I called on my lunch break, and by 2:30pm the flowers were delivered. This was after I tried calling other florists who told me they couldn't deliver until the next day. L'Ami also text me a nice note and these photos of the arrangement they delivered...within minutes of delivering. Amazing service, above and beyond what I expected!!!!!!! Highly recommend!

I had ordered an arrangement that included tulips, the florist emailed me promptly to tell me they would not be able to use tulips due to the weather, but asked if they could put together a nice bouquet with what they had available, I agreed. Later on they even emailed me a picture of the arrangement and it was so beautiful even better then the original I had chosen. They really went over and above to make sure there customer was taken care of, I will definitely use them again when sending flowers in the area.
