SOPHIE IS AMAZING. It's Valentines day Friday, February 14, 2020. I contacted Sophie after calling tons of places. I inquired about getting flowers delivered to my girlfriend. Like many of the other places I contacted, she was swamped. There was no deliveries available. Sophie went out of her way to accommodate me and get the flowers delivered after I explained to her how desperate I was! AMAZING service, I couldn't be happier! Thank you Sophie! I will be using you from now on for everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I placed an order with Flowers by Sophie for the first time this week. I needed a bouquet of flowers and a fruit & cheese basket to be delivered to a very special Aunt. Veronica was extremely helpful and flexible when I asked if I could customize both items. My Aunt sent me pictures of the flowers and goodie basket. The flower selection was beautiful, fresh and exactly what I had requested . The gift basket far exceeded by expectations. Veronica was also very accommodating with the special delivery instructions and in fact, delivered them herself. I would not hesitate to order from Flowers by Sophie in the future and would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Ordered flowers online for delivery. At 5pm on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered they had still not arrived. I had to call the business and inquire about the flowers only to be told in a rude manner they would not be ready for two more days. There was 0 communication from the business and now my flowers are going to arrive 2 days past the event. Furthermore the business offered no attempts to right the situation. I will not be ordering from them again.

Placed an order with a different florist last week for Mother’s Day; they cancelled my order due to not having order ready. Thankfully I found this hidden gem. Called in an placed an order for delivery. Even though they where very busy an amazing person was able to accommodate my order. Very understanding. Wish I would of known of this organization a long time ago. Amazing costumer service. 5 out of 5 is an understatement. Highly recommend going through this business for all floral needs.

I got 2 incredible bouquets for my birthday and March 8, so I had to elicit from my husband where he bought it from in order to leave a good review. On picture 1 and 2 you can see the roses I got for my birthday. Do I even need to describe how gorgeous it looks like? They were so huge, I could barely fit them in my car. I’d say they are almost half of my height. On picture 3 you can see amazing tulips I got for March 8 as well as the roses that are already 2 weeks old! Being 2 weeks old they still look fresh! Can you believe that? I just want to say a big thank you to the florist.

AMAZING SERVICE FROM WERONIKA AND EVEN MORE AMAZING FLOWERS!!! I was looking for a very special tropical bouquet for me and my wife's 5th wedding anniversary. I reached out to a bunch of flower delivery shops in the area but Weronika and Flowers by Sophie were the quickest to respond to my inquiry! She notified me that they did not have the flowers in stock but they would get it later in the day and be able to deliver by the following day in the AM! This was perfect. Very clear and fast communication by Weronika was very appreciated over e-mail. The price was very fair and reasonable and she gave me different options for the cymbium orchids (large vs. medium) in order for me to budget accordingly. This was definitely appreciated. I felt like I got the most bang for my buck! Payment was also quick and straight forward and I received an e-mail receipt right away. The plan was to have the flowers delivered to my wife's workplace but she tells me in the evening that she will be taking the day off! I immediately e-mailed Weronika and she responded within minutes and confirmed she could adjust the shipping address. This was greatly appreciated:) On the day of delivery, Weronika personally delivered the bouquet herself on time and had put it together earlier in the morning. The flowers were beautiful and my wife loved it! I will definitely not hesistate to use Flowers by Sophie again for any of my flower needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good flower shop in the west end of the city. make an order before PM to ensure delivery. I ordered flowers at 9am to be delivered by 5PM to my girlfriend as a surprise. I got a call confirming flowers were ready way before PM. Well the flowers arrive late (6pm) having been a few blocks away from the home. Aaaand the delivery girl called my girlfriend because she was lost and ruined the surprise by telling my girlfriend she had flowers for her.
