There is no better place for flowers in the city! Period! :) I helped plan my friends engagement, and Fine Floral Design helped me every step of the way! Maggie and Jane were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by offering some ideas to help make my friends engagement even more special. We were able to get Sunflowers out of season, the most gorgeous rose pedals, a beautiful centre piece for the surprise dinner, and decadent long stem roses for the hotel room. The quality of the flowers, the over-all experience, and every detail along the way was phenomenal. You will never be disappointed in getting your flowers here!

I recently ordered flowers from Fine Floral Designs for mother's day. Fine Floral Designs delivered flowers that were so old that the petals on the roses all fell off when the bouquet was unwrapped. I spoke to Jane and her team and, although they replaced the bouquet, their excuse was just that they had a lot of orders that day so delivered what they had which they assured me was "premium" quality. How they consider dead flowers to be premium quality, I do not know but I don't think most people would agree. I should also mention that they delivered the flowers the day after I had asked them to be delivered. When they failed to deliver them, I called the following day and they said it wasn't possible to deliver them previously as they were too busy. They never bothered to call to let me know. All this to say, if you need flowers delivered on any specific day, I would not recommend this company. They deliver on their own timing - irrespective of when you request the flowers to be delivered. Overall, I would recommend not using this company as they'll take your money and cannot be counted on to deliver the quality you pay for - or on time.

Years ago I got my first floral arrangement from Fine Floral Design and told my daughters about this. Ever since, every birthday they send me flowers from here. January 21st, 2017 my arrangement arrived. It is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Orchids, roses, and flowers I don't even know the names of but arranged with such skill in the colours I love. Today is the 27th and last night I sent a picture of them to my girls. The flowers are still very fresh and still look wonderful. So thank you Fine Floral. I had fine floral designs do my wedding flowers back in 2011. They were absolutely fantastic! First thing, they can get beautiful flowers. Second, they really really want you to have beautiful flowers while working with your budget. They are very knowledgable about the cost of flowers and will let you know if your choice of flowers will put you over budget and they will give a second option if you can't afford a certain flower type. It was so nice to not feel pressured to spend more money and do their vision of your wedding. Since my wedding, my husband continues to go here for a bouquet of flowers on our anniversary each year. If I had to do my wedding all over again, I would go with fine floral designs every time.
