Customer service is great! I ordered two bouquets that I needed delivered before a certain time and they happily accommodated. I also ordered a day before the delivery, and they were able to make a beautiful flower arrangement. Highly recommend this Cerise Floral!

Birthday bouquet arrangement was sent to my best friend and she absolutely loved it. The ordering was easy and the florist was extremely helpful in finding a beautiful arrangement in my budget range. Delivered on time even though I was last minute in ordering it. I will order from them again. They are the best.

Now that I no longer live in Edmonton, I still rely on their delivery to ensure I can get special gifts to my loved ones. Not only has every floral arrangement been beautiful, they last a long time too! There's such amazing attention to detail in every single gift.

Small shop with a very friendly owner and very nice arrangements. Was greeted as soon as I walked in, and was assisted in finding a very reasonable arrangement without any pressure or upsell. Would recommend checking this store out, especially given that there are not many options in this area. Definitely nice to see an independent store open up.

Ordered a flower delivery for Mother's Day. Have been waiting for a whole day but no phone call or delivery happened. Though they might deliver on Monday but the whole point lost. Will never ever get service again. A place like this fails to meet the promise, how can you expect to get good service?! Will try to get my money back on Monday!

Very disappointing service. I needed flowers to be delivered to someone who was going through a tough time and the website stated $15 same day delivery. They called to tell me it would be $25 (even though I paid already through their website, not Teleflora's as they are making it sound), and when I asked if they would honour the price that their website stated (again, not Teleflora's), they said no. I spoke with Mary, the manager. Please update your website to reflect the accurate shipping prices, as the entire order was ruined since I had to then order through a different florist.

Wasn't really happy with the flowers I got for the price I paid. Maybe I'm just unfamiliar with flower prices but 80 dollars got me a very small bouquet that appeared larger in the photo on the website. Seems like I paid more for the vase it came in. Disappointed and embarrassed about sending them as a gift for a new born.

I recently ordered a flower arrangement for a client, and couldn't be more pleased with it, and the customer service received. Living in another city, I emailed to inquire about making an order and they replied within the hour. I then spoke to them on the phone to complete the order and their customer service was wonderful. I will definitely order from them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Called to order a sympathy bouquet. Had one of the flower types I was looking for in stock. Picked up my order that evening. I was early and it was already ready. Was having a hard time choosing the appropriate note and they offered a couple more options that weren't on display. Gave me an extra one so I could re-do it once I left if I didn't like what came out the first time. I would highly recomend this plave to anyone.

I’ve been going to this shop since before it was renamed Cerice. Over the years I’ve been happy with the service, price, and quality of the arrangements. Recently I took on the task of arranging for the flower display for a family members funeral and I went directly to Cerice as they have been my go to flower shop for many years. The display I was looking for was quite ornate and personal. Cerice staff turned me away, I’m not sure if they just didn’t like the taste of the type of display I was requesting or if they just were too busy. Luckily I found another shop not too far away that said they were honoured to the flowers and requested display for the service. I won’t be going back to Cerise, the lack of customer service especially in this instance was appalling and undeserving for such a long time loyal client.
