Not only did she do the florals for my wedding, but she also did the decor. I now have been in communication with Carla/Capital Florist/Love in Bloom for a couple of years for first, my wedding florals, but then soon became for other events and gifting purposes; she never disappoints! Her passion and her work are beautiful!
