UPDATE: I have been contacted as this is apparently not the normal service of this shop. I am allowing them to redo the floral arrangement in hopes of rectifying the situation. I truly appreciate the outreach and attempt to resolve the issue, as the middle company used did not communicate any changes between myself and the shop directly. I will update further once the situation has been resolved. Original: Do not recommend. They work with Flowershopping.com who have refused to remedy an error on their part. I paid $100 for a Deluxe bouquet that was meant to be delivered in a cup & saucer. The “as shown” option when ordering was a full cup of roses with at least a dozen in it. None of this was delivered to my recipient. It had 8 roses in a ceramic vase with a cheap bow on it. There was the smallest bit of baby’s breath in with the roses and nothing else. It looked like the saddest bouquet that was not worthy of $100. It was the most disappointing delivery. They will scam you of your money and then ignore communication when trying to remedy the situation. Do not trust them. Everything is also listed in USD, not CDN so you will also be paying more for what you order than expected until it shows up on your credit card. Take your business elsewhere. Incredibly disappointed.

UPDATE: They called me the next day and explained the situation and made it right. Excellent customer service. The pics DO NOT match what you get. Paid over $200 for a large bouquet of lilies and it was all roses with a few floppy lilies. Super disappointed.
