I am writing a review for Brandy, PRE-DELIVERY Because I almost KNOW after reading all of the other's that i will be VERY satisfied!! After calling a couple of other florists in town this morning and being very disappointed with the service over the phone I decided to give Brandy's Florist a call because her location was the closest to the home I wanted the gift delivered!! I was NOT disappointed in the least bit...You could almost hear her smiling through the phone...EXCELLENT customer service and her upbeat attitude was refreshing!!! It was also Impressive to have my order taken by the actual Owner of the Business...I am confident the recipient will be VERY pleased with the snack basket ;) Thanks so much Ms Brandy..it was a pleasure doing business with you and if ever we need a Florist in Fort Smith, You will have our business!!

I was forced to wait 10 years to be able to have flowers delivered to my wife at her place of employment. She worked in a small town in which neither flower or even Pizza delivery was an option. Her career recently moved her to the big city of Fort Smith Arkansas. Eureka! The opportunity finally arrived... So yeah... I jumped at the chance to finally follow through with what I've longed to do. I was pleasantly surprised to find that what I thought would take hours actually took only an hour and a half... From order to delivery... Needless to say... The arrangement was a complete hit and a great surprise for my best friend. In writing reviews I have basic standards which I try to adhere to.... Those standards are only trumped by the happiness of my wife... This joint hit all the marks. Well done... Well done indeed.

There customer service is fantastic, and everyone in my mom's office was raving about what a beautiful arrangement it was. They greatly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be calling on them again!

Brandy’s is THE best in the River Valley for florists. My mother received a beautiful centerpiece and was so pleased! She has had flowers from all the other major florists in the River Valley area and says Brandy’s is now her preferred choice. Gorgeous work and friendly staff. I highly recommend Brandy’s Flowers!

(Today 1/5/21 - 2 stars) I ordered from here again due the service and quality of arrangement I received in the past. The arrangement that was delivered today was more of a $50 arrangement that I paid $100 for. Very dissatisfied, I looked online and then decided to just call directly, told them my budget was $100 not including tax or delivery. When my mother in law text me a picture of the arrangement I was completely embarrassed and disgusted that I paid $100 for it. Never again, I will try another florist next time. The arrangement was a sympathy arrangement for the passing of a loved one. (2 years ago - 5 stars) Ordered online at 9:00pm, flowers were delivered the next morning by 8:30am. Beautiful arrangement and very, very quick! Would recommend Brandy's to everyone!!!! Well worth the money!!!!

Had a delivery that wasn't going to make it so I went to Brandy's Flowers to get an arrangement. Boy am I glad I did. To be able to make such a beautiful arrangement on the spot . I should've went to Brandy's first. Brandy's flowers didn't disappoint. Thay also have various gift items to include with your bouquet. The teddy bears are adorable and come in various sizes. I called Brandy's Flowers from California. I was so tired of sending flowers online and they would get them and they would look nothing like the picture. I send them to Fort Smith each year. So I called Brandy's, told her a couple of the flowers that i wanted and candles and she made a beautiful centerpiece! They loved it! They did an amazing job! I ordered flowers for my mother's wake on a Saturday for a Monday delivery. I call in the morning to make sure everything was all set and I got the sweetest lady ever on e the phone. Just wanted to say thank you. I went in to get a Valentine's flower arrangement for my wife. I realize that being one day before Valentine's Day, the pickings may be somewhat slim, but I was happy to work with them to find something nice. I bought an arrangement that was pretty but had to have some alteration due to them being out of some of the flowers. That is all well and good. Here is my problem with Brandy's Flowers. They were to deliver the flowers to the office my wife works at, which is literally across the street, less than one block away. Instead it was delivered to Sparks hospital several miles away. I told them the address, they put the address into their computer, I paid for their services. I pointed out to them that the address is extremely close to their address. How do the flowers get delivered 5 miles away. If the people it was delivered to did not know who we were then I would not have found out they weren't delivered until my wife got home from work. . I finally got through to the shop and they rectified the situation.

I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day. I was happy with the flowers and they came in a cool vase. But they started dying pretty quick. My girlfriend took them out of the vase and acted like she was gonna puke. The water in the vase was awful. Smelled like raw sewage after just a couple days. Really weird.

Since I work far away from home I had placed order for flowers for my wife on our anniversary, but unfortunately my wife never received anything. For the first time in our life together my wife had been on our anniversary without me thinking that I forgot, because for the first time she didn’t got any card or flowers!!!! I am a fellow florist I called because I knew the recipe for the arrangement my sister ordered the owner yelled got an attitude talk down to me when I said I know what this should look like I have done flowers for years she came back with a " good for you"... It is sad when a passionate artist looses their love n just makes horrible things at horrible costs then lies... I would never ever get flowers from here n advise customers to make sure your not getting ripped off... By the way she offered to refund if 24 hours later she can pick up from a hospital with covid restrictions she said the patient will have to bring it to her!!! Really that's your solution... I'll be placing this review everywhere I can... Brandy please find your love and dignity if you art...
