I ordered two dozen roses for my wife for Valentine's Day and only one dozen was delivered in a slightly beat-up and grungy looking white box with tape all over it. Definitely not worth the $169.49 I paid. I have tried calling, emailing, and texting to ask for at least a 50% refund, but no one is returning my call. How can they make this mistake on the most important flower delivery day of the year?
