Ordered online from hamilton to congratulate my friend on her engagement (she lives in Etobicoke). I was worried, having worked in the funeral industry I know that sometimes what you order... is not what’s sent. Being from out of town and looking to find a florist in the Etobicoke area I came about Nelia’s Floral Design. I ordered a special Birthday Bouquet to be arranged and delivered in the area. I communicated with Nelia through emails and she was quickly to respond to my requests. The young lady I sent the bouquet mentioned that the arrangement was “so so beautiful”. The flowers were stunning and the service and communication was top notch. I 100% recommend Nelia’ Floral Design for any floral arrangements. Thank you Nelia

She put together a gorgeous glittery flower arrangement in a pair of silver glitter shoes, for my niece's bridal shower that was truly a GEM for any bride to be! She also made a stunning and unique arrangement for the mother of the bride who was hosting the shower! Nelia is truly fantastic to work with. When I first met her, I could tell she really cared about the quality of her flower creations. Nelia designed beautiful centrepieces for my wedding reception as well as several flower arrangements for my ceremony. She exceeded my expectations not only with the flowers but with the relationship we built. Typically, working with vendors for a wedding is not an easy task but Nelia was always easily reached via phone or e-mail. She responded very promptly and she was always willing to go above and beyond. I did not have a decorator coming in and Nelia was more than willing to assemble all the centrepieces with gel beads and LED lights. Other florists would have required this to be completed already so they could just place their flower arrangements on top. Nelia's prices are very reasonable. She takes pride in her work and would never produce something that did not meet her standards. I highly recommend Nelia floral designs for any occasion. I know I will definitely be using her in the future!
