Ordered flowers for my aunt who was in the hospital in Fort Smith online as I live out of state. I set order to be delivered on the 9th. It wasn't delivered. I have left messages about being charged $88 and change for a bouquet that was never delivered. So far haven't received a call back. Ridiculous! I want my money back!

Florist very friendly only reason I didn't say much in her shop. Plus there would not have been enough time to have her fix the mistakes. I was extremely disappointed with what I had ordered and what I actually received. Even down to the wristlet that I picked out when I placed my order for this corsage was not the one used. Flowers for corsage were not as discussed nor were any of the requested colors. It was nothing as I ordered. First thought was of those "nailed it" memes...that's how disappointed I was with what I received...

They do not answer their phone, very difficult to get delivery, not customer friendly. Even ask me to pick up arrangement customer had paid for delivery charge.

I ordered the Newborn Baby Boy floral arrangement w/ ballon & stuffed teddy bear that is on their website with a congratulations, he’s beautiful card. What was delivered was a arrangement of mostly filler, nothing like what I ordered without the ballon and with a card that said, happy Valentines, love Sami. I called and was first offered a $5 refund since they were out of helium but wasn’t told that when I placed the order via phone call & the cost of adding the ballon is more than that, second offer was $25 off but after telling her the floral arrangement was mainly filler and after many phones calls, (kept hanging up & saying the call was disconnected) was told I would receive a full refund in thirty minutes. I haven’t received it yet but it may take a day or two to be refunded to my account. I was told the flowers I ordered and paid for doesn’t mean I would get that and they just got fifty boxes of flowers in. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I wish I could post the pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered.
