Everything that could go wrong with ordering flowers happened for me. However, it was made to be so easy. I am not from Ottawa but found the best shop in the City on IG and google. I forgot my visa at home and was camping, I had little to no reception in my yurt and the person who I was delivering flowers to and surprising was out of town. (life has hiccups).The owner made it very easy for me. I called in my bank card which has visa debit on it, they delivered the flowers which last up to a year to the business next door. My friend received a stunning box of black roses the same day. I have ordered a lot of flowers and it’s never been this easy. My friend sent me a picture and it was all worth it. I do not recommend this UNRELIABLE company. Placed a big order and had to change delivery address which was confirmed by company with email and messages multiple times but was still delivered to wrong address. Messaged company and they still haven't replied even to issue an apology days after wrong addressed delivery. If you have a special event or planning something for someone go somewhere else who has customer service, is reliable and acknowledges their customers.
