Very nice bouquet, but requested to spend $50 on a bouquet for delivery so was a little surprised when the charge came through over $70 after they added the delivery charge on top of the $50! Also requested delivery on Mother's Day. Flowers didn't show up until 6:30 pm! A bit late for Mother's Day IMO. Update: Flower shop really wanted to correct this issue and refunded the delivery charge.

We had the pleasure of working with Colleen for our wedding on August 1st, 2021 and were blown away by the spectacular flower arrangements we received. From first meeting Colleen on the phone during our initial consultation it was like meeting a close friend. She asked a lot of detail oriented questions and made sure she understood my vision exactly, and provided a lot of great knowledge and insight into making my dreams come true - what was reasonable and if something couldn't work, wasn't in season, a more cost effective choice, etc. As we ended up planning a wedding during Covid, Colleen was great at working with us to rearrange dates or update our budget as needed and was very quick with communication over email and by phone. When the day finally came to recieve our flowers I couldn't have been happier with the results. My vendors told me we had the most beautiful bouquets they had ever seen and our guests had nothing but compliments throughout the day. I had plenty of arrangements left over that are now displayed in mine and my families home and they are holding up just as if it was the day of the wedding. Would recommend Foxglove Flowers for any event purely on Colleens excellent customer service and sweet nature alone - the bonus being spectacular flowers!!

They are the must have decor item for ceremony areas as well, sometimes this goes overlooked as just the bouquets etc are needed but when you let Foxglove Florals run wild the results are nothing short of breathtaking. Colleen did a fantastic job selecting flowers for my bouquet and for my attendants bouquets. She also did the boutineers and corsages for my handsome groom and his men! They were fantastic - the flowers even smelled good! The colours all worked so well together - no matter what people wore, they seemed to coordinate with the flowers. They were fresh and fantastic and lasted all evening - even though they weren't put in water since the containers got left where we were getting ready. She also was flexible about how our ring bearer dropped out a month before and we decided to do flowers for the signing table instead. She also had to deal with a really dry summer that threw off the growing season. My flowers lasted all night and have dried nicely. They actually look great even three months later. The only hiccup was on the actual day - the delivery person was flustered to not be able to get into the venue. Flowers were eventually brought to me, but for sure I would have made an effort to make sure the communication about that was better. I would certainly recommend Colleen to do flowers for any event.

We used Foxgloves Flowers for our wedding on August 21, 2021, and were so happy with the beautiful flowers provided. Colleen was so kind and thoughtful in our initial planning meeting and had lots of ideas to help me figure out what we needed and what could work. She really helped me bring the wedding I pictured in my mind to life. Planning a wedding in a pandemic had its extra difficulties, but Colleen was flexible and helpful with changes that were needed. She created beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, candelabra pieces, low centrepieces, arrangements that hung on the ceremony chairs and doubled as cocktail table centrepieces, flowers for our cake, and a lovely hexagon arch that she was nice enough to paint rose gold (our theme) and which had beautiful flowers on it. The next day, any flowers that we did not want to keep, she offered to donate to a retirement home for the residents to enjoy (which I absolutely loved). Although the total price of everything was a bit on the high side, all in all we had beautiful flowers and lovely service, so I believe it was money well spent. I definitely recommend Colleen and Foxgloves Flowers to anyone who wants gorgeous flowers for their wedding and top-notch service.

There aren't enough stars available to give to Colleeen of Foxglove Flowers! She went above and beyond and the flower creations she made were the favourite part of my wedding. When I first saw what she did, they literally took my breath away. I had given her some reference pictures of what I wanted and she came up with even more beautiful versions of them. The lushness and beauty of them completely elevated my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. Colleen was also so flexible with letting me provide her with my own containers. I have her different size mason jars, mini vases and even spice jars and she created her magic in them. After the wedding, a big group of us went to some seaside cabins for 4 days and we brought the flowers with us. I called and asked for a bouquet with a dual purpose. One to extend sympathies, but also to reflect the upcoming Winter/Christmas season. Greens, with some colorful exotic flowers. Our family member sent us a photo that evening. Her description - "It is gorgeous, the photo doesn't do it justice." It was perfect, absolutely exactly what we were hoping for. I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful Bouquet and Boutonniere. It could not have been more perfect for our wedding. The colours were so gorgeous with our outfits and I'm still enjoying the flowers days later, they are so fresh. The boutonnière was very cute. Everyone was gushing over how pretty the flowers were all afternoon. You have a real talent for creating floral arrangements - it was a fun surprise seeing the flowers when I walked into my hotel room. The colours were matched perfectly with my dress and his suit (I really loved the bright blue flowers and the thoughtful note!). It was incredible how the arrangement complimented the unique pattern and colours of my dress even though you only had a picture of it to design the arrangement by and had not seen it in person. Highly recommend Colleen to make any event special!

When I had a consultation, I showed a picture of an idea I liked for the bouquets and Colleen knew exactly what I was going for- she read my mind. She was also very helpful putting in some of her own ideas of what would look good. If I had any other inquiries, Colleen responded very fast through email. Colleen did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding! The flowers looked incredible!! We asked her to provide flowers for our hair stylist and our cake and she coordinated seamlessly with both vendors as well as the staff at our wedding venue. Everyone was complimenting the flowers in my hair all day - they got as much attention as my dress did! Colleen handled the set up/take down so smoothly we barely even knew it was happening and she made our reception room look phenomenal. We gave very little direction and what Colleen put together for us was absolutely perfect! Better than I ever imagined!! We absolutely loved the work Foxgloves have done on our wedding flowers! We had a wedding at Hatley Castle in Victoria this August. As it was our destination wedding, we had to deal with the vendors on distance. We contacted Colleen after getting perfect reviews on hew work not only from the local wedding vendors but from other florists as well. Colleen immediately understood our vision and has done her best in making sure that we are completely satisfied with the order. She is a very gifted florist, who takes her job seriously and passionately. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous. It was made out of red roses, perfectly rounded and the stems were treated by white satin ribbon, which gave a very elegant and sophisticated look. Our white rose balls centerpieces were perfectly arranged and nicely placed on the candelabras by Colleen. We couldn't be happier with the services received and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great florist in Victoria, BC!

Definitely would NOT order flowers from this place. Flower order was placed in Toronto to be delivered in Victoria for a birthday. The flowers arrived the day after the birthday and the flowers were already dying. Writing "P.S. the flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 25th" doesnt fix the situation. Own up to your mistakes.
