Carrie went above and beyond in taking care of me she made an outstanding flower arrangement and then made the delivery after hours because I needed them delivered later in the day. Carrie is sensitive to customer's needs, offering suggestions and photos, while maintaining a desired price point. Never before have I had a florist text me a photo of the actual arrangement I've purchased prior to delivery. Now that's great customer service! Carrie offers a large delivery area, competitive prices, and first rate customer service. I will certainly use Carrie's Creations when I need to send flowers in Fort Smith, Alma, or surrounding areas.

Ever try and order flowers for someone special and everything go wrong? That was me today and Carrie EXCEEDED my expectations. I called in a panic because Ava’s flowers not only mixed up the zip code but told me it would be $45 more to get my order delivered and won’t be today. Well you see a dear friend of mine Kesha lost her grandmother and I wanted flowers sent to her before the viewing to show how much she is loved. Carrie not only said yes I can have them delivered today, she sent me a text message to show the arrangement and suggested the candy bouquet with the pink boot that Kesha could use another time and remember me. Carrie even texted me to let me know that the flowers were delivered and how my friend loved them. It really brought tears to my eyes that Carrie made this challenging time so much better. Carrie’s thought that she puts into customer service is really hard to find. I am so thankful that I found Carrie when I am all the way in North Carolina. I have her number saved in my phone because I will for sure recommend her to anyone in that area and use her again. Carrie is a true angel on this earth. On the weekend of 08/08/2020, One of my closest friend's Father passed away down in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. (My thoughts and prayers to him and his family.) I was advised that the services would be in Fort Smith on Monday 08/10/2020 which prompted me to look for a florist in the area. Having checked reviews on line I found "Carrie's Creations". When I initially called, I had gotten a voice-mail explaining they were more than likely busy and would return my call. I left my information and within 10 minutes, Miss Carrie returned my call. I can not explain how much help she was in guiding me through the process of a funeral arrangement. Explaining how it works as well as giving suggestions based on what my thoughts were for the arrangement. Needless to say, I couldn't be any more happy about the final arrangement. Miss Carrie text me a photo of the arrangement for my approval before delivering it to the service. It turned out Absolutely Gorgeous!! I had asked for a Military style arrangement since everyone involved is either a Veteran and/or Currently Serving. (I will attempt to attach a photo for you to see how Beautiful it is. ) I would highly recommend Miss Carrie and "Carrie's Creations" for any floral needs you may have in the Fort Smith and the surrounding areas. Thank You Miss Carrie!

I really wanted to make a nice arrangement for my husband's birthday but he is a gym buff so no candy and he doesn't like flowers. Carrie was great helping me with suggestions and showing me pictures of things she's tried before. Together we figured out an awesome solution. I brought her a whole bunch of protein bars, nuts & seeds, protein packs and Gatorade packs. She arranged them perfectly and the hubby got a surprise at work he can enjoy. It meant a lot that she took the time to do the arrangement especially since she just had a cooler go out and other arrangements to get done that morning. She bends over backwards for her customers!
