have a good experience. Flowers look nice only on the first 2 days you get them. They immediately start wilting after that. Followed the instructions that came with the bouquet and switched up the location too several times. Nothing helped. I’d expect them to last at least a week. Didn’t get the value we had hoped for and I would not repurchase.

One of my favourite trusty shops but this review is about my grandmother's shopping experience over Christmas through Covid -- She was determined to shop offline so we recommended B&F given your strict Covid protocols. A staff member assisted her through the store keeping her safe and answering all her questions to pick me out a beautiful plant and earrings. Great store with very helpful and friendly staff. I have been shopping here (and Sunday General) since they opened and have never been disappointed with a product I have purchased. I was gifted an orchid that had a slight issue but that was solved in a very fast and helpful manner. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for unique items and a cozy atmosphere (when you can visit again in-person).

One of the cutest little stores I've been in. The plant lover in me was overjoyed. The selection of pots was awesome. There's also all kinds of neat little items like cards, incense, soaps etc. There's also some really nice houseplants and their floral arrangement bouquets are gorgeous. Highly recommend!

The first thing you see when you walk into this beautiful shop are the big welcoming smiles from Robyn and Lindsay. The work that Robyn has put in to get this shop up and running whilst also making beautiful arrangements for her booked weddings has been phenomenal. Robyn is ready and able to help with just about all flower requirements, whether it be wedding, funeral, birthdays, celebrations etc etc etc. P.s Theres some yummy extras in the shop too!
