All the bouquets were beautifully arranged. Prices are higher than other stores but the services and quality are worth it.

Their website only gets it right 2/3 of the time. I've had to deal with customer service twice now because their website ** does not allow us to simply tell them where to deliver**. Basically.. it runs you in circles trying to get a delivery address. Thus, they're required to call you so they can figure out what to do. I've canceled my last order and gone to another Montreal florist which was ($136-96=) $40 cheaper for the same thing. The only thing I don't care for on this other site is the lack of Paypal (easier, safer online payment). They seem to be trying to establish themselves as an online business. If they do not fix this, they will most certainly fail.

I called first to make sure they would be able to deliver as it was the day before Valentines day, and they said no problem. Then i filled out everything online only to find out hours afterwards that they had no intention to receive anymore orders. No email confirmation was sent saying that they received my order, no email saying they were too busy to do it. Nothing. After which i had to scramble at the end of the day to try to find somewhere that was even still open. When i called all they could say was "good luck, we're too busy"

I rarely buy flowers, and especially never for Valentine's Day, but this year on a whim I ordered a bouquet of Gerberas for my other half. Many florists will be running flat-out on Valentine's day, scraping the bottom of the barrel for flowers, with rushed delivery and high markups. This is not the case here - I haven't seen any increase in prices, and the bouquet was fresh and beautiful. The included vase was stylish and suited the bouquet perfectly - a nice bonus. Prices aren't outrageous, although delivery was higher than expected, but the professionalism of the service provided was outstanding. I'll be more than happy to order again, and recommend them if only for the quality of the service.

I've ordered from Terrafolia several times now, and they have not failed me once. Their web interface, while in need of some tinkering, works well now. The selection is excellent, and more interesting than the usual FTD stock offerings. The notifications I receive for order confirmation and delivery confirmation are timely and complete. And the flowers they've delivered have never failed to impress. Besides which, the one time I goofed and ordered 2 bouquets by accident, they cancelled one order and refunded the price within a couple of hours of my emailing. Plus, they have not been anything but friendly and helpful. They are my florist of choice now for my Montreal family.

Another black person was denied service there because the old lady at the counter “thought” I was there to steal flowers. Why? She believes it happens often with black people... Anyway, I can’t take this too personally and will try to forget that experience in my life. I think some people must have received good service there but I think i should take time 30 sec to mention such a bad service and say that the authenticity of these good google reviews are questionable —— Update December 23 2020 : the owner sent an answer that clearly shows he/she has no knowledge of the situation and doesn’t even know that none of what he/she is saying about her service was offered to me. We should even go verify if they mention these kind of things in their policy for real or was it something that the owner made up like all the fake positive reviews that we are seeing here.

I found Terrafolia online and used them for the first time to arrange to send flowers to Montreal on my cousin's birthday from across the other side of the world as I am in Asia. From start to finish, I found them highly professional - great choice, easy to use site, and lots of email confirmations all steps of the way until the happy arrival of the flower arrangement and vase I had ordered. They are not cheap but definitely give value for money - I will absolutely use them again on the next occasion I want to send flowers and can recommend them without hesitation. 19-1-2015.

The lily bouquet arrived as ordered and looked lovely (purchased the deluxe array) on a Friday but by Monday the lilies had started to turn brown and now, by Wednesday, there is more brown than white. This is a review I should have written long ago! I used to receive flowers from here delivered to the West Island office where I worked. First of all, they were always delivered on time and were gorgeous. The whole office used to admire them. The person who sent them to me was someone who was always trying to find beautiful arrays and wouldn’t settle for just any florist . They always lasted for days and often more than 1.5 weeks and continued to bloom throughout. I would recommend this florist if you want to send a beautiful arrangement ! A little pricey , yes, but not outside of the norm and the quality is well worth it . Your recipient won’t be dissapointed!

I used to order flower delivery every year for my ex-boss every year for his birthday. This year, I noticed that they changed their business name and now charges soooo much for delivery. Before, delivery was included obviously because it was a flower delivery company…. If you buy approx $85 bouquet, expect to pat around $120 after taxes + delivery. The service seems to be good quality for sure. But the massive change in the extra charges are not pleasant.
