So when I went inside of the shop, I just wanted to show my friends in snapchat the beautiful declarations and flowers they had there. Until a big lady came up to me and said "did you just take picture?!" In a very angry voice. I said it was a video and it wasn't bad and all. Then she said something about posting pictures of their business could go in the radio. So a snapchat video could end up on the radio?? Like it didn't make any sense. After her odd lecture, one of the old Chinese ladies came up to me and was like "no pictures in here" then she smiled in the way that seemed like they didn't like you. They started glaring at me so we didn't even buy anything there.

Right beside Royal Alex Hospital. And I went to 7 different flower shops, and this is the only one Ill buy from now. Amazing effort made to help me spoil my wife with custom arrangement and all for 50$. Amazing. Thx

Unprofessional. We went in for funeral flower arrangements and we stressed to her how a lot of people write a certain character wrong and all of my uncles have that character in their names. We even gave her a copy of the obituary and she said over and over...don’t worry we are very careful of these things. Low and behold, on the night of the viewing ALL of those arrangements had the names wrong! On top of that, we ordered 10 arrangements and we had asked her to make them all different and didn’t want to waste her time choosing the flowers of each. What came out was 6 of them basically looked the same. She literally had an album of so many different variations and she was too lazy to make the effort to follow through on her promise to vary them.

Ivy refunded the entire amount and would not accept my offer to pay a restocking or delivery fee. Her kind and generous gesture is truly appreciated. Support local, highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I went to 3 different florists to find flowers that I liked for our anniversary. When we got here the lady working was very kind and even gave us a free iris with our bouquet. The flowers were really beautiful and custom assembled, at the same price of flowers from the grocery store! Would definitely come again!!

Ivy was nice and is a qualified florist with certifications. She was able to build a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. A lot of time and effort was used when deciding which flowers and how will the bouquet be wrapped. A good tip for buyers is to let Ivy know what is the occasion, your type of relationship with the recipient, the range of amount you're willing to spend, and any specific flowers you want or don't want. With those said, it will help her get an idea of what you need. Definitely will be going back for any occasions that requires flowers. Thank you Ivy
