I ordered flowers for my friend whose mom has just been diagnosed with a serious illness. Despite the website stating 'Free Delivery,' my invoice arrived declaring a $12 delivery charge which had been built into the price of the flowers. To make matters worse, my friend then texted me later that day, saying she had received a large bouquet of flowers with a card that read "Happy 85th Birthday Mom." I immediately phoned and the clerk proceeded to tell me that the right bouquet was delivered but with the wrong card. My friend sent me a picture and unfortunately, the wrong bouquet was delivered as well! I called again and the clerk simply laughed, saying it had been a busy morning.... Would not recommend and will not be using again.

Not able to communicate properly. Were not able to rectify and were not in the slightest way considerate of a situation that went terrible from their service. It was a wedding of mine and my wife and they made a big blunder and are not even able to admit to it and make any attempt to provide an apology. Not impressed at all!!

My seamstress is located next door to this magnificent shop and it gives me a chance to stopped by for my various plants. The shop is huge and filled with so many of beautifully gorgeous plants. The staff are knowledgeable and very pleasant.

I went through the whole process and there was a $12 service fee, and a $9.99 delivery fee! Not impressed! Didn't order.

I came to Rhea 4 days before my mother's funeral. I had just flown in from Albania - jet-lagged and shell-shocked. All I knew was my mother's favourite flowers and colors. At a time when I was low, I put my trust and faith in Ashley and Helen to give my mother a beautiful farewell - and that is exactly what she had. The arrangements were tasteful and elegant - and greatly appreciated by family and friends. A very sincere thank you to Rhea Flower Shop for being there when I needed them.

disappointing. I attempted to order flowers for my grandmas birthday and even though it was confirmed online they were never delivered. I called as per the website before 9pm on the day they were supposed to be delivered and still had no more information. I was told I would be emailed the next day and still never got an email to see if the flowers were delivered or not.

This local flower shop is my favourite on Lake Shore Blvd West. Helen the owner is extremely knowledgeable about all things related to flowers and plants. I now have 2 plants that have survived more than 7 days. That's a record for me. I also have purchased Irises and Roses from her. Those lived considerably longer than I had expected. I found this flower shop via Google as I was ordering for someone who lives in Etobicoke. I was amazed they have same day delivery. Anyway I ordered a flower arrangement and then at checkout I was offered to add a box of chocolates to my order, which I did. The recipient said the flowers were gorgeous. My only wish is that there was a picture on the website of the chocolates I was ordering (I ordered the small box for $15 and I have no idea how many chocolates are in a small box). Regardless the ordering was easy, flowers well received and I would recommend this shop:-)

Every single time I go in here asking for flowers the lady which I think is the shop owner, is SUPER RUDE, she doesn't make you feel invited at all. Sorry I'm not as educated about what name the flower is called. Your attitude is horrible, and you make people feel so uninvited. I've giving the shop a couple of chances, and every single time I still leave feeling like my business has been a hassle to them. Won't be coming back that's for sure.

I feel like the others complaining here are just looking for a free handout. My experience with Rhea's Flower shop has always been amazing. The flowers are ALWAYS fresh and the staff bend over backwards to get my delivery out on time or as close to on time as possible. And I always receive an email letting me know my delivery has been made. The arrangements are beautiful and the attention to detail amazing. I do not and will not go anywhere else for my flowers period. Thanks ladies!!!

The website is not user friendly, the woman who answered the phone when I called wasn't friendly at all either. I have no idea if the flowers I ordered were delivered. When I called they just said that the guy who does the deliveries would be out this afternoon delivering, I'd like some sort of confirmation that the receipient received the flowers that were very expensive to begin with. Don't believe the "free delivery" either, the cost is included in the very expensive price tag of the flowers..

Woow what scam artist they are . I ordered flowers for a funeral and paid over the phone 50$ expecting to have a nice arrangement set up with white roses. The order was delivered with only 2 white roses and other nick nacks that looked cheap and not presentable at all. When I called and spoke to the manager the lady was very ignorent and rude. NO COMPENSATION WHAT'S SO EVER. I will definitely never order from their again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know . The arrangement was no more then a 20$ bouquet . Very disappointed

Awful, awful, awful experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The flowers I ordered were nothing like the flowers received. They were a gift for someone and I am embarrassed with the arrangement that was delivered. When I called and complained, they lacked any customer service except to say “it looked the same”, which I assure you it did not. The only solution they offered was to go pick up the flowers from the recipient- how absolutely and completely mortifying that would have been! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional florist. Definitely go elsewhere and save yourself aggravation.

I prdered an $86 bouquet of flowers for my staff at work. On the website the photo was beautiful, however, the bouquet delivered did not match the picture. Most of the lillies were closed, and the white rose had some browning on the petals. I was disappointed, and even a little embarrassed, as I wanted to surprise the girls and thank them with the beautiful arrangement. Not worth the money.

i am beyond pleased with how amazing this flowershop is. There flowers were fresh, there service was amazing and there store was immaculate. I was greeted upon arrival with a pleasant smile and the owner even came out and helped me as i had no idea what i was choosing and i ended up paying for an arrangement that i left to her to choose and design for me and i received a text from my significant other of the most beautiful arrangement i have ever seen. I made an error when ordering on line and the staff called back and we were able to fix it next day!! The flowers came 4 hours later and I have to say I was impressed! At first give the prices in the pandemic I thought the arrangement small! But after a few days the blooms started opening and they were amazing! Lovely selection and longevity!

Dear Michelle, It was not mentioned that you wanted opened flowers. You wanted mostly lilies with babies breath and no greenery, no roses, no daisies. At the time we had no open lilies. Our lilies had just arrived that morning. Pick up and replace was offered to you but you declined. You had called back and wanted a bouquet of more flowers in white which I delivered to the recipient with in half and hour. I sent white hydrangeas, and white dendrobium orchids as an apology. You called again on Monday to complain about the orchids are not open. The orchids we sent were open as much as they were going to be. That's how these orchids are. We have been in business 1936. Some customers cannot be satisfied no matter what we do.

Absolutely terrible. I am never the type to complain. But when you order a bouquet for near 100$, you expect a decent service. They were on time but my bouquet was absolutely not what I received. Attached are images of what I had ordered compared to what my mother-in-law got. Very crooked because they refused to give my money back. I will not use this flower shop ever again. Do not use your hard earned money and give this business the day of light.
