We loved working with Poppies Floral for our wedding! Andrea and her staff were very accommodating of our budget and preferences. Our wedding colours were shades of blue, and they made a beautiful arbour using hydrangeas, delphiniums, roses, eucalyptus and more! We rented drapes for the arbour and lanterns for our centerpieces from Poppies Floral too so the decor was easy to arrange.The flowers lasted throughout the night and almost a week after the wedding at home! The flowers were definitely one of the highlights of the day. Thank you so much!

Poppies goes above and beyond in terms of customer service, and their arrangements are STUNNING and unique. Poppies arrangements look exactly like their online pictures and prices are very reasonable. My mom has received several comments that her Poppies arrangements are the nicest people have ever seen! Poppies flowers in Victoria BC is my go to florist. Any arrangement I’ve ever ordered for myself or for a friend or seen at an event are always lovely and fresh. Quaint shop & wonderful staff. For florists in Greater Victoria definitely go to Poppies. PS I just posted some pictures of my flower arrangement today. Poppies kept on file details for my annual Christmas centre piece which is done in similar style to my wedding bouquet.

Purchased 2 bouquets for Mother's Day: Paradise Arrangement, Orchids and Flowers Bouquet. Very well arranged, looked better than the photo on their website! My mom is definitely a "plant person" she keeps orchids flowering for years and years and she commented that Poppies flowers were very good quality. Definitely will buy again for the next even!

Really beautiful bouquets and flower arrangements but if you buy a bouquet I recommend you DO NOT buy the Designer's Choice Bouquet. Instead buy one of their set bouquets. I've bought both and when I've bought the $40 Designer's Choice Bouquets I've gotten tiny flowers, cheap flowers, and lots of greenery instead of the $40 set bouquets that usually come with roses, dahlias, hydrangeas, etc. I thought it would be like buying "in season food boxes" but I was wrong. I don’t fully understand the logic behind the response below. If all other $40 bouquets include at least a couple statement flowers, why not include at least one statement flower? Thank you for understand that it was a disappointing experience.

This was the 4th florist I had met with and the first one that I really felt actually listened to what I wanted and listened to what I had to say and then took that and made something beautiful. Andrea made the whole process so effortless. I gave her my colors, some photos of styles I liked, and a budget and she created the most beautiful arrangements. Aside from an itty bitty blip with delivery times (which was rectified immediately), I don't have a single complaint. I am so happy that we chose Poppies for our wedding, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a florist!

We used Poppie's for our wedding flowers and was very impressed by their quality, service, and professionalism. I had to plan our wedding remotely as we're not from Victoria and Andrea was amazing to work with. She was personable, friendly, and so easy to talk to. I showed Andrea my inspiration photos and what she was able to source for us matched what I wanted perfectly. I ended up with 3 bouquets and 9 boutonnieres and they were all gorgeous and perfect. They all lasted through the night which was very thankful for not to have droopy flowers at our reception. A couple weeks before the wedding, I realized that I forgot to confirm a few details with her, and Andrea was very accommodating and helpful and made me feel at ease that everything would be fine and come day of our wedding, they delivered as promised! They did much better than I could have ever expected! I had the wonderful chance to actually meet her in person before our wedding and was just so thankful for how well she handled our order. I absolutely recommend Poppies Floral Art for any occasion!

I am so pleased to have found Poppies! I returned home from a road trip and wanted a special bouquet for my fiancé ... I went into Poppies, asked for a small colourful bouquet and it was a huge hit. A dear friend has surprised us with flowers from Poppies a couple times through this tough year, and they have been beautiful arrangements and amazing quality every time. We recently received a bouquet of sunflowers that are absolutely gorgeous - so fresh and cheerful. The bouquets have been hand-tied and carefully delivered, and they've called ahead to let us know and confirm a distanced delivery. They also called later to follow up and make sure we were happy with the flowers. Love the awesome customer service as well as the stunning bouquets!

Poppies has Incredible Customer Service and Incredible Arrangements!!! I had ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday; not knowing I had given them the wrong phone number and address. First they called me to confirm her number; that is when I realized I had entered her number incorrectly. They said no problem; they updated the number and I thought phew good to go! But wen the driver arrived at the address I had given and contacted my daughter; she informed him that they had the wrong address; again this was MY FAULT!! The driver went above and beyond and made arrangements to meet up with the other driver to ensure she would receive her flowers on her birthday. I just want to say THANK YOU for the BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT and for fixing my mistakes and making my daughters birthday memorable to say the least!!
