My friend Alex was in the hospital, dying. When I called Jane at Petals Plus I had just heard the news and was in shock. Jane was gentle, kind, empathetic and professional. I couldn't make a decision. Jane was patient and guided me through suggestions to express my feeling with flowers and a balloon. My friend Alex loved the flowers and balloon! She was positive and full of smiles. Thank you Jane for bringing joy and beauty into Alex's life in her last days. What an amazing gift. I highly recommend Jane and the services of Petals Plus.

Over the phone and by long distance, I ordered a basket of plants & flowers from Petals Plus Florist to be delivered. Jane, the shop owner, delivered it, but the recipient was not at home to receive them. Instead of bringing them back to the shop to keep cool & safe, she decides to just leave the basket, unattended, outside at the side of the house (she claimed she was "told" it was "okay to leave them" - that directive certainly did not come from me). But the real kicker in her email to me was when she said: "I hope they get it okay." What the hell? "I "hope" they get it okay"?!. I'm thinking: "You mean like you HOPE somebody doesn't go and steal it?!" Unbelievable. This is definitely not something you want to hear when you've spent $80 on flowers as a gift for somebody. Extremely unimpressed with her careless level of service, so this is the first and very last time I will ever order flowers from them again.

Jane has always had EXACTLY the right flowers for an occasion. Sometimes I am just dashing in - there is always something perfect, and her staff knows just what to recommend. Responding to a special request - Jane has the knack of understanding just what will convey the message and creating something beautiful and fitting. And the flowers last an amazingly long time, because they take great care. Great service all round.

Very friendly efficient staff who go out of their way to assist you. I called wanting to have flowers delivered to the hospital. She took time out of her busy schedule to call the hospital, only to find out no deliveries we allowed and then to call me back and relay the message.

They are prompt, friendly and accommodating to any sort of occasion. For instance, in case your 3 year old daughter cuts off her daycare mates hair - Petals Plus is quick to send out an "i'm sorry"bouquet to the poor mother - before that mother even knows what happened:) Thanks for all the great service!

Ordered a specific arrangement from a picture off the page, upon delivery recieved a totally different bouquet. Ordering was fast and simple. But upon receiving the arangement disappointed as contracted Erin to see maybe there was a mixup, no response. I was not informed that some flowers were possibly not available or that the bouquet cannot be the same that some flowers would need to be replaced. Update Erin has contacted me and has replaced the flowers to be similar as the request. Very satisfied with communication and services. Thank you Erin

I ordered flowers for delivery for Mother's day and total cost was almost $100 with delivery and tax which is fine. I was however disappointed because I felt that the flowers I ordered on the website did not even come close to what was received. The flowers were pretty - but what was sent should not have cost that much. The left "Grace" was what was advertised - the right is what was delivered.

I really only have a question but I read the previous reviews so I rate it this, as for my experience which none of us know yet, I'm curious... Am I able to buy pink peonies such as Dr Alexander or Sarah bernhardt? If not those... Uhm well I don't know much else about anything pink peony related but it's someones favorite flower and I would love them to enjoy it.
