Working with Sue was amazing! We used Brides N Blossoms Florist for two funeral services. When the second funeral was planned, many of the guests approached us and asked where we purchased our floral wreaths at the previous funeral service (both services were for family members). Sue did not disappoint the second time. She spent over half an hour on the phone with me to make sure the order was perfect. (I can be picky, but hey, it was for a deceased family member.) Her arrangements were beautiful and delivered early too! Her costs are better than most other florists in the Lower Mainland. It was quite a low point in our lives and to have something as simple as flower arrangements pan out smoothly was a breath of fresh air in the midst of chaotic times. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering more.

I received a beautiful Christmas arrangement from my girlfriend in Calgary yesterday afternoon. I must say this has to be one of the most beautiful arrangements. The arrangement was in a tall red vase with white and red roses, carnations and red lillies. As well as other Christmas embellishments.???????? Absolutely gorgeous and looks so pretty on the table! Thank you very much for a perfect arrangement...well done! I will be definitely stopping by your place to check it out. Unfortunately, the white roses turned brown within two days after I received my arrangement. The owner was very apologetic when I called and said she was sorry for the inconvenience. She said she would make it right and just a short while ago a large beautiful Oriental Orchid plant was delivered on Dec 27/18. That is superb customer service???? Thank you !! Update: Today (Dec 28/18) I received another Orchid plant and 3 white roses from the owner as she was not aware that I already received the Orchid plant, although I called and left a message on the business voicemail to say thank you for making it right. When I called today to say I had already received the plant her reply was " I want you to be happy it is the holidays. How very kind of her she did not at all have to do what she did. Such a nice business owner who truly cares about her customers. I wish I could give 10* as this place and the owner has gone above and beyond and she obviously aims to please the customer and that she did! So thank you, thank you!????

Excellent Customer Service We lost our wreath supplier from Nova Scotia (another victim of Covid-19). This flower shop came to the rescue. And we are more than happy to support a local business. I live across the country and wanted to send flowers to a bereaved loved one in Surrey. I chose Brides N Blossoms after receiving a recommendation from a friend in White Rock. It's hard to know what you're sending when you choose from an inspiration photo, but I am pleased to say that the flowers that arrived to my loved ones were spectacular. Brides N Blossoms took the inspiration photo and turned it into something even more lush and creative than the fairly creative-looking photo. The delivery was professional and on-time. My partner sent a bouquet to my work for our anniversary this past week and I have to say - I was blown away. It is most gorgeous fall arrangement and the nicest bouquet I have ever received. Delivery was smooth and very early in the day. The flowers were packed to travel well and had plenty of water and food in them. They have been brightening my house and smelling amazing for a few days now. Extremely pleased and will absolutely be purchasing from here again!

I received these flowers on my birthday and the arrangement was beautiful (pretty in pink) I never dealt with them personally but my friend was shocked at how large and gorgeous it was. I would definitely order from this place the next time i need flowers! I am happy to have found this place.

Spending nearly $90 on a valentines day bouquet to have delivered, I expected to have the bouquet I asked for. I ordered a bouquet that included red roses and instead I got a VERY empty looking bouquet with ZERO roses and a bunch of babys breath that filled most of it. I am quite disappointed since I ordered them over a week in advance to ensure I would get some. I will not order from here again and do not recommend this shop to anyone. Very unreliable. Could have gone to save-on and gotten a WAY better bouquet for half the price. I feel completely ripped off.

The worst flower shop ever. The lady is so rude. If she knows you’re coming back she increases the prices. If you tell her that the flowers are for yourself she removes the packaging. I would never return to this rude women’s shop. If there was an option to give zero stars I would. I would suggest saving your money sand tome because this women is not worth it.

I ordered flowers for delivery to a friend working near to this florist. I called in the morning and asked specifically for a modern styled, all white and green bouquet. The delivery ended up not being anything close to what I had asked for. When I saw a picture of the flowers, they were multiple colours (not even a palette) and not close to modern styling. I can't comment on the quality of the flowers chosen, as I don't know how they lasted. However, overall we gave a decent budget for this and I don't feel the product was worth the price nor even close to what we asked for. This is par for the course going sight unseen I suppose...

I have used this florist a few times and they always go out of there way to help you. My last visit was for Valentines Day and again they went out of there way to help me even though they were so busy. I like adding my own extra special touches like balloons, chocolates and even a dog toy for our puppy with the beautiful flowers they have and no problem helping deliver everything. They have very beautiful , excellent quality flowers and the staff is THE BEST!! Thank you!!

I wanted a little "pick me up" for a dear friend, who's fur baby passed away last year. Ordered online, set up payment, left a note and instructions for delivery online--everything was super easy. The arrangement arrived at the stated time, and was lovely. It looked exactly like what I ordered, and most of all, my friend was filled with joy upon receiving it.
