Got two arrangements for my bday, both did not look fresh upon receipt, see photo of flowers only 4 days later, some started dying at 2 days. Even the carnations that usually last the longest. Very disappointing I am sure these were not cheap. Also initially I was sent the wrong one, had to call them to come back get it and give me the right one.

I went in for a bridal bouquet appointment. The woman behind the counter seemed to be quite upset with my mother and I from the start. She asked us no questions and I tried to explain what I was looking for and at what price point. Apparently $250 is the lowest she could go for a bridal bouquet. She was visibly frustrated, short tempered, and once she started waving her hands at the photos of flowers, we left. We found another florist 10 mins away who showed us what they have created and would recreate for us for $150-$180 and it was such a nice experience. Find another florist, Helen’s is not a customer service friendly experience!

I ordered very early in the day for a basket of live plants to be delivered, the delivery was way out of town but there was no indication that it would be an issue when I made the order on their website. Looking for an update on the delivery, I called around 2pm and the woman on the phone said no no they would NOT deliver that far. I get that it was over an hour away but the website gave NO indication that it would be an issue OR that there was an extra cost. They cancelled my order. It was flowers for my mom's birthday, I'm rather sad.

I've been very disapointed twice in a row in the last few months by Helene's delivery service. No question that they have a great looking website as well as a nice shop on Eddy street in Hull, but I think that they are victim of too much success with their online orders. I suggest that if you need very punctual time delivery, go elsewhere. I'm sorry to say but my last two orders both arrived too late. One arrived a day later and the other, imagine flowers arriving right in the middle of a funeral ceremony...sorry but no good.

The flower arrangement made for my son who walked in to order them last week, was colourful but for $100.00, I would expect more and fresher flowers. Fresh flowers are a given anyway! They were for my 31st wedding anniversary as per my husband who was out of the country. I see other reviews are complaining of the same thing and wonder about the high rating?? All the roses were old, as they were already quite open and past their freshness date. The tiger lillies were missing petals and had half hanging ones. My poor son wouldn't know a nice flower bouquet from Adam. The bouquet lasted only 4 days. I will never get flowers from this florist again and trust a grocery store for better quality and prices. I was disappointed to say the least.

Flower arrangement was beautiful, very skilled. That is 5 stars. Customer service is a 0, so I balanced the rating of a 2. I accomodated their request of change date no problem, yet it was never delivered on their requested date change until the following day. I got no notification, no phone call, no email. Nor did they respond to my inquiry on the matter. Once I received an email saying it was delivered, they delivered it to the wrong apartment, and forgot the instructions mentioned upon delivery. Still, no response on the matter. Once the flowers were found by my recipient, she called them and was told I never provided her unit. Mmmm maybe not the best eyes for the job, or perhaps no one reads anymore in the delivery instructions where her unit and how to get to it was mentioned. I also wrote it in french too. Still no response from the shop as their main customer for the order. Flowers beautiful, recommend their flowers, but don't do delivery. Go pick them up. We hired Fleurist Helen for our wedding flowers, they were breathtaking, she even came to the venue and set it all up for me, she pinned the boutonnieres to the men for them to ensure they were perfect. To say that Tatjana went over the top is an under statement. She even came to see me before the ceremony to make sure I was satisfied with everything before she left the venue. The meetings we had before the big day were so nice, and pleasant, and her ideas are great, her prices are beyond reasonable and I recommend her all the time to everyone, you will NOT be disappointed with her creativity and the quality of the flowers. 5 star all the way, if I could give her more, I would.
