I placed an order online for an assortment of plants in a basket for a funeral. The next morning I received an email that my card was declined and asked me to call or email new payment information. Before I could reach out to them, they called me to resolve the issue. They informed me that the church and the funeral home were not accepting deliveries at this time (Covid) and asked if they could deliver the flowers to the home instead at no extra charge. Wonderful customer service! I feel they went above and beyond to insure that my sympathy was shown to the hurting family. I got a message from the recipient letting me know that the arrange was very pretty as well!

It was very good of this florist to do a same day arrangement and delivery. However I was very disappointed in the quality of the arrangement I ordered. It was a sympathy arrangement for $75 and was nearly 100 including tax and delivery. The person on the phone told me that they would make it and it would be beautiful and that it would be done right. It was very sparse and skimpy and mostly greenery. I will not use this florist again. I wouldn't have been happy with a fuller arrangement even if it had been smaller.

I ordered a spring boquet for my grandmothers funeral days in advance. It cost close to $100 when all was said and done. The lady that took my order was very nice. We live out of state. When we arrived at the visitation, we were very disssppointed in the bouquet. It was placed in a cheap clear $2 glass vase. The vase was mainly filled with greenery. I could have easily went to my local grocery store and picked up a $10 bouquet of flowers. I attempted calling several times...only to reach an answering machine.

I live in another state, but I needed flowers delivered to a family member that was in the hospital. I tried to find a local florist (to support a small business). I found Johnson‘s flowers online, and I read reviews that were good. I was so pleased with my experience with them! There was a problem finding the room number because this person was in ICU. Johnson’s called in every day until they were able to find out what room she was in once she was moved from ICU, and they got them delivered. I didn’t have to do anything else after my initial phone call they took care of everything. I was very vague in what I wanted, but they knocked it out of the park! I would definitely use them again!

The young lady that I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, respectful and most definitely very helpful. One I didn’t have pictures of your arrangements in front of me, and a lot of times that’s scary because you don’t really know what you are getting. But the smile “in” her voice really made me smile ( I was just getting home from work and was very tired), I’m being honest when I say I’m not really smiley at that time of day, nor talkative. Not only did they deliver that day, when my daughter wasn't at her apartment they called to see if they could deliver to her school. I asked how I could tip them as they went out of their way to get her flowers to her that day and I live in Kansas City. They said no tip needed, just happy for her flowers to get to her that day. This flower shop is the worst flower shop I have ever done business with. I worked 70 days straight to come home to marry my fiancee so I ordered 2 bouquets for my small wedding. I ordered over the phone so they said that they would be about 100 a piece, I agreed, and they charged me 216. No worries. I arrive the morning of my wedding with my 4 year old and receive the prepaid flowers then get back in the car and strap my son in. I look over at the flowers and I'm furious. I unstrap him, grab the flowers, and march back in. Of course I have to keep the flowers because I need them and I had to order them over the phone because I was away for so long, but these bouquets were worth 50 to 60 dollars each. So I told the clerk and then the owner that they were bad people. What can we do to make you happy? Not cheat me? I told them that I wasn't trying to make them do the right thing, I just wanted them to know when they go to sleep at night that they are bad, bad people. I left and missed a call from the owner while I was strapping my son in. He left a voicemail saying that they were refunding me 20 dollars a bouquet. They did refund me 46 dollars. I would encourage flower shoppers to go anywhere else and let the free market do what it does to businesses who cheat good people. If you do go here, I would only buy from the inventory in stock to prevent being cheated.

Until today usually if I order days ahead of time and my order arrives by about 10am today is my wife’s birthday and it’s noon and I hadn’t got my usual thank you txt. So I call Johnston’s and say “hey my wife gets off work at 3 what time are the flowers showing up” they reply with “well there not a specific time on the order.and we can’t have them there till right at 3” I ordered 100$ worth 50$ on fruit basket and 50$ On flowers I’d like for her to be able to show them off not get them at leaving time.... I’m sorry I thought if you ordered days before that was a given you wanted them there early. Maybe that’s my bad. I have moved from Fort Smith, but when I order flowers for friends there I always call Johnston’s. Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful! I have developed a great rapport with Krista and she knows what I like, so I usually work with her. She can send me pics of some of what they have and we discuss colors, types of flowers, design and containers. The most recent bouquet was gorgeous! Ordered flowers from them. Paid an exorbitant amount for the flowers. They took some cut flowers stuck them in an over sized vase and called it good. I ordered special flowers for my daughter who had lost her grandfather and the flowers were a special bond between them. I was horrified when I saw the flowers that were suppose to be delivered at noon but arrived 4 hours later. We had to call 4 times to even get them delivered. A first grader could have done a better job with the flowers that I could have bought at Wal-Mart for about $6.00 dollars. Will never use this store again or will I recommend them to anyone I know. In fact I will strongly encourage my friends and family to use someone else. Social Media will also know of the horrible thing Johnston's Flowers did to my daughter and my family. After talking with a staff member my daughters flowers were replaced with a beautiful flower Arrangement. Thank You for making a gloomy day brighter.

I ordered flowers from out of state for my Aunt I asked the lady who toke my order if she would text me a picture of my order. Because I added additional flowers for my arrangement . She said that she was to busy. They were scheduled to be delivered the next day? My cousin sent me a picture and some of the flowers were not in my order. I overpaid! That is to bad for them!
