Ordered a boutonniere a month before my daughter's prom and exchanged all the details over the phone. Called the day before prom to confirm everything and was told everything was good. I'm at the place now waiting because they claim I didn't order it and I must have called the wrong place. Will never do business with this place again.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering this month but I ordered from KL Flora last year and had no problems. But last week I ordered two arrangements for Mother’s Day and neither was delivered. No phone call or email to let me know why. No answer to phone calls. Two disappointed moms, shockingly poor service, and now I have to figure out how to get my money back. Avoid them!

I wanted to send flowers to my sister & brother-in-law for their ‘milestone birthdays’....Being separated from them during the pandemic has been difficult. I did some research and read reviews on KL Flora Design. I live in Ontario. I called the shop and spoke to a wonderful woman named Kim. She listened and assured me she would make the flowers special for me. The bouquet exceeded my expectations. They were exactly what I wanted. Then the delivery was followed up by a long stemmed red rose and a birthday balloon on my sister’s birthday... The service was stellar, the rose an unexpected surprise. Unfortunately, this florist does not even deserve a one star. I have purchased two orders of flowers for Mother's Day, a week in advance. Wednesday, May 6th, I called to confirm that the flowers will be shipped to two different addresses; one in Pierrefonds and the other in Lasalle. The owner of the shop or the manager of the shop, answered and advised me that she was going to call me, did not get around to it and was going to make sure to give me a call before delivering the flowers. I inquired what this was about, she said that the $10 delivery fee is not valid for one of the orders as it it is being delivered to Lasalle. I immediately inquired more information because it does not make sense. She said it is far, so she will have to charge an additional $35. I politely told the lady that this is unacceptable and no where on the site does it advise you that the delivery fee will vary depending on the area being delivered. She responded with cancelling the order. I advised that I will not be paying for the delivery fee because I will come to get it on Saturday. She advised me that she will not refund the $10 because it is only $10. I politely gave her the options of 1) refunding me the $10, 2) refunding me the $86 for the entire arrangement or 3) to replace the $10 delivery fee with more flowers. She had agreed to this. Thursday afternoon, I went on the Google to read the reviews. There was another person who had mentioned that he/she had never received an order that was placed and when they called the florist, they would change their story. This worried me because the second arrangement I had purchased was going to be delivered to my home for my mother for Mother's Day (today). I decided to call her and tell her that I am coming to pick up the second arrangement on Saturday as well. I assume she remembered me because she told me no problem -- she will add the more flowers to replace the $10 delivery fee. This was obviously appreciated. My best friend ordered the same exact arrangement as me to be delivered to her house for Mother's Day. She called the florist Saturday to confirm that the arrangement would be delivered for Mother's Day, May 10th. The lady confirmed. By 4:00 pm, my friend had not yet received anything. She called the florist, no answer. She called again, they said the delivery man tried to deliver the flowers however, nobody was home. My best friend said that this was impossible because everyone is home. The lady at the florist advised the arrangement was put on the truck this morning so she should receive it soon. I can promise you, my best friend did not receive the arrangement that she paid for and paid for the $10 delivery fee. It is currently 10:30 pm on Sunday May 10th -- Mother's Day and she has not received the flowers to give to her mother. Avoid this florist at all costs. You will never get your arrangement. Their customer service is awful-- every time you try to talk, they interrupt you. Save your money or go to another florist-- I have other amazing recommendations.

Best service I've ever had. No one was at the reception at time of delivery, the woman called me to let me know and they went back later to deliver at no extra charge. I never had good service anywhere else. I absolutely recommend this florist.

Called them Monday, and they said they would get it there right away, and give me a bigger bouquet and 50% off. All lies. Never could I imagine that a florist be so full of it.

Extremely bad service! The owner insulted me calling me folle madame", "madame pas normale" this when I went into the store to claim my money back for a very late delivery. First time they delivered to a wrong address!! She yelled at me on the phone and to the person I was sending the flowers. Do not buy from this business!!!

Father in law ordered 3 bouquet in vases for my wife and our daughters for Valentine day. They got here without vase and the bow on one wasn't even holding on. We called the next day and they said they would change them the day after. They never came but they called at 8:55pm when we were putting the girls in bed. Got so pissed I didn't answer knowing they were closing in 5 minutes. Wife called this afternoon, they told her they were here at 8:30 this morning and no one answered what is impossible, the wife is a stay at home mom. They told her they will be here at 6pm, and here we are, 7:30pm 3 days after, still waiting. Oh, and did I mention they barely speak French or English? Really bad service, and a lot of the flowers were already starting to fade. Don't ever make business with them, i can't believe they're still in business.

Staff watched me stand outside 15 mins in -15 weather while chatting with two other people inside the store just to tell me they’re refusing to allow people in the store and I needed to “place an order with her and she’ll call me when it’s ready”. They didn’t have a single sign on the door or windows, websites or any information to say that no one was allowed inside the store, I tried calling 3 times before going and no one answered the phone. I will never return, the one on sources is better anyways.

They made one attempt to deliver and I had to call them at 10pm to see what was happening with the delivery. The box of chocolates was a box of JOE LOUIS!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! On May 2nd I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to our house for my mom on Mother's Day as a surprise. I got a call from the florist on May 4th where she told me that she didn't have the pink coloured vase that was supposed to come with the arrangement and she asked if it was okay for her to use a similar vase. I said no problem, but then she informed me that instead of $65 for the bouquet I originally ordered using another vase would make it $85 since it would be a "bigger bouquet". I told her no that she should make it so that it is the same value as the $65 bouquet I ordered and she said okay. While I was on the phone with her she also confirmed delivery for Sunday May 10th, to which I said yes. This was already sketchy because she was trying to get me to spend more money when it was her own fault for not marking items out of stock on her website when I purchased it. I called the florist on Saturday to make sure everything was okay for the order and delivery the next day and she said "yes everything is in order it will be delivered tomorrow". The next day, which was Mother's Day, we were waiting the entire morning for the flowers to be delivered and nothing. I figured it was because it was Mother's Day and they were busy so I didn't think much of it. Around 4 o'clock when I still didn't receive the flowers I decide to call them and when I did, there was no answer and I could not leave a message because the voicemail box was full. Later on that evening at around 7:30 I decided to call again IN CASE someone was there. Low and behold, the lady answered and when I asked where the flowers were she said "they went out on the truck this morning they will be there soon", and I asked what the delay was and she said "maybe someone came by earlier but if no one is home they bring the flowers back here to the store". I told her someone was home all day and no one came by and she didn't say anything after. I then asked if I don't receive the flowers on Sunday if I could call her the next day to discuss a refund and she said "yeah sure no problem". Seeing as I spent $90 for this bouquet total with tax and delivery I wanted my money back if I wasn't going to receive the product, like anyone would regardless of how much they spent. When I called her on Monday she told me she could deliver the flowers that day and I told her no I don't want them I want a refund, because at that point my mom was over this scam of a florist and decided not to let them take our money and not delivering on the service as agreed upon during the purchase. I was also told the refund would be posted in 3 days from now (which is normal with all refunds it usually takes a couple of days for a refund to show up in your account statement). I checked my account today (Thursday May 14) and there was still no refund, so I called my bank and disputed the transaction and told them this whole story and was told I would get my refund within 30 days. I got my refund already and it has not even been one day. My guess is my bank called her and told her someone disputed their transaction and she got scared and refunded me right away, which she should have done from Monday when I originally called her. All in all, do NOT order from here, please save your money and go to a different florist, it was disappointing to not be able to surprise my mom with a beautiful bouquet for Mother's Day, all because they lied about delivering the order and never even told me there would be an issue with the delivery, I had to call THEM, which is a really bad customer service practice. Terrible place who will try to charge you extra for every little thing and try to get away with it by never delivering their orders. If a florist can't handle Mother's Day orders, they shouldn't be opened that day or should hire more staff to ensure the orders get delivered and customers are contacted if there is an issue with or delivering the order, the customer should not have to call the florist several times to ask where their flowers are when it is almost 8pm.

Total scam. Ordered Mother’s Day flowers and they never showed up. We tried to call but no answer and the voicemail is full. We tried to email but the email also does not work. They also did not notify us of a late delivery or any issue so we had no idea what was happening. Save your time and money and use someone else.

I don't understand the bad reviews. Honestly bro, I go there 3-4 times a week to get fresh flowers to make my girl smile. That lady is amazing and she helped me get a different flower everytime. They are truly knowledgeable and skillful. The service is great, the price is competitive. Let's focus on the flowers here ????

Absolutely horrible. I ordered from them more than a week prior to the delivery. Not only did they not deliver when they were supposed to but didnt even attempt to contact me nor the recipient to reschedule. I had to call and insist that they call the recipient in advance. When they finally delivered, two days after the specified delivery, half the order was missing and they was no name signed to the card. When I contacted them to request a partial refund, their email addressed returned a permanent delivery failure, it didnt exist. I will continue to contact them until I am refunded. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy business.

I had a small problem with a bouquet that was delivered. KL went above and beyond to fix the problem. They insisted that they replace the bouquet, and they delivered the replacement the next day. I will be using KL Flora again. They stand behind their products :)

Website said it closes at 6pm, I am standing in front of the door at 5:35pm, the lights are on but door is lock. I called and they said the store is closing in half an hour. I told him that I am standing in front of the door, then he asked me to wait for 30min at the door. What kind of business is it???

I have made an order for mother's day and they still haven't delivered my order yet after calling them multiple times during the day to be sure that they would deliver my order. They have lied about delivering my order two days in a row and all I want is to get a refund. Not worth the hassle, do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost

Horrible experience at KL Flora Designs. Ordered and paid by phone to go pick up later and when I got to the store at the pick-up time, I was told that my bouquet wasn't ready and to come back at a later time. When I showed up the 2nd time to pick-up my order, it was still not ready and after 20 minutes of waiting and being told that it was almost ready, I went to speak with the owner (which was actually in the process of making my bouquet) and she told me that it would take another 10 minutes... of what I was seeing, it was way more then that). I was already late for the party, so I couldn't wait any longer and asked to be reimbursed. After shrugging her shoulders as if to say just to bad, she told me that she would do it the next day... what? She finally decided to reimburse me at the store after I complained... what a frustrating situation and waste of my time. Got to the party late with no flowers to show for!!! I do NOT recommend this flower shop.

Need flowers please go to another florist, worst repetitive experience ever. Ordered last year, for a gift, and they delivered on the wrong date, thought it was a simple mistake, hey it happens. Ordered again this year for my girl birthday, not only they deliver AGAIN on the wrong date, they completely ruined the birthday surprise as all her co workers call her up to find out from whom it may have been from. I called KL Flora Design, spoke to the Owner, Ms Kim, she told me it was not a problem to deliver on the wrong day and the order was not a big dollar amount for her shop... Please go anywhere else for flowers, but there.

I had a wonderful experience with this florist. I live out of town and wanted to order flowers for my mother-in-law. I called the store instead of ordering online and was greeted by a very pleasant lady who helped me plan a bouquet and promised to deliver the next day. My mother-in-law raves about what she received. She said it is the nicest floral arrangement she has ever received...and she is 85! I highly recommend KL Flora Designs!

Horrible service. Both owners were very rude when we made some last minute changes. They advised that they would only order our flowers once we were sure of our choices and assured us that we had time to decide. Without our permission and final decision they went ahead and ordered every flower, most were not what we asked for. The lady said that if we were not happy we can go somewhere else but she would not refund us a penny. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I will never use this shop again. Order flowers for my mother in law's birthday. They did not deliver them on her birthday. I had to call them, they didn't even send me a message. Claims no one answered the door. It's a senior's home. There is ALWAYS someone there. They delivered the flowers the day after her birthday ONLY because I called. The arrangement did not look like the one I ordered online. I give them no stars. Wish I could give them negative stars.......DO NOT USE!!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. Not only did my mom not receive the flowers in time, it took me calling the shop incessantly for 3 days to get a bouquet delivered. Each of those days, all I wanted to do was cancel the order and they lied about delivering the flowers. The customer service I received was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Biggest waste of time and money.

I ordered corsages for my parents 40th anniversary over the phone. She let me do the order without giving my credit card number because I wanted to see the flowers first and it was a small order. I asked for something in the cheaper end such as carnations. When I got there to pick up, everything was ready and she had changed the carnations for roses at no extra charge because she didnt like the look. Very sweet lady. My parents were very happy with them :).
