I bought the "Hugs and Kisses Bouquet with Red Roses" for my mother for both her birthday and mother's day last week. I ordered them around 6 pm at night, and they arrived the following morning at around 8 - 9am. I am very satisfied with the quality in which the flowers came in, which shows that they were delivered with care! The vase in the picture was included with the delivery. Definitely worth considering them if you want to surprised your loved one(s). Thank you @Dorval Florist!

Do not judge a book by its cover. This is a beautiful shop with a friendly knowledgeable staff. The flowers I purchased lasted three weeks! Amazing.

The arrangement I got was tiny. Every bouquet a saw online for 130 was massive. I got this really small arrangement and half the flowers were still closed. Loads of baby breathe very little actual flowers. I’m super disappointed. I should have just ordered online and paid u.s funds and gotten a better arrangement. Shame.

Great florist, will go out of their way to make it possible! The owner went up North for me to pick up beautiful birch branches and cedar. I will always remember that. Good range of prices, you can litteraly give them your budget, a picture and they will build something beautiful within a limited budget. I moved in downtown Montreal, so I couldn’t use them for my wedding, but it would definetely had been my first choice.

WONT BUY FROM HÈRE AGAIN, paid 12$ delivery fee only to have to deliver it myself. No where on the website does it say , if recipient is not there , they recharge you another 12$. Bouquet was also smaller than what said online.

I discovered this florist a couple of weeks ago while looking for a local service and when I made an order at that time I was very impressed with the customer service on the phone, they asked me to text my personal message so they would get it right on the card and their method of delivery was very detailed to ensure the customer received the gift. The recipient of the beautiful plant, was very impressed with the quality of the plant as well as the delivery person! Now, two weeks later, I myself received a delivery from this florist as a gift, a Christmas arrangement and it was gorgeous! Fresh, beautifully arranged and the delivery person, even when I said it was OK to leave it on my front step, was afraid it was too cold outside and took it to a neighbours for me and left me a written note to advise. In my first two transactions with this business, I am very impressed and will continue to use their services and products!

Horrible experience. I had paid for a premium big size floral arrangement with roses and lilies but apparently they ran out of roses so they used daisies instead and still charged me for the premium arrangement. The floral arrangement which was sent didn’t look anything like the one displayed online. It is extremely deceiving.

Great experience. I asked for a specific flower, the owner mentioned it looked a little old and suggested something better.. We then some about a few small subjects in which he gave me really good information. Super nice person. They also sell these chocolates which are to die for. Great job. I'm glad I went.
