Ordered flowers for the busiest day of the year: Valentines! Of course I expected them to be busy. So I made sure to pre-order online 3 days in advance. Pricing was $59 for 30 tulips - which for Valentines/Galentines/Palentines, is very understandable. I promptly received order confirmation via email. Delivery was made in the morning - which is great! The 30 flowers were wrapped tightly with a frozen paper wrap at the base of the stem. And unfortunately, no flower/plant food was included - which is standard from other experiences with other florists. The colour was ok - a few were a bit spotty and pale, and didn't look as fresh. There were newer buds, but some were droopy. I know it's not tulip season, so I didn't expect many options when ordering. But overall the stems and leaves look thick and strong! And the flowers looked better after a day in water. Interspersed throughout, were some matching misty flowers. It was bound n seeicely in a lavendar-coloured burlap and thin black ribbon. So the look is less traditional of a bouquet. One of the downsides was the delivery. The delivery person called my gift recipient to go down to the condo lobby to receive the bouquet - even though the online order specifically requested drop-off at unit door. Overall an decent experience, minus a few hiccups.

They took a lot of care to ensure we had the specific flowers and colours we wanted . Many people at our event asked which florist we used and I was very happy to recommend Vanderfleet. We received wonderful service. We needed flowers at the last minute for a hastily scheduled church wedding (so that an out of town relative could attend). We doubted that we could get bouquets for the bride and the bridesmaids on time but were treated to exquisite and responsive service from all your staff, particularly the designer whose name I believe was Renata. We arrived on Friday early afternoon and were able to pick up four gorgeous bouquets and one lovely flower arrangement first thing on the Saturday morning. For sentimental reasons, we were particularly delighted to be able to incorporate some lilacs and snowballs from our garden. The flowers were stunning and we were able to put them into vases after the ceremony for some of the post-wedding parties. The staff were unfailingly helpful and optimistic with us and the bouquets and arrangements were outstanding.

I received the MOST beautiful flower arrangement from Vanderfleet on Mother's Day. It was a stunning array of all my favourite flowers and colours...hydrangea, roses, peony, and so much more. Absolutely exquisite! Many of the stems lasted 2 weeks plus, and I was able to put them into smaller vases to enjoy around the house. I've purchased and received other florals from Vanderfleet and never been disappointed. The designers are top notch, pay attention to detail and the product is high quality.

At Vanderfleet, they love what they do and it shows in every stunning arrangement. Perfection in design, service, quality and a unique selection of flowers. The staff is helpful, friendly and fun to work with. The arrangements are always fresh and last a very long time. I have used their services many times over the years. I recently ordered some cocktail arrangements and a boutonniere. The gorgeous roses used in the arrangements were fragrant! How often do you still get to experience that?! Out of water and without any special treatment, the sweet boutonniere with three small roses, a sea holly and a berry was perfect and fresh for the duration of the event and the entire following day. I have planned with Vanderfleet for special occasions and just dropped in to buy a last minute arrangement. It is always a treat and a pleasure!

Getting flowers during Toronto's shutdown now during Covid-19 is not easy! but 1 of Toronto's finest & top-rated flower shops-Vanderfleet flowers/Florist @ Humberton came to my rescue. To make the request more of a challenge for Scott- I really wanted to find lilacs w white roses for a Special birthday bouquet. Vanderfleet went out early Monday morning to find the lilacs and sent a beautiful vases with the exact flowers for my Mom's 96th birthday, that afternoon. My mother was thrilled and really overwhelmed!! Kudos to y'all.
