Easy to use website to order flowers for a dear friend in another city. 20 min. drive from florist to delivery address cost me $15. Very fair. Flowers were fresh and beautiful. They were called to assure someone would be home to accept delivery and asked to wait until driver was back in their car before answering door. COVID. Very pleased. I didn't want to hit the NO substitution button offered. But liked the original waxflowers much better then the little purple ones. Babies breath played against the look of serenity and could have been left out.

Ordered $150 arrangement through Teleflora. They delivered the smallest, most disappointing arrangement I have ever seen... Worth less than half of the price I paid. When I called, they complained that delivery was too far and Teleflora takes too much of a cut so they delivered what they could afford. If you aren't happy with Telaflora, get out of their network. This was part of a Christmas gift that ended up being an embarrassment. Accept the blame and fix the problem. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend.

I ordered flowers online for a birthday gift and what was delivered was not close to what was pictured on the website. There was an attempt to send some more flowers out but the fact that the picture is misleading on the website is not a good business practice.

Beautiful bouquet of flowers at a reasonable price. The ambience of the store is fantastic - I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to pick up my order how much cool stuff they have in there. Will definitely come in early next time so I can browse. I wish I had taken a picture of the bouquet so I could attach to the review but I'll do so next time.

I will not be using this flower shop again unfortunately. I spent $113 and the bouquet looked like it had been picked in the park. It actually had a goldenrod, which most people are allergic to. Major disappointment. Very cheap stock.

We were very impressed with our flower arrangements. Ann was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. She worked with our tight schedule of planning a funeral and created stunning arrangements that beautifully represented our loved one. Some of the flowers in the picture we chose were not available due to season and short notice, these were replaced with amazing alternatives. We truly thank Kent Florist, our hopes and expectations were exceeded in many ways.
