I don't understand the deal with the bad reviews. This is a small town flower shop, throw them a bone. They're really nice and can always meet my budget for floral orders. I've gone to them numerous times over the years and have never been disappointed. I've never ordered delivery from them though, but why would you need to? Cedar City isn't very big. I would expect a higher level of professionalism out of a place in L.A, but this is good 'ol Mayberry we're talking about here.

I placed an FTD order online that was supposed to be delivered next day air by box, not by the florist. Hours later I get a email saying it is going to be delivered by the local florist on May 08. 2020 Friday. No problem I thought.. The flowers where going to my Sister that works a bank Monday through Friday and was her Mother's Day Present. Will Friday came and gone AND NO FLOWERS where delivered. Very disappointed that a Mother's Day gift can't be delivered on a Friday two days before Mother's day by this florist. Will never use FTD in Cedar City again.

Ordered flowers last minute for my grandmas 80th birthday to be delivered at the restaurant where her and my parents had reservations for dinner. The flowers were delivered on time, placed on the table, and my grandma absolutely loved the arrangement. I had no say in the arrangement the lady picked for me and got it spot on! Thank you guys!

I live out of state and ordered flowers for a family member. I asked for a beautiful arrangement totally $100. My card was charged $113.20. I'm disappointed they did not listen and hope that the flowers sent were worth what I paid for them. I will not be ordering from here again.

I had ordered about 1,000.00 worth of flower arrangements for my mother's funeral. I was not impressed with the service recieved as it was not professional. It seemed like the florist was in a hurry to get my order out of the way. The flowers were delivered a few days after they were ordered and I was very disappointed because the arrangements were short and small. Each arrangement was $200. Only 11 roses were used for each arrangement and the rest of the flowers were cheap looking ones that you find in a field. I would of honestly purchased them at Lin's or Smith's for a quality price and nice arrangements. Now I know where to take my business and this place is a joke and a rip off. Save your time and money and purchase from a grocery store instead. Horrible experience.

I ordered roses for Valentine's Day to surprise my partner while we went on vacation to Bryce Canyon. I had the hardest time trying to find a place who would deliver, so when the website accepted the address as a deliverable address I was ecstatic. I placed the order and even received an email confirmation for the order. I thought everything was good to go. The big day came, and I waited and waited and waited for the surprise. I even checked with the receptionist at the front desk of the hotel to see if they received anything. No flowers. I decided I would dispute the charge with my bank because this business would be closed the next day and we would be back home. They didn't even charge my account! I didn't understand at the time that Bryce Canyon was 70 miles away from this business, so I now understand delivery may not have been something they were willing to do. However, I would have appreciated a call or another email so I could make different arrangements. Better yet, they shouldn't have the option to deliver that far out if they are unwilling to do so. Long story short, don't hold your breath if you are looking to surprise someone special by ordering flowers from this company.

The flowers are just beautiful. the flowers where supposed to be delivered on Saturday. and was told it was going to happen. I had to call on Tuesday to find out why they were not delivered. they made excuses, Finally on Wednesday the gift was delivered. 4 days late. after a 2nd call from me. is my money and time not as important as others? Note to self, followup and make sure they do their work as promised.

I only called them because they were on Serenity Mortuary website and I am out state. Called them to see if they had the flowers I wanted and would be able to make the time of the funeral service they were for. Horrid person with ZERO customer service or ZERO tact and ZERO Manners answered the phone. Couldn't get past THEIR first question to get to mine. Ended up hanging up as I didn't have time to waste (who does with a funeral?).... Called someone else. Be prepared...Small town limited flower choice. All the good reviews for this place, must be the employee husbands trying to help them keep their jobs.

We had an unexpected death in the family and needed flowers for the funeral urgently. At Zion Sun Floral, the woman working was rude, abrupt, and visibly annoyed that she may need to stay late to help us. We could tell she was upset that we had come in asking for arrangements 20 minutes prior to closure and quickly threw a few arrangements together, noting that she would unfortunately be here after closing. In the future, I would prefer to not have flowers at all at a funeral than to come back to do business here.

I asked " do you know of another florist that I can phone?" She replied " NO". - and put the phone down ! I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT HAD JUST TRANSPIRED!

Natalie, the owner’s daughter, was very helpful in helping me order a beautiful Mother’s Day corsage, sight unseen. My mom raved about it and was able to wear it to church two weeks! Ordered some flowers for my little granddaughter who just had surgery. Wasn’t sure what I wanted exactly but she asked a few questions and knew just what to do for me. The lady was so kind and understanding and easy to talk to! They were delivered right away and were exactly what I had in mind. I will always use them whenever I need flowers❤️

She was not rude but the arrangement we ordered was NOTHING like it was supposed to be. What she presented us with looked nothing like the picture and was the same quality of a walmart bouquet. When i confronted her about this I was told that is what you get because that is what I have. Go somewhere else and save your money.

I ordered roses for my wife for Valentine's Day A Day early so I would not be Late they sent her something quite different 3 roses a couple purple dead flowers two white flowers and some other stuff she asked if they went and bought them from the grocery store she is extremely unhappy she is a teacher at iron Springs elementary school she said the flowers will be dead before she gets home and I paid $72 for nothing. I have read other reviews the 1st lady I talked to was very rude if you want to own a business in a small town such as Cedar City maybe being rude is a really bad idea, I will not be back and I will be posting this on my Facebook

I ordered a corsage and boutonniere on September 22 for a dance on October 2nd when I showed up to pick up my boutonniere was forgotten, they had to take a flower out of a different arrangement and I still paid full price. The flowers don't look very lively and are kind of browning. I am not impressed with my service or product. I am ordering different flowers and not using things ones

Ordered flowers for a friend due to death in the family. I was hesitant ordering flowers online from a business that I didn’t know. My friend sent a photo of the flowers they received. The arrangement was amazing! I did order the “best” arrangement and I did get “best”. Thank you, it was worth the price I paid for the arrangement. I ordered late Saturday for delivery today and the flowers were delivered this morning.

My lack of planning for wife's birthday led me to Zion Sun Floral on my 45 minute lunch break hoping I can walk out with something affordable and nice to deliver to my wife's work and still get back to work on time. I walked in there and said I was in a hurry for some nice flowers arrangement for less than $30 dollars. The kind lady helping me went into the back for 5 minutes and came back out with the perfect gift. I was so impressed and they exceeded my expectations. I will always go to them now when I want to give my wife flowers!

Great Florist!!!! Ordered arrangements from out of state for my parents that were in the local hospital struggling with covid. The "his and her" arrangements were promptly delivered to each room. My mother cried when she received hers. She exclaimed how nice and fresh the arrangements are! Mom told me they were some of the nicest flower's she'd ever seen, including the beautiful vase. My husband ordered me flowers to be delivered the day before Valentine's day. He paid almost 90 bucks for them. He works out of town 3 weeks out of the month so it would have been great to have the nice surprise. He kept calling and asking if I had recieved anything yet all day on the 13th. He was getting more and and more frustrated with each call. Here we are nearly 8 pm on the day after they were supposed to be delivered and still nothing. He broke the news to me this afternoon as to what I was supposed to be waiting for. Surprise blown. Very disappointed that in a small town like this that the customer service is so terrible. He called and called all day today and no one answered. The line was busy until after 5. How do they stay open when they won't even answer the phone. I understand people have bad days and busy days but this was planned ahead. If they can't follow through, they shouldn't be taking orders. I will advise anyone who asks who I would recommend, anyone but Zion Sun Floral.

Definitely not as described. They called to let me know they didn’t have the exact vase or flowers that I had ordered. I told them it was okay to change the vase to a clear vase, but to make it beautiful. The bouquet that was delivered didn’t even have half as many flowers as the one I ordered. I called to let them know I wasn’t satisfied and instead of trying to rectify it, she just argued with me. Will not be ordering again.

Rarely have I seen a photo on a floral shop website, ordered, and had it actually be delivered looking just like the photo… until Zion Sun Floral. I recently ordered a Christmas bouquet for a friend’s birthday and she sent me a video… it really was just as the picture on the website. She loved it! So nice to know I now have a place I can trust.
