My sisters and I ordered floral arrangements for our mother's funeral. We had an idea in mind and although staff were clear that getting specifically what we want might be difficult given all of the shortages. Despite the obstacles the arrangements were exquisite. Absolutely stunning. Everyone at Magnolia were so accommodating and kind during a time of sadness. Truly a wonderful experience.

As much as I wanted to keep money in local businesses I would strongly suggest to look else where! Communication with Natasha Lux the owner is horrible! I would never buy flowers or anything form her. There are way friendlier florists out there that actually communicate and not tell you that you are not prepared for your wedding! Yes that's correct people, she told me that other people actually took the time to book a consult and find out the finer details! This is after 3 emails asking if she needed more information because I was not getting any return calls or emails from her, and after I was in the store and told her what I wanted and my thoughts were! To me that is a consult and there is nothing that she does different except ignore calls and emails. Buyer beware, look around and find a florist that will value your business!

Mother's Day Disappointment. I ordered an $85 arrangement from Magnolia Flowers (shown in the photo below). What was received is also shown, brown roses, red gerber - total mish-mash. I contacted the shop with my concern, but no refund or replacement was offered, I was simply reminded that "the website was very clear that you would not be receiving the exact picture". I was aware and ok with SOME variation, but these bouquets are not comparable.

In fact, I was the most unorganized bride and called Natasha at the last minute to make my bouquet and all of the table pieces for my wedding. She was extremely communicative and friendly.
