The service was excellent--Graham & Lane is a small business that is easy to reach over the phone, and their shop is conveniently located in City Centre. The online catalogue is easy to use, the prices are fair, and our arrangement was as it appeared in the photos. Definitely a top downtown florist option!

The arrangement was lovely but the tropical Bird of Paradise flowers (3) which were the main flowers were actually in bad shape upon delivery. They looked dead and actually appeared to have been frozen. They never did open and were fully dead within 3 days and I had to discard this amazing arrangement. Too bad.
