Excellent customer service and quality products. I made some orders during covid-19 and got my items delivered to my door the next day, it wasn't necessary but they did it anyways, I'm super grateful for their sincere hard work. The colours might be a bit off in real life, and the little butterfly pot I got doesn't drain too well for some reason, so I'm just using it for aesthetics for now until I drill a bigger hole. All of this not an issue with the products and comes with the experience of shopping online. Will be returning for more clay pots in the near future.

Beautiful pots, planters,lantern. They have the "cute stuff" for plant babies. The pots are available in a good range of sizes and all natural. Their tea light lantern are very cute and are perfect size!. Hand made, natural amazingly cool stuff for garden and decor.

This place is an absolute gem. Not only they carry quality, beautifully handmade products, their prices are fair and the customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The owner Nadeem (or Nadim sorry for misspelling) is kind, generous and honest. He won’t push or try to up-sell things and will leave you alone to look around for yourself but he’s available if you have a question or need help. I went there last weekend and love how my old plants looked in these newly purchased from Kawa planters look and though it’s a 50min drive for me, I can’t wait to go back.

Drove 25 mins to the store only to realize they are closed. Website needs to be updated because all garden centers are open for in store shopping or curbside pick up. Google site shows they are open for in store shopping so I assume they were and also selling garden essentials. Disappointed and definitely will not drive back there. Update; To be fair, yes you are not allowed to have indoor shopping, but it wasn't updated, it was just updated after my review. Hours also mentioned open at 11am on Sunday for curbside pick-up and you didn't open today until 1pm. I drove all the way there to support your small business and I appreciate your response. Review will be revised.

Would like to share this little story. My brother Herman gave me a beautiful clay pot for my birthday from” Kawa” and was pleasantly surprised to learn it is made in Bangladesh. It has special meaning and I love the little pot and clay boots for the garden. Visited Kawa recently and was amazed by the quality of products and varieties they have on display. The owner was extremely professional and helpful - gave us useful tips and made us feel very comfortable. There was no selling pressure - felt like he really cared about his products and what would suit the customer rather than just trying to make a sale. What my wife and I found amazing was the story of what motivated the owner to start the store. He shared that a few years ago he asked his son to go buy some pots for the family. The son returned home a few hours later, annoyed that he could not find any non-plastic pots that would not only be better for the plants growth and nourishment but also much better for the environment. That is what inspired them to start this venture. Amazing! Definitely returning here soon!

I made a visit to Kawa Canada today and was blown away by the selection of pottery from a variety of countries. Also met Ahmed who is so culturally diverse and knowledgeable. Such a pleasure to have met him. I ended up buying a pot from Morocco and got a hi 5 from all at home on the selection..am gonna visit again.. I purchased these clay hanging pots from Kawa Canada a month ago. I then requested Ahmed Bhai to have these pots painted black and he gladly complied and this is the finished product in black. I hung these from my ceiling and it is an eyecatcher..Thank you Ahmed Bhai..
