I grew up in DDO but now live overseas and wanted to find a neighbourhood florist to send a birthday bouquet to my mom. After some research, I Skyped Hollandia and they carefully took down all the details over the phone (delivery instructions, payment, card message, etc.). The bouquet was delivered on time, the card message was correct, and the flowers themselves looked fresh and beautiful. My mom's happy, so I'm happy. I'll be using Hollandia again for any local bouquet needs.

Horrible customer service! I called for information and the lady that answered screamed at me saying she already spoke to me (was my first time calling) Unfortunately I find that poor customer service like that makes customer never come back!

I called to order for pick up and a lady answered the phone and I had checked their website prior to calling in with a specific number in mind and she said you can’t order regular you know this is valentines and also didn’t seem too interested in helping out. She said look under valentines occasions and we hung up and I check the website again but I actually gave her the right number the first time, it was from Love & Romance occasion. I called again and then said the prices would be different and started giving me random info. I could place the order even on my second call. I am now forced to move on to the next florist.

(Translated) Really disappointed apart from the quality of the flowers we had asked for a wreath of white flowers for my grandmother's funeral we were treated to a more than ordinary bouquet put in a vase much larger than the bouquet in question itself. not finally attach apart from the pot we did not notice the beautiful flower for the price we paid we were so disappointed (Original) Vraiment déçu mise à part la qualité des fleurs nous avions demandé une gerbe de fleur blanche pour l’enterrement de ma grand-mère nous avons avons eu droit à un bouquet plus que ordinaire mis dans un vase beaucoup plus grand que le bouquet en question même pas attacher finalement à part le pot nous remarquions pas les magnifique fleur pour le prix que nous avons payer nous avons été tellement déçu

Beautiful flower shop that offers variety of flowers for home decor. Service was friendly and nice. They have an aloe vera plant which is recommended for the bedroom or home for better air quality.

I ordered flowers last week from England to be delivered on my aunt's birthday in Montreal. The flowers were fresh and very pretty. They had followed my instructions regarding the color range. I particularly liked the vintage teacups. I recommend this florist !

Extremely poor customer service. Only concern is keeping your money. I suggest going ANYWHERE else for your flowers. One could overlook the inflated prices if they were to provide good customer service however the owner does not understand what it means to provide appropriate customer service.

Bought 5 Rose's on sale for 19.99. When I got home and took them out of the wrapping, all the petals started to fall off. I will never buy flowers here again. Very over priced. I will stick to costco flowers that are always good, and reasonably priced.
