I ordered flowers from this place for my parents plot at the cemetery & the person who worked there took my information & asked where my parents are located & the correct spelling of my parents & I was told the flowers will be delivered in 2 days, 3 days later no flowers so I called & was told due to covid there is a delay & they will be delivered in 2 days, 3 days later still no flowers so I called & a refund was offered but I declined because I heard they take care their customers, 3 days later I get a phone call saying the flowers are ready for pick up & I said no they had to be delivered & installed by the florist & I was told they do not do that & I asked so why was I asked the spelling of my parents & location? The owners answer was it was small talk. I then asked for a refund & the owner said if u come by & pick her up she would be install them, I went & picked her up, she didn’t come & sent her husband which is ok & they were installed at the cemetery but not secured to the vase & the next day the flowers were gone because of the wind & this company will not take responsibility because they neglected to tie the flowers down to the vase. I called & I was told that the husband will call me back, 4 days later I didn’t hear from the husband so I texted the owner it’s been4 days & still waiting for her husband to call me & her response” You won't hear from him & stop calling or coming over or I’ll call the police” great customer service, now I called a lawyer friend & he explained that the court cost is much higher Than what I’ll get back, my reply is it’s the principal & the company knows that no one will take them to court because of the high court cost but now it’s about principle. I paid for a product & service which they delivered but neglected to secure the flowers down.

Had an amazing experience here. Dealt with the owner, Carm. A friends father passed away and I wanted to take an arrangement to their home for my condolence visit. Suffice to say it was very last minute; I ordered in the morning for pick up by the afternoon. All I knew was that I wanted something that could be placed upright on display. Carm guided me through their website to narrow down what I liked, look and budget wise, and went over and beyond expectations to deliver. The arrangement was beautiful and received very well. Her shop inside is lovely and this place now is my go to location for all florist needs. Thank you Carm, you did beautiful work!

WASTE OF MONEY!! I got FUNERAL flowers for my WEDDING! We paid $600 for crap. Customer service was just terrible. You bring shame to florist. You should be ashamed of yourself. Giving us funeral tribute flowers and broken vases. My mother and Sister were too kind to you, and you took advantage of them. I hope it was worth the money. Thank god my sister who is an amazing artist and fixed the arrangement.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for a co-worker on her birthday. I found out the flowers never got delivered. They didn't call to let me know, and no one there to speak to. BUYER BEWARE. Getting the refund does no justice in this case.

Don`t waste your time. During a wedding consultation, the staff member was very rude and unhelpful. She could not tell me what flowers were in season for my wedding and yet insisted that she could not get any of the flowers I requested in. I brought in a very detailed plan and she shot down every single idea. After I told her other florists said they were able to she said she would contact her suppliers and send me a quote. A few days later I received a short email saying the price was $6500 without any breakdown of what that included (flower types or otherwise!!). Since she kept saying she couldn't get the flowers I requested in, I have no clue what is included in this quote. The worst part of the appointment ... she was refusing to work with specific (and common) flowers/greens including anemones and succulents. She also wouldn't make floral crowns and said she would just give us loose flowers for our hair stylist.

I used Flora Dive for our wedding June 26th. Two days before the wedding I was asked by Flora Diva "what colours were your flowers?" You don't ask a bride this two days before the wedding especially if you have two weeks to prepare. The large price on the two floral displayed looked like funeral arrangements with the triangle shape, not what I paid or asked for. I felt like I was not important to their business and an afterthought. We will not be using Flora Dive again. A shoutout to my Milton florist Karen's Flower Shop produced beautiful bouquets, just what I ordered.

Ordered flowers, what was delivered did not look like what I ordered online. Definitely not worth the same amount of money. I got attitude and they would not work with the customer at all. If you see a review by someone with the last name Petralito, it's probably Carm. So many better florists in Woodbridge than Grignano, if you are not happy they will not work with you in any way, shape, or form. Every excuse in the book. Stay far away from here.

Lousy service here. If I cared I'd write a lengthy synopsis of my experience. But in this day and age of lacklustre service due to Covid19, rest assured, these guys don't disappoint, my beef should really be with who recommended this establishment to me. Florists are a dime a dozen, it takes 30 seconds to make another call. Try to avoid this place however.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst service ever. At first I thought this place was great to deal with as the owner called me personally to let me know the Vase I ordered online was discontinued so she offered an alternative. Which was fine - and I agreed to it. However, the flowers that were delivered for my mom's birthday were not matching what I ordered, especially that I upgraded to the "better" option to get "more" flowers - and did not even remotely receive this. When I asked her to give me a break down how she got to the amount she charged me on the website, she stated in fact the order she got was for 20$ less than what I paid for on the site. When I said when will she get back to me about reimbursing me the amount... she dodged my texts, and e-mails. In fact she then came up with a bogus breakdown to now JUSTIFY over charging me. When I tried to phone her, she dodged my calls and has not called me back. I even filed a dispute with my credit card company, proving that she sent me text messages that my order was less than what I paid- according to what she originally told me! It's not even for the money, it's the principle and just bad business. Not to mention the google user: "cora petralito" is the actually the owner disguising herself as an impartial google user- she is just using a different name to get better rates online. I'm sure the other "google users" who made comments and posted are workers for the business as well. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!

My co-worker said that they did not receive their flowers at their house. They have a ring doorbell and work from home all day. They honestly did not receive the items. For all we know someone may have taken it. But either way they did not receive it. We called in to let them know and instead of being apologetic for my co-workers loss they were obsessed of being right and that they delivered the item. They were completely rude over the phone. I feel awful since all I wanted to do was bring my co-worker a bit of happiness during this time and they were fighting her directly over the phone. Do not order from them.

Horrible. We ordered flowers for two people for mothers day (MAY 14). Never came. Waited until 7pm and still no flowers at either of the houses we ordered to. Called them that night and a guy said he would process the payment Monday May 15 and it would take a few days to process on our card. A week later, still no refund on our card. Called at least 3 more times throughout the month, every time ensuring that they will PROCESS the refund (even though they said it would be processed every other time we spoke). The refund should have been on our credit card at least june 2 (which is still ridiculous, but accepted the fact that this place is ridiculous so no surprise there.) It is now JUNE 15 more than A MONTH after he said he would refund & even the owner said she would refund multiple times. Called 4 times today and nobody answered our calls. So dissatisfied with this place. Avoid if you don't want your money stolen.

Save your money. Ordered an arrangement for my Aunts funeral and the flowers and greenery arrived wilted. It was very embarrassing when someone says something about your flowers at the visitation. Very unprofessional. Can’t blame Covid. I accepted the fact that flowers need to be changed due to availability but not with dead ones. So disappointing.

What an experience today with Carm from floral diva in Woodbridge placed an order on line and then called it in to see if it could be sent today not only did she confirm the delivery but she also suggested to modernize the sympathy flowers I had ordered and even sent me a pic not even 20 minutes later and was sent out the door immediately ! Worst experience in my life. My best friend was having a horrible weekend and her husband was out of town so I said to myself let's do something nice and let's send her flowers from him because he's unable to do it where he is. Did I night before it's now 5pm haven't even had curtousy to call and say they weren't coming, said they send an "email" at 9am never happened. I understand I have an American phone that you have to press one before or won't work but there was an alternate number that she now claims also didn't work. Then after being upset I say have you refunded my money. She says no it's now a long weekend and won't be refunded until Tuesday then takes 5-7 business days. How ridiculous is that, if they knew they werent sending at 9am why did they not instantly refund the money. Now I have to call my bank as this is fraud and try and get the 130 I spent on NOTHING never use these people they can not deliver even when it's a simple bouquet of roses. HORRIBLE

I got my girlfriend 4 forever flowers a while back. They were packaged in a very nice ceramic case, and it came with decorative ribbons. They were also able to get flowers in my girlfriend's favourite colour, purple. She loved them a lot, would recommend.

I live in Vaughan and have tried many different florist in the area. I almost gave up on the florist in this area. I am looking for a unique designer who has the patience to put together what I have in my mind. I have to say to my surprise I finally found Floral Diva who can do that.

My sister received a dozen boxed roses from this company. Never in my life have I seen something packaged so carelessly and thoughtlessly. In prior experiences, boxed roses have been carefully placed in the box with their stems hidden. What was received by my sister was a dozen roses, thrown in a box under two loose stems of babies' breath and ferns. Half of the roses were obscured by the loose pile of babies' breath and greenery, leaving an incredibly underwhelming experience. The babies' breath had no water tubes placed on the stems, and was therefore dry and dead. We took a few minutes to decide whether or not to throw the whole thing out. Such a disappointment. *In response to Floral Diva's "boxed roses" comment-- I've personally recieved roses that have been boxed from many of your competitors, and have had them arrive in pristine, orderly condition. This was a disgraceful display of your business' lack of care. Whether or not flowers are in a box, vase, or bouquet, it is YOUR job to make them beautiful. Anyone can throw roses into a box by the handful. I honestly cannot believe you call yourself a floral business. Absolutely horrible.

I called the Tuesday before Mother’s Day to place an order. When I called no one answered. I left a message and a few minutes later I received a call. I placed my order and I can tell the lady was driving and asked for my credit card. I should have known that it’s pretty hard to take an order while driving but I said ok. Sure enough I called to pick up my order on Mother’s Day and no order was placed! So I had to place my order again on Mother’s Day asked if I wanted a card and I said yes. Picked up the arrangement a few minutes later no card and no apology. Should of stuck with my original florist!

This was my first time ordering from Floral Diva By Grignano. Had a party and needed several centerpieces. The Designer was very knowledgeable which showed through experience. My needs were met . Needless to say the centerpieces were absolutely beautiful. I would definitely use them again. Floral Diva Saved me again had my girlfriend's bridal shower what beautiful bouquets that were made. Last minute and they turned out amazing.
