We ended up going with fleurs for our wedding flowers this July. The initial consult I had with them in person, they were very friendly and showed me so many options. I know nothing about flowers so it was nice to have everything shown to me and be able to see it first on the iPad. They got us back their quote very quickly and we appreciated that as some other flower shops took up to a month to even get our quote back. I will say their prices are quite expensive but they had a wedding promo when we booked so that helped out a lot with the cost. When we went in the week of the wedding to see our flowers, they were absolutely amazing. They brought my vision to life and they were just stunning. Delivery the morning of the wedding, they arrived on time and looked great! Now I’m almost 2 weeks past my wedding and my bouquet is still on my kitchen table. I would highly recommend them for any of your floral needs!

Absolutely amazing and wonderfully personalized service provided to me today by the Owner/operator of the shop, who also happens to be the creative director for the whole WEM. I will only go to this place to get my succulents and air plants! The prices are a little high but totally worth it! The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful when you need advice on how to care for your new green friends. They also keep amazing care of the plants! I have been to many stores looking for some new green friends and many of them kept poor care of their plants. While fleurs takes fabulous care of the plants.

Received a hatbox from my partner, the roses in the box barley lasted a week. $125 for flowers that died so quickly were definitely not worth it, even with proper care. We have purchased flowers from other places that have lasted longer with minimal effort. Will not recommend this to anyone! Super disappointed when I went to the store and the person I spoke to said they only guarantee the flowers to last for a week - not impressed at all.

Went into their store in west Edmonton mall today February 10th, 2018, with a friend to order a box of flowers. There were 3 people working on something in the middle of the store, 1 person behind the desk; not one person greeted us, asked us if we needed any help with anything, nothing. Worst customer service, needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Beautiful flowers, top notch service....have used Fleurs Flowers many times for events for the Edmonton Fire Fighters' Union. They are always on time with amazing arrangements. Would recommend highly.

I ordered flowers for delivery on valentines day at 9am but I ordered them a week before to.make sure my gf would.get on valentines day as she loves valentine's day. However the flowers where delivered on Feb 13 afternoon instead and they also called and said would be there within 2 hours... 4 hours later she got them. So I was upset she got them.a.day early and had to wait around 4 hours to get them. Yes the flowers were super beautiful, but whatever the point of ordering ahead of time with a date and time you want them delivered.. so 5 stars for the flowers and 1 star for not delivery on right time and date do 3 stars all.together. I would expect more seeing how.much I paid for the flowers and the delivery. So discount or anything for their mix up

Overpriced for the quality. This is my second time ordering from Fleurs flowers first time I spent $200. Wasn't too impressed. I thought I'd give them another try. This time it came to $100 dollars total with delivery. Bouquet was small and most of the flowers were carnations which are cheap and my least favorite flower. I was not expecting such a disappointing arrangement again. Normally, I go to a flower shop downtown that's been around for decades. They have the most unique, beautiful and exotic flowers. I was just wanting to try something new. But not again. Disappointing and overpriced for the quality.
