They did an amazing job with my wedding bouquet. Definitely exceeded all my expectations. Given that it was last minute, I gave the wonderful lady at the counter a price range and a google image of what I wanted and she executed my vision beyond what I could imagine! 10/10

I wanted to support local business this year instead of getting my annual Christmas gifts for my neighbours from Costco like I usually do. A quick Google search found Royal York Flowers nearby (Royal York /Evans) and open at 8:30 am while others florists were still closed. Based on strong Google reviews I went there and was not disappointed. Found a good selection of holiday plants and arrangements at reasonable prices. Appropriate COVID safety protocols were respected as well. Great service including carry-out to my car for me. I will be back next time I need flowers or a plant arrangement!

Very accomodating. We came in around 5pm looking for a funeral arrangement for the next day and they agreed to have it ready by 11am the next morning. I haven't got it yet, so I can only give 4 stars right now.

A great place to get a variety of flowers, both bouquets and planted. There's something for any occassion. Flexible hours, and the owners are very helpful. Average pricing for a flower shop, not more or less expensive than most places.

One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had! I called late in the afternoon and they had the flower delivered in 2 hours!. I highly recommend using Royal York Flowers!

I was really tempted to give this place 4 stars solely because of the lady's attitude during my both visits, but her husband (I assume) compensated that and provided excellent service. I don't know what her problem is/eaa - first time I came in just to see the prices and check how fresh their flowers were but she got really upset with me even though I barely asked her anything, I just looked around and left. Second time I asked to not mix flowers that I picked with any other optional ones and keep it simple because they were going to placed in a vase 10 minutes after but she gave me this look like I asked her to dig a trench around her store and said "ok I'm just gonna clean them (cut extra leaves etc), ok?" with attitude. Yet again, it's a good flower shop, lot of attributes and options for crafting a nice bouquet. Just gonna stop by a few times more and maybe update my review but hope everyone else has better experience then I've had! ????

Rain or shine, Covid-19 or simply cough season, Royal York Flowers is here to save the day with beautiful last minute bouquets. Be sure to stay away from the lilies, but the roses are alright!

Nice selection of bouquets to choose from (very relived that they were not all holiday themes and colours!). It was my first visit here, so I was surprised at the selection of stationary and little home decor trinkets. Service was fast, a good sized, colourful bouquet in good health was 40$, which I thought was very fair.

Lively little mom and pop shop with a cute variety of flowers etc. The lady of the story is so sweet, once she gave me some strawberry mint to try out. I always buy my little herbs and small perennials from here. They have beautiful arrangements and cute succulents inside too.
