Not very impressed with this place. Flowers delivered to my wife at home and even though they had only 2 deliveries that day they wanted to call my wife before delivery, so much for a surprise. They also told my wife they would deliver before noon and showed up closer to one. The worst part is the size of the flower arrangement, i don't know if its the picture online or not but it seems to be a third the size of what i expected. not worth the 70 something dollars.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Fleuriste Glenwood. I wanted to send flowers to friends in Gatineau on their wedding anniversary, but I forgot to place my order a day or two in advance. No problem! I called first thing in the morning, and a woman assured me a same-day delivery was possible. I placed the order using the website - and the flowers were delivered less than two hours later! My friends were delighted.

This business has been around a long time and has relocated twice since the original location burned. The current location is hard to get in and out of because of the busy street. Staff wasn't helpful when I asked for ideas to accompany gerber daisies. "Anything will work" they replied.

Horrible service. I ordered these flowers and this is what I got. Not even close and there were unopened lily's that shouldn't have been in there. These people are just hoping that you don't see the end result so that they can take your money and get away with it. Edit: Their comments below are not correct. The third picture shows what the arrangement looks like 3 days later. The disappointment is that the person did not receive a full arrangement. She received one that looked like any amateur could have put in a vase. They called me to confirm my credit card info and not one mention of the fact it would look so incomplete. Took the money and ran.

I ordered flowers for valentine's day. I requested more red roses than anything else and paid around $120 for the arrangement. I just received the flowers and it only has 3 red roses... 3 red roses not even a dozen! There are places where you get 3 dozens red roses for the same price. I'm very disappointed, especially knowing I ordered for valentine's day! The 2 stars are for the wonderful service I got at the store and the delivery arrived on time.

I love these flowers. I discovered this florists while driving in the area. My husband has used them a couple times and they have lovely long lasting flowers. I posted a photo of the latest arrangement he purchased for easter it has lasted almost 2 weeks already!

Showed up in store for a last minute bouquet after having some frustrations looking online. They quickly made me a beautiful bouquet. It was like watching a work of art be put together. They also helped me pick out a vase and wrapped it up beautifully and securely to survive the drives. Disappointed with the flowers. Ordered the “Deal of the day” 50$ custom arrangement and small box of chocolates. The flowers didn’t come in a vase, as flower arrangements usually come in. There were only a few flowers, mostly green ferns. The small “box” of chocolates was not actually a box. It was a small plastic bag filled with a few pieces of chocolate. There was no mention that a vase is not included, nor any mention that the “box” of chocolates was not actually a box of chocolates. I’ve attached a pic of the flowers and chocolates.
