Not wearing masks during the pandemic. Both employees. Would not recommend at all. Post reply: And no it was not the owners because they were two women. Also, once we were at the cash register she still did not have one on. Plus the other lady was walking through the store no mask. Do not lie on the reviews, you are worsening you case.

I bought my wedding bouquet here on August 2020 and they were magnificent. She prepare them in 3 days and even had to rush my blue roses for me without charging me extra. Sylvie was amazing and made a great bouquet that I adored and also did my daughter coursage that was beautiful. Very reasonable price and she will go out of her way to make it happen. On Dec. 12, 2016 my daughter called Au Jardin De Sylvie from Melbourne, Australia, to have a floral arrangement sent to me for my 70th birthday. She wanted it to be "special" and SPECIAL it definitely was!! My flowers were fabulous right from the start and a week later there are still enough beautiful flowers left that I'm still taking photos of them. They called me (THE BRIDE) on my wedding day to tell me that they had given the wrong flowers to the groomsmen. I was very upset , but politely told them know i'd contact my fiance to let him know. 2 minutes later they call me back and tell me to hurry up with the flowers because another couple was at the store waiting for the flowers we had ,for their wedding. They were super rude to me about THEIR MISTAKE and added more stress to my wedding day. When the flowers were exchanged there was no apology , they didn't offer a discount or anything to make up for the error. When the groomsmen arrived with my flowers , they looked almost nothing like the pictures I showed the florist when I ordered them . The corsages I had for the bridesmaids barely made it past the ceremony, they were wilted and falling off the bands. I'd honestly give no starts if I could. Would not recommend.

Jardin Sylvie offers so much more than just flowers. I purchased several wind chimes and these wind chimes carry a beautiful tone, when there is a gentle breeze. This florist stocks the Squirrel Buster (SB) brand bird feeders and the SB is a product that really works. There are also a few styles of Nyjer feeders, some garden decorations and a line of beautiful hanging crystals. The shop has plaques with interesting quotes, cards, napkins and even chocolates. Sylvie will design a Headstone Spray, to suit your needs, if there is not one to your liking already displayed in her shop. My son ordered a wrist corsage that came with a keepsake bracelet. His girlfriend was very pleased with the corsage and the flowers lasted all evening. I have received some beautiful plants that were in some unique flower pots and the flower arrangements are a work of art. One evening, around Christmas time, I went in to browse and found some interesting battery operated lamps. It is worth it to go in and take a look, each season, as you never know what treasures you will find.
