85$+tx for a dozen long stem roses that die after 3 days! And I know how to take care of flowers in regards to sunlight etc...This place is a joke, I've bought a much more beautiful long stem Rose bouquet for 65$ that actually lasted past 9 days, so I don't know why this place deserves better then 1*

I walked in to Casaplanta and asked for Susan's advice on how I can make an impression on a certain lovely lady without going over the top; and yet let her know that I'm into her (Disclaimer : we've gone on a few dates by now). Susan asked me to trust her and she went to work making the perfect arrangement for what I wanted and she was ablebto arrange delivery to the other side of town. 24 hours later, I think I got more than I bargained for because this lovely lady's friends all want to meet me all thanks to Casaplanta. :) Great service. Everything there is done with love and a smile.

We were visiting Montreal on vacation in August 2016 and we wanted to send flowers to the hostess who had provided us with a lovely home-cooked meal during our stay. Susan's cheerful, knowledgeable service was appreciated. There was a problem with arranging delivery of the bouquet to our hostess' apartment (we realised that there would be no-one in at the security door for the apartment block), so changing the delivery to her office was very simple. The bouquet chosen was much appreciated and was delivered on schedule. Susan kept us informed throughout the transaction and, should we ever need to arrange a floral delivery in Montreal in future, we would use Casaplanta as our first choice.

The saleswoman wouldn't sell me flowers because it was 10 minutes before closing and she already closed her cash. She wouldn't even accept cash which she could have easily deposited the next morning. Better to go to Provigo on Lucerne instead, there are really nice and inexpensive bouquets and they are open late.

Second horrible experience bought 12 roses a year ago for my wife and 10 died within 2 days. Now just bought 6 flowers and four died the next day. They said it was maintenance problem but sorry they were well taken of. One good thing she did replace the flowers the first time because we had the bill. They said it never happened before but checked reviews and that is definitely not true.

The owner of the boutique, Susan has done wonderful job on flower arrangements for our daughter's wedding reception. The centre pieces were gorgeous and added to the elegant look and feel of the party. Flowers were fresh and perfectly matched the colour design we were looking for. The overall service was very good; prices are fair. Million thanks to Susan from the newlyweds and their parents.

I went to Casaplanta because of the positive overwhelming reviews. I have asked for a nice bouquet for around 40 $ , the lady put in 3 roses , some wild flowers and 2 leafs, in the end had cost me 51.45 $. Way overpriced. My first and last experience.

I would recommend Fleuriste Casaplanta to anyone. The owner Susan has been vey nice to me. She took care of the flower arrangements for my wedding and everything was just so perfect! The flowers are beautiful! I had so many compliments about them. She even suggested ideas for the reception that would help me save money. Very nice person!!

The woman was so rude to me. I asked her a simple question - are you available in that date to do the flower arrangements for my wedding, and she went on a rant about how she doesn't want to give a quote (??). She clearly had mental issues! I remained nice and polite but clearly, that was too much of a challenge for her!!!

I have been going to Casaplanta - Place Vertu for almost 20 years. I practically grew up there. My brother and I would visit all the time, and Sue, the owner, always made us feel like her own kids. Never annoyed that these 2 kids would spend 2 hours there. Her daughter Nath, and the other employees have always been great, friendly, like friends. Great service, great caring, great product. I love them!

Would not recommend to anyone. Pricey bouquet that ends up looking like the bouquet you find at Jean Coutu. I was very upset for what I paid for (40$) ended up with 4 flowers and very cheap green fillings + basic transparent wrapping. For the same price at my florist I get a very nice bouquet wrapped with colored ribbons and water tubes to keep them fresh longer. But my florist was closed and I was running out of time and casaplanta was my only option. The blonde woman that served me that evening was rude and impatient and made me feel like i was asking her for a favor.
